Probably the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Christian Buffin does a great job! I can really appreciate all my concerns were taken into consideration. In past experiences at other dealers, the salesperson tried to talk me into vehicles I didn’t want, but at Lithia I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I truly believe they are motivated to work with you and sell you a vehicle. Not only that, I was in and out within four hours! Easiest car buying process I have ever had and I am beyond happy with the new Wrangler! I will definitely come back in the future, and recommend friends and family for all their car buying needs! We just went in to test drive a 2021 Jeep Gladiator and spoke with Justin. I have never had a more combative/dismissive experience at a dealership before in my life. When you are going in to purchase a new vehicle, the experience should be infinitely better than this. Not that it matters in the scheme of things; but, we will be taking our business elsewhere. If Im buying a 50+ thousand dollar car and the ideal is to put down a massive chunk in cash, youd think you could do better.

A vehicle of mine had a factory recall, which led me to this exemplary dealership. Service and sales people all seemed genuinely friendly, were helpful and professional...bar none.. refreshing. The lot is fantastic for browsing vehicles; spotless lot and whips, beautifully lit and sharply striped, with a common sense layout...cudos. Top that, with a 4-5 hour job estimate delivering in 2.5. MADE MY DAY!

My daughter purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in early August. A pulse brake light was added to the contract for $299. I told the salesman Everett that we didnt want it. He said its required on all new vehicles, and its already installed. After already being there for 4 hours we were ready to go, so it was left on the contract. After leaving the dealership we realized it wasnt installed. I called the salesman to let him know it wasnt installed, and we wanted a refund to cover her out of pocket cost from their deceptive mistake. The salesman needed to talk to a supervisor and get back to me. After weeks of unreturned phone calls the check was finally in the mail. When the check came for less than what she was charged for the pulse brake light I called again to find out what happened. I spoke to a sales manager today about refunding the amount they had charged her. I was told they would contract my daughter that they couldnt legally discuss the correct amount owed to her. She works the same hours that they do, so I am just trying to help her out. You cannot charge for a part that was never installed from a mistake on your end, and then give a partial refund. I asked if they wanted to refund the correct amount owed, or if I should leave them a negative reviews. Well here I am leaving a review.

I went in for a oil change. There were six representatives. Three were helping customers. Three were Glued to their computers. No one looked up and said I’ll be right with you. When one of the three customers left I stood where he had just left and the representative went to help a representative with a computer issue. One of the other three that were free from the beginning said can I help you. I was irritated and commented, im not hear for my health “. His response back was just as inappropriate as mine.No one in the office wore a mask. I’m Immuno suppressed so I should have just left.My invoice said if I wasn’t totally satisfactory with the service call the service manager.I have not received a call.I guess it’s the sign of the times. I’ll try anotherDealership.

I have bought a lot of cars in my life from a lot of different dealerships and I have never been treated like I was today by the salesman at this dealership. He was dismissive, argumentative and seemed like he had no interest in actually helping me. He simply wanted to argue. He was sarcastic about every answer to every question I had. I dont know if he thought we didnt have the money to actually buy (we do and we intend to spend a lot of money on our new car) or he is just like that to everyone but it was completely insulting. I am livid.

This was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences Ive had. I called that morning to see if the truck I was interested in was still available. Greg went out to the lot to confirm it was still there so I wouldnt waste my time driving an hour if it was gone. When we arrived we were greeted warmly, by Greg himself. He walked us out to the vehicle, got copies of our IDs, and sent us on a test ride. The finance department worked with us to get the best possible deal and even though it took the better part of the morning, I left happy and with a beautiful new-to-me truck. I would absolutely recommend getting a vehicle from Greg Tiemann here.

Dont go here for service. Traveling from out of state my Ram had an issue with traction control system. So I took it in and since it had to go to the shop told them about 2 other issues. First I made an appointment over the phone and when we showed up the next day they had no idea about it. Second they say they can give you a ride back but then say its too far. So after all that, they look at you vehicle and then say a week to get parts and a few days to fix it, well I need to be back home in a week. They dont even have the tire pressure sensors I needed fixed in stock. They dont care about you as a customer for sure, but at least I got charged $350 for my troubles and I have a lifetime warranty on my Ram that doesnt count !

Called in to inquire about Express Lane hours and was told that the hours were the same as posted on the website. Come in for service a day later and was told the Express Lane is closed and the next appointment is three weeks out. Maybe if people were wearing masks and following proper guidelines 3/4 of your staff wouldn’t be out with COVID.

