Shopped here for years - very knowledgeable syaff

I was offended. I asked a lady for a specific bead type, she looked at me crazy and said shes never heard of such a thing. My last visit I went along with a friend and after he bought some supplies, we were leaving the store and the woman raced over to where I was looking at bead spacers to see if I stole anything. Nice touch, lady

Im a jewelry maker, and have been ordering from R&T for oh, maybe 20 or 25 years now. They are the best all-around company to order supplies from, especially if you dont have a wholesale account. They vet all their products, they have an excellent customer service team (Ive received detailed, consistent support on any questions/issues Ive had, even getting how-to instructions on complex/baffling problems), they have a wide range of offerings, their items are quality, and reasonably priced. Integrity, kindness, and good products--what more can you ask? I highly recommend them!

As soon as we walked into the door there was no hello or how are you doing ?can I help you with something ?They did not offer us help in any kind away all they did was stand there and Kept on watching my eight-year-old daughter and me from a far and then when we move they would walk right by us and that’s it didn’t ask if we needed any help customer service was awful because they didn’t have any, thumbs down👎🏼

Odd, disappointing experience. First off, they have to buzz you in, like its some sort of speakeasy. I walk in, theres a few cheesy plastic tables of stuff set up. Literally no one asked me if I needed help, if I was looking for anything - not a word. No one even approached me or seemed friendly in the least. So, 5 minutes later, I go to leave, because I couldnt find what I needer, and obviously no one wanted to help me in any way. The door wont open. Literally, wont open. The gal (finally noticing me) sorta half says loudly in my direction I have to open the door to let you out! OK, THEN DO THAT - LET ME OUT. THEY HAVE TO ACTUALLY BUZZ YOU BACK OUT. Folks, Im not even sure thats *legal* what with fire codes and all. Anyhow, I drove 40 minutes into town, for a lackluster, disappointing, and sort of bizarre experience.

A great place to have in your tool bag. You can order online and pick up at the store, to minimize your time in public.

I went for metal stamps and found exactly what I was looking for. What wasnt on the shelf they had in the back. I am very pleased but spent far more than I anticipated. This shop rocks!!

The customer service was horrible! Maybe Im biased because I used to work there and I believe in customer service. Not that these girls knew that I worked there before. My friend and are buzzed in no one greets us, no one moves from behind the counter. Mind you that there are 3 of them and none tries to assist me with anything. Theyve changed their whole ordering process, and all three gals behind the desk seemed stuck-up. As though Im not there and continued to chat with one another Im about to spend my hard earnd money here and is it to much to ask them to act like they want me there? Then when I go to place my order she condescendingly tells me I did it wrong. Sorry maybe if one of the three gals would had some customer service skills. Greeted my friend and me, showed us how things worked now. This bad review never would be posted for all to read. Im sure Russ would be disappointed in how things are now. He totally believed in great customer service, and taught us all that. I know I will never return. If I need jewerly making supplies I will find them elsewhere.

You MUST be computer literate. Have your item numbers ready. Not for browsing. Not for falling in love with something new, or discover a new stone. But not wholesale-y either.

This place is a very friendly establishment well-stocked like you can pretty much find anything that youre looking for whether youre making jewelry or just getting beads or looking for accessories to your jewelry they also hold classes here

Always a good experience. Enormous selection and variety of products, and I can always find what I need or breed new ideas browsing their showroom. Customer service is good, employees are intelligent and knowledgeable.
