Not saying its a bad company but I personally had a horrible experience. I took my 2001 Dakota RT in three times for an alignment. First time I brought it back I personally got underneath and found my control arm bolts were loose. Second time I brought it back the toe was off. third time I brought it back they said it was perfectly aligned I took it to Golden rule brake for a second opinion and they showed me they were still both toed out had to pay for another alignment. This being my only vehicle I had to drive it. With the toe being off and the control arms loose it wiped out my new steering rack. I will be going in ASAP to see if theyll admit the mistake and put a new rack in my truck. If they do Ill be a happy customer and Ill return in the future.

I would give 10 stars if I could. They was recommended to me from my sister. While driving up from North Dakota my top speed was 55 mph before my truck shook unbearably. I was fully prepared to pay a small fortune to have him fix anything he found wrong. He could have said it needed the whole front-end redone and I would have got it done. Was more than happy when he said he was done and I just needed 1 tire balanced and a little air in another. I really do love HONEST people and he took the cake!! Only problem I had afterwards going back to ND, was my truck was a lot harder on gas. Maybe because now my speed was 80 mph without knowing it. Anytime Im in Spokane and need work done, He is the ONLY place Ill go. If your looking for an honest person who does GREAT work, I HIGHLY recommend Expert Alignment & Brake.

Needed front end alignment, turns out back was way out too. Still ended up costing me less than I expected and my Forester has never handled better! Will be recommending to friends & family.

I went to this place to get my alignment straighten out on the Dodge Dakota 07, this place was referred to me from a family friend. The company supposedly fixed the issue, and have us go on our marry way. We still felt the alignment was off even when driving out of the parking lot. We told the company this and they stated it was not off. We to another mechanic who told us to have the company who originally did the alignment to look at it again if they say that it is good they he would fix it. That is exactly what happened expert alignment stated that the alignment was good and nothing was off by looking at it not hooking it up to a machine. So we took it to the other mechanic and he fixed the alignment and we left the mechanic happy.

Precision equipment inside a lovely old brick building. Does it get any better? These guys were recommend by a classic car mechanic that I had been using. Mel and his crew gave my 1978 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 an alignment and fit her up with a fresh set of wheels and tires. I wont go anywhere else.

Highly recommended. Very professional and very reasonable prices. We hardly had to pay anything to get our alignment done, and these guys did an awesome job! Mel and the team did a fantastic job on our 2006 jetta. Price was extremely good.Expert Alignment found all 4 tires needing realignment. They provided details on how far out each wheel was plus the status of my brakes.This is a great shop with fantastic quality and excellent knowledge.

Had an issue with my trucks front shocks amd they were able to fix it quickly amd for a fair price.

I just bought a car in july... turns out it needs some work done. The first place I went to basically told me they sold me a piece and to dump it.... found out the drive line was disconnected and sent back to the dealership. The dealership fixed it but I knew there were other things that needed taken care of as far as underneath my car goes. After a long search I was referred to Expert alignment and brakes. They took the time to look through my car and give me a list if things I need done and did not over play or under play the situation. I appreciate someone that will give me the full truth. I was preparing to leave on an extended trip that would include approximately 4,000 miles of driving. Had my car serviced by BMW Spokane on Wed. and they indicated that my tires were worn unevenly and needed replacement. I ordered new tires on Wed. that would not be available until Thurs. evening. When I asked about the best alignment specialist, my National Tire Dealer in CDA said that the best alignment in the area was Expert Alignment and Brake in Spokane WA. but was told that they were usually booked out and I would have to secure an appointment. The Owner spoke with me and when I explained my situation and that I could not leave my car, he made arrangements to get me in if I could be there first thing Friday Morning. I was there when they opened and I had a clean comfortable waiting room. In a short time the alignment was completed and I was on my way. From the first moment when I left and especially when I was on I-90 East, the difference in the way my BMW 530Xi handled was amazing. Expert Alignment made an appreciable difference. Went here as a recommendation from another business and glad I did. Usually since I’m a woman I’m very nervous about going to do car stuff by myself, but felt extremely comfortable and they did not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I asked for a quote ahead of time and they charged me that price. They were very detailed in explaining to me the work on my car, what I might need in the future, and all that Jazz. I will for sure be going here again for any of my car needs!

Expert Alignment was referred to me by another shop and they are fast courteous and reasonable in price. I recommend them based on my own experience.

