I recently brought in my Subaru for some alignment work and new tires. Fairly quickly the staff ran in to some problems with my vehicle due to rust on the bottom, but they were extremely helpful in aiding me to understand exactly what services they would need to additionally perform to my car. I know next to nothing about cars, so I really appreciated how they thoroughly explained what was going on. My car was there from Monday-Wednesday, and considering the work load they had I cant believe it didnt take longer! One worker, Ryan, did an exceptional job helping me. I really enjoyed my experience here, and would recommend this location to anyone wanting some amazing work done on their vehicle!

Horrible service. They do not honor the tire guarantee unless it is for the same tire which they do not make anymore. They told me I needed to purchase 4 new ones or drive for a week on a spare tire. Ridiculous. No one should drive on a spare tire for a week. Would not pro rate the price for 4 new ones like their tire guarantee states. They did offer to bring a tire in though.

Was able to schedule alignment in the morning and got it done that same morning

Asked for my keys back after waiting 45-50 mins past my appointment time for a simple tire rotation. Nothing was said about the wait, except for a snarky you were going to be next as my keys were handed back to me. Back to Discount Tire for me. I never shouldve branched out, except the tires on the car i just bought were purchased at LS so I thought Id try them. Learned my leason.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, even working with me after hours to make sure my needs were taken care of. One thing Ive always liked about Les Schwab is their honesty, especially when diagnosing a vehicle. And they really do honor their Lifetime shock warranty. I kept a car long enough once to utilize that.

The receptionist was polite. They said it would be one hour and it took 3 hours to have them finally tell me there was a slash in the tire that couldn’t be fixed..

I was told multiple times by employees at the store that the tire I wanted was a summer tire and not an all season tire, so I purchased a different tire. I went home and looked it up, and the tire I originally wanted was an all season. I was led to spend a tremendous amount of money on the wrong tire because the “professionals” can’t read their own website.I left the store later discovered that they had broken all 4 TPMS sensors and the car starts shaking at 70 MPH. Very disappointed considering the excellent service at other Les Schwab locations. Just go to another tire shop with competent people.

No better place to get all your tire, breaks, shocks, and more taken care of! Even when they are crazy busy they remain positive and friendly. Today when I was picking up my vehicle, as they were closing, I watch as they made time to help an older gentleman fix a very old wheelbarrow wheel. They easily could have asked him to come back in the morning when they opened, but with a smile they fixed his wheel and continued to help customers beyond normal business hours. Thank you Les Schwab for keeping your customers first approach even in such challenging times!

I did not receive a quote. When I asked how long it would be, they said, by the end of the day. It was a valve replacement. When I came to get my tire, they put it in my trunk. Why would I want my tire in my trunk? Doesnt it go on my car? Why would I want to pay $80 to put my tire back on with my emergency tire replacement kit? Every parking spot in front of the place was full, so I had to park in front of another store. The wait was long, and I feel I was not only disregarded, but disrespected. Probably a good experience if youre a woman, or senior, but they seem to treat other men poorly.

Been here for 5+hours for new tires. People have come and gone multiple times. We will never been using les schwab again for our fleet vehicles.

Have been here and other locations in the past and had a great experience. This time around was much different. Staff were angry and told me they refused to provide a brake service unless everything was replaced regardless if it needed to be fixed or not. Will not be going back there again.

I’ve been going to Discount Tire ever since I could drive. I always thought they were the best, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. When I got a flat tire, I went to Discount Tire in hopes to get it fixed, but they gave me a 4 hour wait time. I immediately called Les Schwab across the street and they told me to bring it right over. I was in and out of that store within 30 minutes. I could not believe their timing and professionalism. Not to mention their customer service! I’m so happy with their service. I will be choosing Les Schwab over any other tire shop for as long as I drive.

Les Schwab at 8103 N Division provides the kind of service Les would be proud of. I had an appointment at 10 am. My car was taken into the shop at 10 am. Laurel is an absolute angel to work with. She answered all my questions and was kind and professional. Frank, the manager, runs his store like a store should be run. Ive had experiences with a Les Schwab that is closer to my home, I will never go back there. Frank and his crew have restored my faith in Les Schwab.

They asked if I was waiting or dropping off. I said it depends on time it takes. They said hour and a half. 2 hours later I ask how long it will be and they said about 2 more hours. I would have just left it if they were upfront about the time. They could care less about their original time estimate.

My father passed away and he was my go to car guy and when I needed four brand new all season tires a neighbor sold me four bald snow tires :( I was so distraught I didn’t know what to do and someone recommended Les Schwab and when I went there everyone was wonderful I was in and out in less than two hours. I have four brand new all season tires and a quote to get my brakes done and have now found a new car guy. They are all essential workers and greatly appreciated thank you for helping me

Great service. They take care of you for life. I purchased from a auto dealer once. I saved a few dollars on the initial cost, but immediately lost my savings when I needed my first tire rotation. They take care of flat tires, tire rotations, and are generally great to work with.