Our sales guy, Greg Tiemann, best associate hands down over all the others that we have met &/or dealt with at other dealerships!!! He is definitely someone who isnt there just for the paycheck. I can NOT speak more highly of the Lithia service department. They were open on Saturday, happy to help when I was in crisis. During the week, as they were figuring out the issue with the van, they communicated with the insurance company for me, and were HONEST with communicating repair needs, then went above and beyond with my unique pick-up requirements. YURY in the service department needs to get his pick of the car lot. His superior customer service is a model for anyone, everywhere. My hero.

I originally started this review with discontent after a negative encounter with a service representative about replacing a part on my car due to warranty issues. With out going into much detail, I didnt accept that response and spoke with the GM of the store, needless to say you see the 5 star service that he was able to provide, the part is getting fixed no cost to me. Im glad that he was able to accommodate as this isnt the first car Ive purchased from Lithia and now I can say it wont be my last either. Added touch of class, he, the GM actually recalled things about me I forgot we talked about when I purchased the car 7 months ago, this may seem trivial but I know that the employees there see hundreds of people monthly so to be able to ask me about things about myself and inquire how Im doing etc. really added a personal touch to it. Like I said, was poised to leave there with a negative and the GM was able to make it a positive, the staff there really are top notch!

I bought a car from Lithia and do not recommend buying here. Attached are images of the engine that were sent to me from the George Gee Kia dealership in Coeur dAlene of the vehicle I purchased from Lithia Spokane on April 30th, 2020. This was after the engine seized while I was driving and had to be towed.When I asked the mechanic at Kia what he thought was the specific cause of the damage, he said that it was due to severe lack of maintenance by a previous owner. He said it appeared that the vehicle went at least one year without an oil change (possibly more) before I owned it, which is a considerable amount of time considering how many miles were put on it in such a short amount of time. He was quoted saying the condition of the engine was the worst hes ever seen. I have owned this car since April 30th and have only had it to drive until August 28th when the engine seized. The recommended miles to change oil in this car is every 7,500 miles or every 6 months according to the Kia owners manual. I had driven it for a little over 5,000 miles and less than 4 months before the engine seized and required towing to a shop for repair.Before I bought the vehicle, I also inspected the interior and lifted the hood to look at the engine. There was a wasps nest in the trunk area, white dog hair on the third row seats and what appeared to be cat feces across the top of the engine. When I called to tell the service manager at Lithia about what had happened, he said they had changed the oil and it passed all the safety road tests theyd done. They clearly neglect actually inspecting any used vehicles that they purchase.Should I have bought this car? No. Should I have paid as much as I did for it? Also no. I paid for a car in good mechanical condition and they refused to help with any of the charges incurred which were over $8,000 to have a new engine reconstructed.The salesman was also very pushy and made it seem as though I HAD to go through one of their lenders and then have my credit union pay off the loan when that was not the case. Thats great people have had good experiences with Lithia but I did not and absolutely do not recommend them. I was scammed into buying a broken car at the price of a well-maintained car and they told me to kick rocks when I asked for help. Same to you, Lithia.

Stopped by just to see what used trucks they had and found the perfect RAM 3500. Jennifer (Sales) was awesome to work with and very patient, as I wasnt really intending to purchase that day. Was going to sign and get delivery the following week but Rich (finance) got everything lined up and taken care of, including meeting my picky needs and I drove it home 2 hours after getting there. Great experience buying my second vehicle from Lithia and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle!

Dont go there or trust what they say. The sales men will tell you one thing and the floor manager will tell you another. Its not worth the hassle. Also after waiting for hours you will relize it would have been easier to go somewhere else. All they care about is commission not the customer.

Deceptive Sales Practices. I was assured multiple times that my Jeep with only 24k miles was covered under the manufacture warranty up to 60k miles. They routinely purchase vehicles from Canada. These vehicles are not covered by the manufacture warranty. This fact is well known by Lithia yet they choose to omit that fact and out right lie to purchasers who are lead to believe their vehicle is under warranty, as the sales person and manager stated multiple times. The purchase experience was pleasant but its easy to sell a car, however, its apparently not as easy to stand behind a shady deal.