They have a ton of integrity and fair prices, cant go wrong, though there is a week plus wait because he is so great. An addition to my review when he was done with the alignment he pointed out a couple of problems with the front end of my car and went on to offer several options to fix it even said if I purchased the parts to save money he would be happy to install them. These guys are second to none, even offered to do some stuff at no additional charge. Once again they are the best.

These guys are fast. I made an appointment and was out in less than an hour. They recorded before and after measurements and identified other issues. Very fair charges. Id go back or send a friend.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. FEMALES do not take your vehicle there. They will charge you more than MEN! I called for a quote on an alignment (front wheel drive car) at 1:40 today.. was quoted $100. So my friend recommended them because he was there last week and got a four wheel alignment for $79 with tax. I was confused by this and said I was told it would be $100. So my friend calls back and hes told it would be $40!!!!!!! This is the difference between a female calling and a male calling fifteen minutes apart. When I called to ask why the difference in price I was pretty much called a liar and told he never quoted that. This is where my entire family used to take their cars. I got my brakes done last year there. They have lost a lot of business and I have a big mouth and will make sure everyone knows.

I took my car in for an alignment they called and said the tie rods were going out 400 later. I took my car to my mechanic and he said it needs an alignment after it was suppose to have that done. I told him about the repair and he said when he did my brakes the tie rods were fine. I took it to you all before and no issue all was good until now.the alignment was great last time.

The original owner built a reputable business. A new Guy bought it. Myself, my brother and his mother-in-law all had different repairs done, at different times. And all were $1,1000.00 each. A different dealer checked one vehicle and said it needed the same repair Expert claimed it did. When the other dealer called Expert to ask about the repair, Expert hung up on them.

I was dreading going in for an alignment based on previous experiences, not knowing if you need all the stuff your being sold.I called the shop and explained the issues I was having. I was told that they were booked out for three weeks but if I brought my car by in the morning he would take a look and let me know what parts needed to be replaced, and he understood if I needed to go elsewhere to have the repairs done sooner.Long story short, I get a message that the parts in question all look good and that he already has the car on the alignment machine and it would be ready to pick up in an hour.And the cost for all this with tax 50.00.Very nice, knowledgeable, and honest guys! You have created a raving fan.

This business did a wonderful job taking care of my brake problem for $100 when I had been quoted more than $300 elsewhere. Professional and honest, they inspired my confidence in them. You know how mechanics look at a book for quotes and jab you for a tall order whether or not it takes that amount of time? Expert A&B may reference a book, but I knew that they were giving me a great deal, a reasonable price. You can go here with confidence and though I live more than an hour out of Spokane, this will be my preferred stop.

Took a vintage car and my older Dodge truck here for front end work after getting a reference from one of their clients. They parked both inside, inspected them before they gave me pricing on repairs, gave me a detailed estimate and performed the work in short order. Highly recommend.

My wife went in expecting to spend $500 on new struts for her 2002 Nissan Sentra. Turns out we didnt need them. They checked them out, said they were fine, greased a few things and sent her on her way. Didnt charge us a thing! Well be back in the future for sure. Thanks guys!

Brought my 99 dodge cummins dually in to have the front end rebuilt - these guys did an excellent job, steers better than it did off the assembly line. Their quote was less than half of 3 other big name repair shops and they had it fixed the same day. A little bit of a wait to get the appointment - but let me tell you - its worth it !! Top notch outfit. I have used expert at least six times over the years. I have never gotten any surprises on my bill, in fact they usually charge less than what they quoted me. Keep in mind that their quote is already cheaper than their competitors. One of the few times in life that you get more than you pay for, they are affordable and very good at what they do. I absolutely will not use another shop, even if they are booked out. Id rather wait to have them work on my rigs, than deal with some other outfit.

Great team. Went to Sears 4 times before I decided to come here and when I came here they told me what my problem was and did my alignment. Sears never even told me what my problem to the car wobbling could be. This place is where I will now be going.

Honest and fair prices

Had my whole front end done by this guy and was charged almost $1,500 and almost two years later I had it at another mechanic getting some other work done and he told me that I needed a new front end. I said thats no possible way my front end already needs repairs! So I took it back to expert alignment (with my receipt in hand) & told him what my my other mechanic I told me, & he said to bring it in so he can see what the problem was. He tightened my steering wheel only because I told him thats been a problem since he supposedly fixed it. When I return to pick up my truck he said that I was going to need several other parts fixed on my front end that would cost me $800. FOR WHAT?? For to so your job the right way?? I went to this guy cuz I trusted him as a single female and I read his reviews. But he obviously charge me too much for a job that was never done. Never again and will not send anybody to him.
