Corey and his team do an amazing job. I appreciate there attention to detail on all work brought to them. They have great prices on there products and they sell American made products.

Came in for an alignment and tire change, took them four days. We came in Saturday and were the first people there. They told us it would take awhile which we were okay with. Called us Sunday and told us we needed to buy new winter tires so we purchased some through them. They didn’t even start the alignment or tires until 3pm Monday. Then proceeded to tell us on Tuesday we needed to either buy sensors or they couldn’t install the tires. We decided to just install them ourselves instead of wasting more money here. And even when we got the car back they left their trash in the car, very unprofessional. So we basically wasted four days for an alignment and some tires that we’ll have to install ourselves. I will be taking our future business elsewhere.

Hands down the best shop in town. I was recommended to go see these guys when I first moved to Spokane 2 years ago and I had taken my vehicle to a couple other shops of buckle and dimmed me every chance they got. When I came to perfection tire I met Corey and I felt like I was family right away. If something doesn’t need to be fixed or there is a work around rather than spend $1,000-$2,000 then he will make sure we take that road instead of spending thousands.

Great employees, good quality work at reasonable prices. Its always busy, so you need to set aside a couple hours for oil changes or tire services. Worth the wait!

I Live on the Olympic Peninsula and was taking a trip to eastern Washington with my family when my 92 E-250 camper van started spraying transmission fluid out from between the engine and transmission...I was stuck 300+ miles from home just north of spokane on 395...It was around 5 PM and I called everywhere to see if they could get my Van in...since again I was nowhere near my home, I needed it repaired as quickly as possible just to be able to get home.Most places told me at least 2 weeks before they could even look at it, others said closer to a month, and another never returned my call. Enter perfection tire, who was referred to me by a very nice tow truck driver named Tom...He said perfection tire does not just do tires, that they have a big shop area as well and a lot of mechanics. I called them up, explained my situation, and the gentleman at perfection tire (Ray) said that he would try to get my van in the next day (even though they were a couple weeks out for normal repairs) since I was stuck away from home and he felt bad for my situation. I knew this was going to be a major repair since the whole transmission would need to be dropped. He said (without looking at it, and just based on my description of the problem, it would be between 1400 and $3200 depending on what it needed.I had it towed to them the next day and family picked me up, where we continued our planned camping trip at Marcus Island until Friday...I returned to spokane on Friday and ray called and said it was about done it just needed testing, but the mechanic was leaving at 5 (it was almost 5 at this time), and that I could pick it up Saturday Morning, I was ecstatic....He said the mechanic found exactly what caused the problem in the first place and took care of all of it. I said that is great, I will get a hotel for the night and be there in the morning...realizing I was going to fork out for a hotel for the night, he talked to his mechanic who decided to stay late and get it completely finished right away saving me the cost of a hotel...They could have charged me whatever they wanted and I would have paid it, since they knew I was in a bad situation.. but the bill only came out to 1500...On they low side of what they quoted me in the beginning....and in my opinion a great price for the amount of work involved.Well I put the van through the test driving across washington state and up to the top of the olympic peninsula for 8+ hours, a large part of that in 90+ degree heat and also up and over Snoqualmie pass...The van and the transmission performed better than it ever has in the time I have owned the van...THANK YOU! Perfection tire for helping me out in a bad situation...

I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I started using Perfection for all the fleet trucks at my work, then proceeded to get new tires put on two of our personal rigs there. Their customer service is second to none. Their prices and quality of tires is phenomenal. They do not try and over sell you on things you do not need. They have educated recommendations and let the customer decide what works best for them. Not to mention last night they were slammed but they somehow managed to squeeze in a flat tire repair on my own car. Thank you Corey and all the staff at Perfection Tire on N. Division!

My friends took their SUV here and had over $800 in car damages which their TINY WALL SIGN claims makes them not responsible and god forbid they have cameras or do the right thing. My friends went out to their car to this not a single employee said a thing they let them find this and come back in to have it discussed- stero gone, speakers gone, security cut, dash cracked...I will NEVER give them my business and I hope others don’t for this same reason. Horrible customer service deserves a horrible review. Get better employees and maybe some security cameras.

Not quite perfection. I was happy with my repair, and the knowledge of the staff. However the business seems quite disorganized. Dont get me wrong, the team works hard and I appreciate them. My point is that it seems like theyre working harder than they have to. Im not sure management is appropriately dealing with how busy this place can get.

I needed a new set of tires and had my heart set on Michelin’s but the knowledgeable tech took his time to educate me on what would be the better choice based on my vehicle and driving habits and assured me I would be pleased. I went with his suggestion and have been thoroughly pleased with the suggested product and even got to enjoy a nice rebate! Definitely a fan for life!

Straight forward service. The manager, Mr. Murphy, knocks the competition right out of the water by delivering high quality and speedy service. We had a nail in our tire on Friday and Mr. Murphy helped us 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday before our scheduled roadtrip Sunday morning. They dont need your service as they are always busy...but they deserve it because they are so darn good.

