Beautiful products, large variety, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service!

Not many firms with customer service as good as these guys! After my folks had a stellar experience with Renee at United Floor Covering they referred them to us. Renee came out multiple times and we exchanged multiple emails. She took the time to educate us on varying degrees of carpet and pad quality. Then John the owner came to help with some tricky measurements as well. They both helped us move furniture, vacuum and put furniture back... on valentines day... at 5PM.. They went above and beyond and it was everything you could hope for when remodeling. A caring group, personable, genuine and they communicated with us through the process. Theyve certainly earned our business for as long as were around and our reference. -Ben Klundt

I am a contractor in Spokane, and I have a customer who wants some Sheet Vinal floor installed. It took several calls to them to get them to come out for some measurements. I was late meeting I believe the owner, at the property with the home owner. He took some measurements and hadquestions for me, but was gone after 5 minutes. I just missed him. I called back several times to try to speak with him and got no call back. I left messages with both his secretary and his voice mail. I will never use them again

UFC just installed my carpet and they did an amazing job! Their designer assisted me with the color and quality choice (the selection options were great) that best matched our needs and the installer was super professional and did quality work in a timely manner. Super impressed with the whole process!

Must have caught these guys on a bad day, based on these other reviewers. They came out to our house today for a measurement and estimate, and we had a terrible experience. They were rude and seemed put out at answering simple questions. The rep seemed rushed, and even insulted/irritated when I asked her about a nationally recognized environmental and health certification for the products -- she told me she knew nothing about that and everything is manufactured in China anyway (not true). She didnt take the time to review any of the advantages of different types of products (laminate vs. LVP vs. wood, etc.), or the Shaw line that they carried, and essentially just told me to pick one out of the tiny samples she had in her van. Disappointed all the way around by the rushed/rude customer service. Will be going elsewhere, even with the Costco discount they offer.Edit: The company has since followed up with an apology and additional details regarding the products FloorScore certification.