Customer Service was Excellent. The gentlemen at the service counter.I took my 2015 Dart, in Thursday they kept it till Monday late afternoon. they repaired the recalls and the codes it was throwing even after my extended warranty coverage I was still paying $600.00 after being told $387. before they started the work. I get not even 1 mile away it starts acting the same way it was when I took it in they never fixed the problem it was taken in there for. Got home hooked it back up it throws a misfire code it hasnt even been 24 hours since I picked the car up. $60 part bought at Reillys and works great. The $600. they claim in labor and tax they are $145 an hour in the shop that is robbery in itself. My husband works on big trucks 18 wheelers and they dont even charge that at his shop.You do the math I wouldnt go there or refer anyone there EVER!

My buying experience was top notch but the service department sucks. Dropped my truck off at 7:30 am with an appointment for tires and a back up camera and when I went to pick it up at 5:30 pm they couldnt find the paperwork or my truck. My truck was not finished and still in the service bay on the lift and everyone went home for the night. I was provided a loaner car which they detailed with some chemical that is photo sensitive and turned my hands brown. Not a good experience.

Went to Lithia for a oil change on my echo diesel. Spent $200 and they didnt even reset the oil change minder. Only went there to preserve my warranty. My next Oil Change will be at Dishman Dodge. Luckily I didnt buy the oil change for life package

Best experience ever! I called and asked for sales to enquire about a truck I had seen online. Since I was traveling over 150 miles, I wanted to make sure what I was looking at. Greg Tiemann answered the phone. Greg was incredibly helpful, making sure to answer all my questions, and helping me navigate through all the paperwork long distance. When I arrived at the dealership, Greg handed me the keys, sent me out on a test drive, and when I came back, all the paperwork was at the finance managers desk ready to go. The finance manager, Jon Stewart, was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to deal with. Overall, we were in and out of the dealership in about 1 and 1/2 hours including the test drive. I can’t thank Greg and Jon enough for all their work, if you want a great deal on a vehicle, and a smooth and joyful experience, these guys are for you!

Very upsetting! I was approved for a truck and had been driving it for over a week. I called to inquire about getting a windshield they promised to fix as it was cracked at time of sale and instead of just fulfilling their bargain they decided to redo my entire contract and take away my 5 year warranty. Their service has been awful. They keep pushing me from one person to another when one wont help me. WILL NOT BE GOING THROUGH THEM EVER AGAIN!

My experience was simple ..Dealer installs flashing brake light (Pulse Point) every new vehicle and pre-certified vehicles and charge new buyer $299 ..This is not option new buyer must pay. I was not the person buying the car but there for support and second pair of eyes on numbers. Buying was not an issue, but every service related issue down to just getting an oil change is terrible. Every scheduled appointment has always taken a second trip due to poor management and communication on Lithias part. I would avoid this place if possible.Ill add to this. My wife brought her jeep in the next day after this review and received an oil change. The very next day she came out to a puddle of oil in our garage. We left a message with lithia, which no one returned. When I got home I discovered the oil pan drain bolt wasnt even hand tight. Beware!

First I want to say that the service rep that I had was great (Yakov). Very polite and personable, great to work with. But the service side is a complete opposite. I had my truck in once for issues, and were told they were fixed, only to have them come back a few days later. So I take the 45min drive again to take the truck in for service. A week later they finally call and say that the truck is fixed. I pick the truck up, and it is in anti-theft mode due to the repair that they made. Apparently the service tech that worked on it thought this was normal and I just drove it that way. Really. 30 mins later, they finally figure out what the anti-theft code was and got it cleared.As I look over the truck, the rear park sensor was replaced due to issues. I guess it is too much to expect a matching chrome sensor.I would steer clear of this place if you can. Really seems like lack of attention to detail in doing service.

Typical wanting you to buy today and evidently afraid of letting you off the lot because you might go someplace else. Looked at a car that was nice but idled rough at a red light with the brake on, but they were all about having us buy the car and guranteed they could fix it. We said that maybe that was how the car ran and we would not want a car like that. Agreed to put it in the shop early next morning and check it out even though they said they had just got it in and then later said that it had been checked out. Doesnt quite add up. I will agree that we dont trust car sales people or dealerships one iota.

Bought a used car here. Easygoing group. Know your numbers and pretty easy transaction possible. They dont really check out the used vehicles except for the most basic safety stuff or offer a 30 day warranty so docked a star. You want to be able to have a little more trust in the vehicle. Overall, easy and straightforward for me. Recommend.