I trust that they are honest here; they usually bring parts out to show whats wrong and what needs replacing. Also, they never talk down to me about anything.Theyve always been helpful with flat tires, even if theyre really busy. When I had a flat tire once that they couldnt replace with a new tire due to tread depth and having an all wheel drive car, they recommended locations where I could try to find a compatible single tire with the right tread depth they would install for me, instead of telling me my only option was to buy 4 brand new tires from them. They give you information to make the best/most affordable choice for your car.Also, they recently replaced my spark plugs and cables, one of which was faulty and came loose on my drive home: they DROVE TO WHERE I WAS and fixed it well enough for me to drive back to the shop, where they replaced the faulty cable right away. This is the only time Ive had any problem with work done there during about 4-5 years of using them, but it wasnt due to their doing a poor job but due to a faulty part, and they went out of their way to make it right.

Had an urgent car issue at 730am Friday. Guy at the counter laughed at my husband when he asked if someone could look at it asap as it was leaking anti freeze. Said they might be able to look at it later that afternoon or the next day. Took it to a shop a few blocks south of them. They fixed it and had us on the road in 45 mins. This outfit will never have any of our business or that of friends or family

Never again! Took my car for an alignment. Was called 3 hours later and told my car was soooo bad I needed extra parts in order to align it. An extra $350.00. Called my mechanic who had just finished redoing my brakes, rotors, struts and rack and pinion. He said to just bring it home. Took it to Les Schwab and they aligned it up to factory settings with no problem and it drives PERFECT. So ladies beware!

We were recommended to the North Perfection Tire by a family friend. These guys are friendly and helpful. They took our car back within 15-20 mins of being there and they were upfront and honest about what issues our rear brakes were having. They didnt beat around the bush about anything. GREAT BUSINESS: I SO appreciate that they did not try to sell me what I do not need! They did what was needed, with no pushy sales pitch added. s talk down to me and push sales. As a solo female, vehicle repair shops always try and sell me unneeded products and service. NOT here - they were friendly, speedy, and honest. They took care of my tire quickly as I had to leave town the next day. AND -- they would not take any money for the repair!! They just said, Come back and see us when you need new tires! YOU BET I WILL! An AAA driver told me this was the best tire place in town, so far I have to agree.

Drove up from Southern Utah and my wheel bearings had failed. Ask them to take a look and see if the spindle head also failed. They got me right in took amazing care of my truck and made it so that I could turn back around and go to Southern Utah the next day without any delay. Really appreciate their assistance

Last Friday I was pulled over for a tail light that was out. Perfection Tire had my light taken care of immediately and only late to work by 17 minutes. Customer Service was excellent and so thankful to Perfection Tire.All my dealings with this shop have been host and fair. Great integrity!

So I had a wheel fall off because I used aluminum lugnuts and I went to perfection on division and I had the replace the 5 studs where the wheel fell off and then they told me all the rest needed to be replaced and I could not afford it at the time and they said there was nothing that they could do and made it impossible for me to just sign a simple liability contract to drive it off the lot so I had to have a friend come tow it back to my house for me and I had someone come inspect all of my other studs and they were perfectly in tact and fine. Perfection tire is somewhere I will never ever go to again! You have lost my business trying to charge me an extra 500 dollars for something that didn’t even need replacing.

They gave me a very fair price on a couple of replacement lights for my Dodge. Didnt even charge to put them in. Better than I could get on Amazon. Hard to beat that service.

Waited 11 days to get a hitch installed after calling multiple times to check on the status and then they said it’d be a week to get it once they had my van the second time. Hate negative reviews but this truly was awful!

My fiance and I broke down 5 miles out of Spokane and made it to the first shop we could find, the gentleman at Perfection helped us out as fast as they could, got us back on the road in the same day and saved us the most money they could. I have never met more friendly or helpful mechanics in my life. I would give them more stars if I could.

I had a trailer tire blow, which resulted in a crew of six standing around until I got the tire replaced. I showed up just before opening time, with the loose wheel and tire, to find a line over two hours long. After explaining my predicament, they took pity on me, and had the new tire mounted before they even opened. I was back on the road, and my crew was back to work, within an hour. I cant explain enough how thankful I was that they accommodated me. This is truly a fine establishment full of fine people. I couldnt recommend them more. Thanks, Kelly!

I have purchased THREE sets of tires from them AND had my car serviced several times (recently for a major service) and every time they have done over and above what I asked for or hoped for in service. Dropped car off for new tires at 10 am was told it would be done in a couple of hours. At 2:15 was told it would be done in 90 minutes. At 4:15 was told it would be done in 20 - 30 minutes. At 4:46 they finally put it on the rack to start the 30 minute job. Totally discussed with customer service.

Excellent service! I was on a road-trip through Spokane when my brakes started making very bad sounds and vibrations when used. They were able to fit me in to their busy schedule right away. They diagnosed the issue, ordered and received replacement parts, installed them AND changed the tires (I needed a news set and since I was in the shop anyway..) in less than four hours. Shout out to excellent service, customer and otherwise!

