NW Granite in Spokane Valley cut and installed new Quartz Countertops in our kitchen and bath. They were incredibly professional and kind. The management as well as the technicians and salespeople were very responsive and considerate of our concerns. The countertops are gorgeous. The quality is excellent and we could not be happier. The staff answered all my questions and helped arrange the install in a very efficient manner. The installers did a very nice job and came back to make sure all was done correctly. The granite counter is beautiful and we love the undermount sinks.

I can’ t say enough positive comments concerning this business and the employees. I feel they went out of their way to give me good service. Product problems, from another supplier delayed installation then the Covid-19 virus interrupted again. Many of the employees kept in touch w/ us during this time. Everyone I spoke w/ was helpful, pleasant and understanding. Dimitri was especially helpful, answering all of my questions. I met the employee who took all measurements, again the same service. We watch the start of installation, but have not seen the finished projects. Therefore I will give 4 stars at this time.After working w/ these folks I have no doubt that everything will be perfect and if not they will correct anything.Thank you to all........I recommend this company to anyone needing granite etc, installed.

Best place to get kitchen cabinets and countertops!! After looking and searching for best quality and price, we came upon northwest granite, they did an amazing job with our white kitchen installation! Not only were they the best deal but they were the most honest. They dealt with me professionally and they gave you a fair deal even if you aren’t some big name contractor. Installation was a breeze and on time. I had a minor issue and they came back and they fixed it right away. Northwest Granite was the best of all the people we dealt with in remodeling our home. They came when they said they would, did quality work and stood behind their work. When we found a chip in one of the countertops we were willing to have it filled but they replaced both countertop and sink.

I am a retired Custom Home designer and builder from Hayden Lake, Instead of using my usual granite installation company for my own second home I decided to shop other sub contractors. Peters price was close to 30% less and I decided to give them a try. The craftsmanship, quality of product, customer service was excellent. The clean up guy could have made more of an effort to get the grinding dust out of the cabinets and they did not offer to seal the stone when done (I would expect to be charged extra for this). I will use them again in the future.
