Love love love!! Beautiful furniture, great prices, friendly service and fast delivery. Could not be happier with this place. I recommend this place over any other furniture store in the area! They were busy when we went in but still made time to greet us and give us a few starting options to look at while they finished helping other customers. The furniture was all gorgeous, comfortable and the prices were incredible. This was the fourth place we stopped the day we bought our couch and it will be the only place we go from now on. Bonus: couch was dog approved!

I arrived at Casual Spaces after a long day of shopping very over not finding what I wanted and was greeted with the nicest, most helpful folks! The inventory is great and prices super fair. I found the perfect coffee table with an incredible quick turn around! If I ever need anything in the future I will 100% come here first and so should you!

10 Stars in my book! I absolutely loved the experience I had at this furniture store. They were kind, personable, and all around lovely to purchase from. They didnt have that used car salesman feel. Their furniture is beautiful, solid, and very well priced (with the added bonus of having a lot of things in store to take home that day). I am so so happy with my new pieces. I am going to refer all my friends and family to this lovely shop if they are shopping around. This place is a GEM!!!!!!!! My wife and I went to several stores who all said the same thing.Orders were out for 12 weeks minimum!!!!On the drive home defeated. We saw some signs posted up on the side of the road calling for our attention to visit this great business.We went in and experienced the best customer service anyone could ever ask for.This place is locally owned and operated. The owners are extra nice and will make sure you are very well taken care of.I know We will be returning for other furniture in the near future.

We just bought a couch from them and the whole experience was exactly what should be expected from a furniture store. There was no pressure or attitude even after we made the process longer than necessary for them. They rearranged the furniture to our liking in order to get a mental picture and were amazing throughout. Truly impressed and will definitely be returning!

Everything about our experience with casual spaces exceptional. We ordered knowing our couch wouldn’t be here for a few weeks they went above and beyond and got it to us early. By nearly a whole week. I will definitely be back for furniture in the future. Special shout out to Chris who did everything he could to help us.

Wow, what a better experience than any other furniture store. We went in, a guy asked what we were looking for, pointed out where things were located, and let us peruse around in peace. No pressure, just simple and comfortable shopping. Bought a recliner and was out the door with it a few minutes later.

We brought a couch and love seat, and from the time we walked in the door, our experience at Casual Spaces was positive. The owner Chris was friendly, and welcoming, but left us alone until we had questions. We ultimately found what wanted, and although we had a couple of issues with the set, Chris came to our home and checked the problems for himself, and had no hesitation in exchanging them both. We were very happy with our experience with Casual Spaces and Chris, and have no hesitation with recommending them, and will be return customers when the need arrives.

Would recommend this place over any other in all of Spokane. No high pressure sales people breathing down your neck. Very helpful and friendly service from people who genuinely care about what they are doing. We have been shopping for a couple months now for a new living room set and some of the over priced fancy stores couldnt even deliver for 12 weeks. This place has what they advertise on the floor and the prices are just unbelievably fair. I am super impressed start to finish!

I recently bought a wonderful living room set with entertainment center, coffee table, and side table with drawers from Chris and Traci. When I got to my new apartment the couch was too large to fit inside...Of course I was in a total panic...I called Chris and Traci and they suggested that I bring the couch back and find another one. What a relief. I love everything I bought. Thank you Chris and Traci for going above and beyond to help me get set up.

My partner Candie and I first became acquainted with Chris Taylor and Traci Osborne in September of 2019.Candie and I were volunteers with Project id, a local nonprofit that provides a recreation facility for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.We were at the Spokane Interstate Fair, raffling of a “He Shed” and a “She Shed” with part of the proceeds benefiting Project id.Both of the sheds were beautifully furnished with all items donated by Chris Taylor and Traci Osborne, owner’s of Casual Spaces Furniture located at 9312 N. Division St., Spokane, WA 99218.After the fair was over, Candie and I stopped in to Casual Spaces to thank Chris and Traci for their generous donation and support to help out local nonprofits here in Spokane.When we walked into the store, we were in awe of all of the awesome home furnishings that they had in the store. It’s not just living room furniture. They have bar sets and bar tables and stools, pictures and lamps and lights and so much more.What caught my eye was the sports bar table and stools with Spokane’s own Gonzaga team logo on the top of the table and on the stools. Then there was the Seahawk dart board...We told them that we would come back in the Spring(2020) to look for new furniture for our home.Fast forward to late May 2020 and COVID-19...Chris & Traci, like soooo many local small businesses in Spokane and around the world, had to be closed due to the pandemic and the orders from the Governor of Washington State.Candie and I stopped in to Casual Spaces Furniture to look for new recliners. Chris and Traci were trying to open on a limited basis due to the restrictions. We found the chairs that we wanted, and in addition, we purchased 3 beautiful, well made end tables for our living room.The only issue was that everything was on back order, because many of the manufacturers were still closed due to COVID-19.Chris and Traci were so kind and accommodating to us. We put a partial payment down on our furniture that had to be ordered and made payments each month.Our recliner’s arrived about mid-August 2020 and we are thrilled with them...they are so comfortable!Yesterday, (10/06/2020) our tables came in. We picked them up yesterday afternoon, and in less than 2 hours, the tables were unpacked and sitting in their respective places and they look beautiful!!While we were picking up our tables, we spotted 2 matching lamps that would match our tables perfectly! I am sure that those lamps will be making their way to our house very soon!🤣Candie and I want to send out a HUGE HEARTFELT THANK YOU 💗 and TONS OF VIRTUAL HUGS 🤗 to Chris & Traci from Casual Spaces Furniture for all of their “persistence” 💪🏻 and kindness in getting our furniture to us during some of the most challenging times that any of us have ever experienced.Chris & Traci, like so many other local small business owners, have worked tirelessly(because it’s only the 2 of them running their store)to try and keep their doors open so that they can provide their customer’s with exceptional customer service and quality furniture at VERY reasonable prices.On a personal note...Many of the large furniture store chains received financial assistance from the government’s initial stimulus payouts.This assistance was suppose to be distributed to actual “SMALL BUSINESSES” in the local communities to help keep their businesses and their employees afloat. However, much of that money went to the furniture store chains and corporate companies that didn’t necessarily need the money, and they certainly weren’t a small business.Casual Spaces Furniture like so many other actual “SMALL BUSINESSES “ in Spokane, were left high and dry with no assistance to help pay the rent, utilities or taxes among other things.So, I am personally asking all of you to support the small businesses in Spokane, and in all of your communities.Lastly, if you are shopping for awesome furniture, please stop in to Casual Spaces Furniture Store and see Chris & Traci. My wife was looking for a specific type of chair and they were the only ones in town who had one. No pressure customer service was great and they even texted us pictures so we could decide if a trip to the store was even necessary. Covid19 safe. We will be shopping there again.