Went in for an oil change and drove out with a new truck. WOW. Ive been a long time customer with them since they were called Barton Jeep. Ironically I was there to get an oil change on the first vehicle I bought with them. While waiting for oil change I walked around and saw the truck Ive always wanted. Shortly after a salesman came out and I got to talking to him. Next thing I knew I was taking it out for a test drive. Talked a bit more than did the paperwork and I was out the door with a new truck. Forgot to mention they had since lowered their price on the oil change. The service is above and beyond. I highly recommend dealing with Lithia for your Used and New vehicle purchases. You will not be disappointed.

100% would NOT reccomend this dealership. Had my car 5 years, after a year the battery died, after 2 years the break pedal snapped. Just recently there was a leak in the power steering, the fuel line AND the transmission line. The car still has 2 payments, a 2015 dodge caravan, nothing but problems, no compensation, everything breaks as soon as warranty expires.

Purchased a used vehicle from Lithia. A week afterwards, the transmission had issues. I reached out to the sales manager, didnt seem interested in helping me out. Transferred me to the service manager, I got an answering machine. Sales manager or service manager never called me back. Took my vehicle to Louies transmission and had the transmission rebuilt. Lithia didnt want to help me out. I paid good money for the vehicle, and the repair was costly, but fair in price. Id recommend going to a dealer that stands behind the sale. Louies transmission was great. Lithia, not so much.

I went here with my brother last Sunday. We test drove a car but were not 100% on buying it we wanted to see more options. The car salesman showed us a Honda civic, when we said no because a friend died in a car like that the salesman said I have had many friends die and I have no idea what they were driving. Drove 180 miles for them to tell me they’re not going to honor the price they posted three months earlier. Also, they had it priced for that for 3 months. They tried to play it off as a printing error. $2000 difference is nothing to Sneeze about. The sales person I was dealing with wasn’t very professional. I did get a follow up call from another sales person which I enjoyed working with but still could not honor the price. A week later I bought a 2020 Dodge Durango in Puyallup at Maxx Auto Plus.

Yikes! Talk about an inefficient business. Although I had made an appointment for an oil change 30 days prior, when I went in I was told it would take approx. 2 hours or more and there was a line of walk-ins that would be prioritized before me. The mechanics could not figure out how to get my vehicle’s mileage (you put the key in the ignition), and he took over 15 minutes to find the next available appointment. 0/5 for efficiency. 1/5 for kindness of the man at the front desk (NOT the woman)

Lithia has a 2006 jeep wrangler I was very interested in they had priced over retail. Price was worth it, as far as someone who buys for collection, but as far as financing no bank will loan anywhere near what they are asking. At $14,999 I offered to buy it cash, at $14,800. Paying Idaho sales tax that’s only asking for them to discount the keep $800 or so. Was told no. I work at a dealership, in no world does a dealer list a vehicle for what they are in it. Unless it’s old age and has been at the lot for some time. I walked away from a jeep I wanted over $800.. cash in hand. Pretty pathetic and a sour taste in my mouth. I won’t ever look at a Lithia dealership again.

I went to schedule a oil change for my truck and decided to check on a 100.00 referral that I and my son where to receive about a year ago and found out the sales guy did not do the paperwork, not my problem or my sons they offered to fill my gas tank up . Dont want gas want the 100.00 they offered probably not going to get it .The manager and I got into it, I got real really mad at this idiot .They seem to think that they can take advantage of people. So now Im not sure I want to take my truck in for my oil change, this dealership is not to be trusted.

They require you to make an appointment for an oil change that should take 15 or 20 mins, so you make an appointment, show up on time and they tell you its a 90 minute wait. Whats the point of making an appt?****Update****In addition to the oil change we also asked them to reattach the spare tire that fell off. They said they would. After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes they finished the oil change but said we needed to make another appointment to PUT THE SPARE TIRE ON. In addition they said we would have to pay for it! This is a 2020 Ram that is under warranty. Why would I need to pay to fix a warranty issue? I would never go there again but we bought life time oil changes, and eco diesel oil changes are spendy, so I want to get my monies worth for purchasing the life time oil changes. This sucks. I hate this place and I hate how much of my time that they waste.