Called to get tire repaired, told bring it right in, did so and was told it would take 2 to 4 hrs. Before they could get to it, I was told to bring it right in, the customer service gal was non concerned, said thats the way it is, I said for her not to worry about it, that God always watches out for me.

I cant say much about the quality of their work because I have no knowledge about cars, but I can say their customer service is terrible. Im huge on how staff treats me and the two guys in the front desk were rude and asked absolutely no questions. It could be the stress of cars lining up, but they definitely dont need to treat me as if I was the problem. I can be understanding, but an attitude is not acceptable.

First time visiting a Les Schwab location and I was impressed. The service tech at the counter was helpful and knowledgeable. The cost ended up being cheaper than I had anticipated. I will definitely be back in the future.

I had a previous bad experience here at Les Schwab and addressed my issues to the assistant manager Ryan R, and he went above and beyond to resolve my problems. Additionally he corrected an alignment that was done three times at the Les Schwab on Francis on my boyfriends truck in the matter of 10 minutes. I am so pleased with this store and the amount of professionalism, knowledge and skill I received from management.

I needed wheel rebalancing. Because I had tires purchased from Les Schwab over 3 years ago the service was free.

Told me I didnt need to make an appointment for alignment, dropped it off in the morning they called me at 530 told me they didnt get to my car and wondered if they could keep it for the weekend. No.

We purchase all of our tires at Les Schwab and have never been disappointed. We had a front tire blowout on our Class A RV and roadside service was provided very promptly even though it was after hours. When one set of RV tires did not perform to our expectation we were very well treated with a replacement set at a favorable price. They take care of all our tire needs from the wheelbarrow to tractor to RV.

U used to be a good place to get tires, but not anymore, way over priced, I went in to get new tires, but only had one tire that would fit my SUV way over priced. Really one tire, I guess u have to order your tires at high priced. All they wanted to sell u is winter tires, I wanted all season. No more tires for me at les schwab..

They filled our front tire as it only had 20 pounds of air in the drivers side front tire. They filled it in just five minutes after we stopped there and told them about the tire. Great service inside and out where they filled the tire and checked out all the tires for us. We had an appointment to get to at a hospital to get to. Very courteous and friendly people. We were only there may be ten minutes and we were on our way. Thanks again Les Schwab Tire Center in Spokane Washington on Division. You can see it clearly from before you get to it and easy to drive into it. As there is a big very tall sign that says Les Schwab Tire Center.

The people are nice! I had to get a CV joint replaced on the left side of my car. A couple hours later the guy told me he couldnt find which side it was coming from but said mostly likely it was the right side. Im no mechanic but I could see the boot was torn and filled with dirt. The guy said he would do the right side still to see if it would fix it. I asked him if it didnt fix it if I would have to pay for it. He said yes and he couldnt undo it. I told him to just fix the left side and so he did and.... NO MORE PROBLEMS. Since then Ive canceled my account with them and just have a mechanic do the work for me. Im sure some techs are better than the guy I got, but thats enough for me not to go back.

Normally I bring my car to Les Schwab but this is probably the last time.My car had been parked for a few months because of covid. When I moved it the brakes sounded like a train and the engine mount I had been replaced a few months before and it was making a little rattling sound when idling.I let them know what sound the car is making and that I needed to get the brakes checked to see if I need them changed. I go on the only day off I have in a while, and I had been waiting for like a month to get this fixed.I get home after dropping the car off in the morning. I get a voicemail around 1:30 saying the wheel lock isnt there. I apologize for not giving them the wheel lock along with the keys, but the thing was next to the spare tire and jack and they did not take the time to look in the most obvious place. I missed their call at 5:45, callback 5 minutes later to have someone tell me the car is done. I knew the guy had not looked at the car since I wasnt even told what was wrong with it. Told him to double check just to have him tell me they inspected the car and the breaks looked ok from the OUTSIDE and the rattling was my transmission.So I asked him if they had taken the wheels off and he said no because there was a little damage to one of the tires and they gave me a quote to get that tire changed first before they could take the tires off to look at the damn brakes. Morning after I went there to pick up my car just to have the lady in the front tell me they couldnt work on the car because the Wheel lock wasnt there...Thanks for wasting my day off.

My experience left me felling less than satisfied. I bought a car from auction, and took it to Les Schwab to see what the damages would be. New tires, battery and alignment. I was told it needed a front left bearing before the alignment could be completed. I agreed to it all, get the work done and go to leave, and had to go back inside to tell them my tire sensor light was on. I was told to drive it 15 miles and it will turn off. 45 miles later I take it back, only to be told that they installed the wrong sensors. I have to go back to have the correct sensors put on for an increased price, only to be told I need a new Tie rod end on the left front tire. Im not a mechanic, so I asked to be sure. Can you do an alignment on a car with a bad Tie rod end? I was told No you can NOT! I asked why I was previously charged for an alignment that was useless. I asked for a manager. The manager was nice enough, but couldnt explain any better. I was offered the Tie rod at the price of the part, an the alignment that I had already paid for. I spent a lot of time, and money getting jerked around.

