Well have just started working with Spokane floors but so far they have gave me great attention to specifics and cared about what I really wanted and have taken the time to make sure that they get things right its too early to tell yet because I have just started the process of the jobs with them check back later so far so good though

My wife and I had a $23,000 insurance claim when our refrigerator water filter cracked. I looked around at several flooring companies and went with Linoleum & Carpet City. Their showroom is the nicest in Spokane and selection of products is top notch. We are not very good at picking out colors and it was great that they had a designer help me pick everything out including the paint color and they didnt even charge for this. Their prices were competitive and installers did a nice job. Im very pleased and would recommend this company.

We called and spoke to Steve in a panic because the flooring in our newly purchased home needed to be replaced immediately before we could move in with our 5 kids. He coordinated, worked some magic, and his installer had a new vinyl floor expertly installed in a few hours. Such a great experience! Call Steve!

This isnt your GrandMothers Linoleum! I intended to just look at Floor Tile and was greeted by Steve, the Store Manager . His easy, happy to have you just look, attitude was refreshing. I described my kitchen and the look I wanted the tile to achieve. Steve suggested Linoleum, but I considered Linoleum to be an outdated look. However, after seeing it and comparing its price to tile, I was Sold. It was installed a year ago with attention to detail, including a seamless transition from linoleum hardwoods. I absolutely LOVE everything about my Linoleum floor, the look, its durability and that its easy to keep clean.

Steve from Linoleum and Carpet City was amazing. We were instantly helped as we entered the door. We were shown some great options and were in and out. This is place to go for excellent customer service. We had carpet scheduled one week out which was 4 weeks faster than big box stores quotes.

Did a great job laying some LVT flooring in a couple areas. They tore down the old carpet and linoleum quick and they finished a bit earlier than expected. Transition looks great and clean. Would recommend them to anyone needed flooring done.

Marcia is the BEST!! She was super patient with us, as we were picky shoppers. Our home is a 1911 Farm house. We wanted something other than the stone or wood look in our utility room. It hadnt occurred to us that we chose a geometric design for a VERY makeshift previously added room in our home. Did I mention 1911? 😳 Mark did beautiful work. Since, we are still under construction (20+ years and counting), we will be back to do business with Marcia again!

As one of the oldest flooring stores in spokane - i know why... they care about what you buy. Very experienced sales staff that do not seem to over sell you or just go cheap cheap just to get you out the door. They took the time to show me solid options and I didnt feel rushed at all. Do not use this company, poor workmanship, worker put linoleum in did a terrible job and didnt even glue it down in places, had to reschedule plumbers do to their work because they had to come back out and restall linoleum, was told they would refund me for install still waiting over a week, have had to call twice to ask them about it, was told they would get to it,