WARNING! LIARS AND CHEATS! I went in looking for a new 2020 Jeep Renegade. I went in first around labor day and was looking at a white one that had a tow package and I fell in love. I was told they dont order them with tow package often. I was not prepared to buy that day but almost did! After a few more weeks and paying my student loans down I went back in for what I thought would be purchase day. I was told they had no Renegades with tow package and that they never have which is a TOTAL LIE! Not a deal breaker but we did find one I liked just as much, as we were looking at it the sales consultant (Zack, I think...) Pointed out that it had pulse on the back top break light which meant it would flash a few times when I pressed the break. I dont mind that. But what I do mind is that he not only confirmed the price in the lot twice but once we got to the table to negotiate at sign papers he confirmed the price of $21k again THEN he came back with a breakdown of pricing and turns out the pulse the car just so happened to have was 299 EXTRA!! Making it a $22k car before insurance and what not. Then when I said they better take that off which Zack said he usually can and does do but just so happened to be unable to do this time. He then told me they wouldnt run my credit without me approving the price with the massive additional charge. Upon saying no and leaving I got a notification from credit karma the next day that the had run my credit without my knowledge! That is a massive NO NO! Lithia has lost all my business and any referrals I would have thought to give. Please seek out Findlay in Post Falls for better assistance!

Avoid this place when it comes to getting your Jeep serviced. I scheduled a tune-up and other services, when I arrived they say the only service they can do is an oil change. I used PTO from work to get my Jeep serviced and you can uphold your scheduled appointments? After waiting two hours for an oil change i left. i now notice a large oil spot under my car. Avoid this place!!!

My husband and I went to Lithia just to kind of look at Jeeps. I wanted a Wrangler and we test drove a few. We decided to test drive a couple of Jeep Renegades also and I ended up really falling for one and we bought it yesterday. Salesman Jeff helped us and then we were given later to salesman Joe. They were realllly busy that day. Both of these guys were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Neither of them was ever pushy or anything other than just helpful and there for any questions. This was honestly the least stressful car buying situation that both my husband and I have ever had - and you would think during Covid times it would be even more awful. I would without a doubt go back there to buy another car and I loooove my cute Renegade!

Came here to buy a 2012 Acadia I found online. When I returned from the test drive i presented the salesman with a list of issues that I found on the vehicle (nothing major, lift gate wouldnt stay open, back of the vehicle had glitter everywhere and crayon writings on the walls). I made it very clear that I wouldnt be moving forward with purchasing the vehicle and signing anything until they fixed the issues. The salesman told me yeah of course thats not a problem. Ended up wasting a few hours of my day and 11 hard inquiries just for the salesman to tell me they wouldnt fix anything until I signed for the car, instead of just telling me the first time I brought it up.

Lithia Spokane newport highway, the worst customer service. Promised calls returned no one calls and give explanations. Purchased a vehicle almost a month ago and had it less then 24 hours in 2 days due to issues with the vehicle. Obviously the vehicle was NOT gone through prior to selling. I have called and emailed sever times and still continuing to wait for a answer. I get promised to receive a call back in a few hours yet I have to call and have yet to get a answer

I have been trying to get into contact with the service department for MONTHS. They never pick up the phone. I talk to the operator and they transfer me and no one answers. Took our dodge dart in for a recall. Made an appt and was told it would be 45 min to an hour over the phone. When I got here, not only did they have my name wrong but the service guy said it would be 2 to 3 hours. When I told him what I had been told he made it a big deal that they would expedite me. Overall, he was rude. I will not return here to buy a car because this is the kind of service to expect.

First an foremost, I take full responsibility for not getting financed before I went in, and allowing them the opportunity to take advantage of a spot deliveryThey did so many inquiries that many credit dropped dramatically. Took a month to close the deal causing me have a late payment on my turn in vehicle.Then I showed up with the price higher than the first time around (which again I out myself in that spot) and an increased interest rate by 15 percent due to my credit dropping from their inquiries!My options were short but I didnt realize my financing wasnt a done deal.The financing guy was nice and responsive.I went to get my plates; took for granted all of the previous dealerships that put them on for me but Im a grown man I can figure it out. The part I didnt like is the guy huffing and puffing when he had to get up to address me.

Walked in today and asked if I could get an oil change. I felt like I was bothering the guy sitting on his #### behind the computer. I was told I needed to make an appointment. So, why do you have an “Express Oil Change” listed on your website. No appointment needed. Will never go back. Had an appointment for oil change on my 2017 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. Got to dealership at 8:05, my truck didnt go into service till 9:20 finished just before 10:00.Think if you have an appointment you should be out of there quickly.Also after taking the truck drove to Seattle on Friday, noticed a low roar coming from the truck when under a load, checked air cleaner box and found 3 of the 4 clips to hold the air box on had not been fastened.Poor quality of service.