I have always gone to Les Schwab my entire life. Love the service, employees. They have never done me wrong. That is why I will always return to the professionals at Les Schwab. Go Team.

Got a quote from Firestone for a tire patch. 29.99. Keep in mind I bought my tires from Firestone. Turns out Les Schwab does it for free. Regardless of where you got your tires. Staff was super helpful and gave me 3 different options for new tires when Im ready. No hastle, no pressure. 10/10 reccomend.

These guys are amazing. Pulled in to see if they could put some air in our tires and they showed us we had a flat. It had just happened. They got us in and fixed our flat at no charge and we were expecting to pay. I would recommend these guys for sure!

Brought a loose flat in to the store (tires were on my truck when I purchased the vehicle, so not sure where they were originally from) 15 minutes before this location closed. I was approached immediately upon driving up, an employee took the tire from my truck bed, and my tire was repaired within 10 minutes. When I asked if I could pay with cash, the receptionist replied that there was no charge! Definitely buying any tires I may need in the future from Les Schwab.

Arrived home after work to hear my back tire leaking, it was 15 minutes until they closed! I called and talked to Frank to let him know I was on my way, and he said he would be ready. I arrived and they got me right in! Never making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They got me in and out, and didn’t charge me for the repair to my wheel! Just bought a new set of tires for the wifes Subaru, as had 2 big-os that were separated. They inadvertently put a smaller set of tires, but quickly put correct size on once it was brought to their attention. Took a while to get work done, but they were backed up with people still getting the studs off their cars. Kudos for getting us taken care of on a Saturday afternoon. I have been buying Schwabs tires personally since 1993. Little more cost, but great service.

The staff here has always been so amazing to me. I will never go anywhere else for my tires, brakes, and alignment as far as tire shops go. While I may not make it to this specific store, I will always choose Les Schwab.

Courteous, friendly, FAST service.It would be helpful, for people who arrive prior to opening, if Les Schwab had a take a number system, especially helpful in inclement weather. (Can simply take a number and sit in car until the office opens, without losing place in line.)

Les Schwab fixes flats for free which is great. They must make up for this in the price of their tires. Was quoted 1200 for 4 new 18 in tires for my van, but went to Walmart and bought just 2 for 235. Yes quality is important but not if it puts my family on the streets

Went in a few months ago because I had a flat tire and wasnt sure what was going on, figured Id let the professional do his job, rather than guess what was going on.A little history on my vehicle before I get into the sordid story- I got the car off of a used car lot, without a warranty, and had recently had the tires replaced at the business in which I purchased the vehicle.The visit at Les Schwab is as follows:I limped my car to this particular store, figured Id have to pay for a whole new tire, and was waiting to hear back. the gentleman comes around the corner to explain to me that there was a screw in the tire and that he needed to repair the tire, but he didnt want to fight with the lug nuts because somebody supposedly stripped them. He insisted that I take it back to the person that messed my car up, rather than do the work that I, a paying customer, asked him to do.He seemed pretty agitated at the fact that I wanted him to do the work rather than take it back to the person that messed it up in the first place, and I thought nothing of it. Now, I have a dash cam that I use pretty frequently, and on the day I brought my vehicle in, it was functioning perfectly. When the work was completed and I got my car back the cigarette lighter outlet no longer functioned. I figured he just flat removed the fuse, that he should not have been touching, because his job revolves around TIRES, not ELECTRICAL. As it turns out, he was so mad at me, a paying customer, having him doing the work I was paying him to do, and moved the fuse so that my car didnt function as appropriately as it did when I first brought it in.If this is the sort of people that are employed at Les Schwab, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Deer Park Les Schwab is the best! The best service, with honest employees and great integrity.Edit: they started getting subpar tires and wont back them up anymore. Had 1 BLOW right through the middle of the tire 9 days after purchase. The tire split right through the tread like splitting a bagel. They gave me $50 off another tire. Well thanks for nothing. And it blew the plastic liner thing in the tire well into a couple pieces that I also get to pay for. Yep, schwab has went far downhill.

I had originally taken my car to another schwab center for brake replacement. The brakes squealed from day one. I took it back for a recheck and was told there was nothing wrong, so I continued to drive it. When I had almost a thousand miles on the new brakes (which were still squealing), I decided to take it to Les Schwab on Division St. Tony fixed the problem immediately. He is amazing! Division St. Schwab gets my business from now on.