These guys are great. Over the years have bought racing tires, Cooper Tires, a set of weathertech mats for truck, and sets of wheels. They replace our 2010 Outback headlights for us all the time. Nice little waiting room with free popcorn & coffee. Restrooms very clean.

I was informed .. by my EXPLORER that I had a low tire, and Perfection Tires was the closest place. Their service was excellent, the woman, yes, woman mechanic checked all my tires, she was quick and efficient! No Charge!!

I was just getting off work and noticed my tire was low. Ive heard good things about Perfection from a few people I know and decided to give them a try. I took the van up and they had me in and out in about 35 minutes with my tire fixed. They could have told me that my tires were too worn out and needed replacing but I didnt get the hard sell and I appreciate that very much. Rick was the guy that took care of me and let me tell you, when I have the money to get more work done on my vehicle, this is the shop I will be taking it to.

The people are friendly and courteous. The mechanic came out and talked to me about what they found. We discussed several options. Awesome!!

I love the guys at perfection tire; this is the best store of all the perfection tires by far! The guys are all courteous and friendly and they know their stuff. They help me prioritize what I need to have done since my car is 17 years old. Ive had a lot of work done by them. Cory is such a wonderful person. I bought my tires from him almost a year ago. Recently I ran over something and punctured the tire. I found out the tire had been discontinued short after I bought it and Cory put out an all points bulletin and found ONE TIRE LEFT at the Coeur d Alene store. He had it two days later for me. I was so upset to learn the tire was not covered by road hazard warranty, and so the entire episode was just overwhelming because I had just spent $700 on struts and a new cv axle. To make a long story short Cory just gave me the tire. He made my whole Christmas because I just didnt have the extra $100 to spend on a new tire, not to mention he found one on the first place! These guys are always just magic!

On at least 4 occasions I have been delighted and surprised by your gracious policy in refusing to charge me for repairs when you could well have done so. I have been treated well by all the guys there and they have always explained the work they have done in detail and with courtesy. Nail in my tire, oil pan leak, squealing brakes, and most recently the other day, squealing brakes again: now all of these are minor repairs but you could have charged for labor—that you did not gains my loyalty and my surest recommendation to others that they take their work to your store.

I paid for the lifetime oil changes several years back, today I called when I was just about there and asked how long there was a wait and they said they could get me right in, when I hung up the phone I pulled into the parking lot, I walked through the door and Corey asked what I needed help with and I told him an oil change, he said 1 1/2 hour wait. He knows who I am and whenever I deal with him he always says an 1 1/2 hour wait time, I deal with someone else my car will get in right away, I turned around and walked out the door today, if I didnt have lifetime oil changes I would never go back!6/16/18 I dropped my car off for an oil change today, Corey said 1 1/2 hours over the phone again, I walk in he said it will be 2 hrs, I comeback 3 hours later and my car hadnt even moved, I was very upset and demanded my keys and told him ill never be back, so much for my lifetime oil changes...

I have had been here a few times and I am not very impressed with how I have been treated. They have not been pleasant to deal with. I feel like they are trying to rush me and do not want to spend time to answer my questions. They have not always committed to a repair timeline and say, they will get to it when they can. No estimate on how long my wait will be. One time they were so rude that I turned around and went to one of their competitors. Last time I was there, they made a minor mistake that was caught by another mechanic. When I brought it in to be fixed, they corrected the problem quickly, but nobody, including the manager, appoligized for their error and they did not offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. If I have a choice, Ill probably go somewhere else next time I need this type of work done on my vehicle.

I broke down about 200 feet from these guys in the middle of the highway with my kids in the truck. No one stopped to help, as a matter of fact, most people gave me dirty looks or worse. I was there for quite some time. These guys came jogging down the center lane and, not only pushed me out of the center lane to the gas station, but stuck around to make sure I got my truck started! If theyre willing to do this for a stranger I cant wait to see their service at the shop. They have earned a new customer, we will be taking all of our farm trucks and daily drivers to them from now on. Thanks a million!

My families business with you, ends with me today. This week I was talked down to, and lied to. I now have to pay someone to rotate my tires back and fix your mistake. Out of loyalty to the old Perfection and my grandmother and mothers memory, I gave you guys another chance after the last time. So, im sorry your too big for your britches now, and have no customer loyalty. Im sorry your overworked and expensive.

I went in to Spokanes location today simply to buy a battery and I walked out with that and much more. I came in at 545, 15 mins before they closed and they still offered to check my battery to verify that it was indeed time to swap it out. They stayed 30 mins past closing just to finish the job and get it done right. Not one negative thing to say about the customer service there it was awesome.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I’ve gotten the lifetime oil change 2xs, w new cars. So when I call they say come in early . Last time I came in right at opening and waited 6hrs in store for oil change . They know how long I’ve been there and been a loyal customer. Idk if it’s because I’m a woman or that they already got the money for a life time oil change but I get the same deal every single time I need my oil changed. Idk if the owner knows or even cares but I find it low to treat a customer that’s been there that long like this . I feel like I can’t even use my life time oil change cuz the take care of paying clients first . No way should a oil change take 6 hrs .Very upset that this is how they have become.