I showed up around 7 and they closed at 8. I could not make my mind up but our sales person John did not ever become pushy and the finance manager was awesome as well. They both stayed until almost 11 helping us and worked a deal out for us. I ended up getting a 2014 Ram Sport fully loaded with very low miles, I price checked when I got home and I definitely got the best deal within 100 miles.Thank you 🙏!

I have had the worst experience with other dealerships and they blew my mind with how at home they made me feel. On top of it, I told them my budget and the financial gentleman made it so that I could afford not only the vehicle I wanted but also a warranty! I will recommend them to all my family and friends! I moves to Spokane about almost 3 years ago and in my eyes I am still fairly new to the area. When I went to get a oil change at a local service station they advised me that the local Lithia dealership could help me with some recalls on my Dodge Journey. I was having an issue with my steer pump so I assume thats why he advise me about the recalls. When I called to let them know I would like to bring in my vehicle, they scheduled me in and even said if I didnt have a ride back home that they could schedule for someone to take me home. Came in and I assumed that I was in the wrong place because everyone there at the service center just ignored me. Someone came in right after me and they helped her right away. I literally wanted to leave because I felt so uncomfortable because I thought I was in the wrong place. Finally, when someone acknowledged my presence there the agent made me feel almost like he didnt want me there. I didnt even feel comfortable talking to him about the steer wheel pump or what options that might be available for me to get my steer pump fixed. After, giving my keys to the agent he pointed to where I could wait for my ride to pick me up. Never, again will I come here for any issues. I really was hoping for a better outcome.

Came in with check engine light on a new motor installed in jeep 4.0. Code was p01391 diagnosed repair the cam sensor syncronizer and the crank sensor. Had to wait 2 weeks as parts were out of state. Told no charge for shipping then was billed for it. When repaired and driving home check light reappears. And noticed horrible gas leak on rear o-ring from them installing crank sensor. Unsafe to drive I called them and was told to bring it back in. I repaired the o-ring. And the code came up as the same as before so after a cost of $950.00 and me fixing the parts that they damaged. Im stuck with same issues and lost time and more money. I dont recommend them to fix your jeep.

I came to the dealership ready to buy a car, after much research and talking to Hunter who gave exemplary service over the phone. He provided prompt assistance, info and details to help me decide a five hour drive was going to be worth my while. He was not available the day I arrived, and unfortunately I ended up with Greg Tiemann. From the onset the experience was subpar. He was not impressed to be helping two girls car shopping, offered zero info on the vehicle (but plenty about his toys and how the man with the most wins, how great his Chevy Silverado is, how he used to make $40K a month selling yachts and only does this job because he did not like being a manager, how armed his house is, and so on). He also spoke quite dismissively and poorly of his coworker Hunter, who over the phone had been much more helpful than Greg the whole day.I test drove two near-identical used Gladiator Sports. Greg offered no info on the vehicles, never provided the requested inspection report, and was pretty demeaning about any question I had. Negotiations did not go much better, and with every trip to the manager his attitude got worse - then downright rude. It was apparent that this guy did not deserve my dollars, and left. Had he at least pretended to do his job, tried to make this a good experience, and at least kept his darn mask on, he might have earned a deal that I had been ready to make.On the way home Hunter called from his day off to recommend a salesperson (Joe) to meet up with, unaware of what had happened. I told him Id already left, after my experience with Greg. he was profusely apologetic, and I assured him it was not his fault.To top things off, when I looked up both vehicles after I got home, I saw that the dealership had increased the price of both trucks by $1000! I dont think I need to moralize about that move here, it speaks for itself and leaves me extremely disappointed with this dealership.

Took my Jeep Cherokee in for warranty service for an oil leak at 24K miles. They told us it was a loose oil cap. Got it home and it was leaking worse than ever. Then they told us we couldnt get back in for service for 3 days. Not impressed. Always have an issue with the service work here.

We noticed some well priced vehicles online. I wasn’t even planning on buying today but with a second kid now I knew I needed to pull the trigger soon. I saw a beautiful Jeep Cherokee trail hawk and immediately wanted it but figured it was well outside my price range. I gave Celina my price point she made it happen for me. We contacted Litha about their 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and we were greeted by Celina. The day of our appointment Celina was still working with her client before us, however when we arrived she came out and greeted us had a borrower agreement ready so we could test drive the car on our own. She madethe process easy and smooth. It was the fastest we have ever been in and out of a dealership when purchasing a car. Great experience. Would definitely buy from Celina again.
