I have been coming here for over a decade! EAH knew how to repair every foreign car Ive brought to them. Quality and integrity throughout!
I just brought my Mini in for an inspection after I bought it. They were super friendly and accommodating including after I changed my appointment type last minute from a drop off to a wait. They are surprisingly reasonably priced I was not expecting my bill to be as low as it was and they showed me what was wrong without even asking. I’m definitely going to be bringing my mini back for future services. The only sad part is they only work on German cars so I still have to find somewhere else for my Toyota!
They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain my car problems when I asked. Not the cheapest place around, but coming here first can save money in the long run because they know what theyre doing.
They are amazing at what they do they always keep me updated and tell me the exact price I am looking at. Very pleased
Great service. Well worth the price and the people working there are very friendly. Will be bringing my Audi back.
They were very professional from start to finish. Wont go any where else if I need work done on my Audi.
I hate that I love this place. Go in with the intentions to completely fix my car and sell it but no. These guys fix it and restore the love I have for my car.
I have been taking my Mini Cooper to them for service for three years. Each time they have been courteous and very helpful. When repairs were found that were unexpected they explained the problems and provided an accurate and reasonable estimate. They were able to get the parts and get me back in for repairs in a timely manner. Thankfully it has only needed basic maintenance since then. The facility is clean and comfortable for waiting. The staff are friendly and professional. I have no reason to ever take my mini anywhere else and if you have a European auto I highly recommend them.
The only place I trust my Audis to after they come off warranty and yes I will travel 470 miles to bring my cars to them. Honest fair just dropped my 2003 A8l off to them and know I will get my car back with zero surprises at the end. They have worked on my Q7 sold that now buying a Q8. So they will probably see that at some point
Completely professional gets the work done on time and right the first time. They are very busy so hard to drop in for quick service. Buy work is done when they say it will.
Greg and crew are fair, honest and knowledgeable. 94 540I runs like a champ!! Only shop Ive ever used!
Theyre always glad to help
Could not find part in the US to fix A/C. Their mechanic was able to troubleshoot a circuit board and replace a fuse on it. I now have working A/C. Highly recommend.
I needed to get my car checked out last minute before a cross-state venture and couldnt find openings anywhere. Despite not having any openings either, AutoHaus offered to do a drop-in scan on my car to see what was up. Scan came back clear and they refused to take any payment. Thanks so much!
I searched around for quite awhile looking for a shop to trust with our Audi service. Tried these guys out today and they were great! I noticed right away that everyone who works in the shop (as far as I could tell) drives a Euro, always a good sign there’s some actual passion involved with the guys wrenching on your vehicle. I was also relieved to get some validation on dismissing Audi’s crazy lifetime fluid nonsense. Clean shop, courteous, professional and fair pricing. I will be back for sure!
Ive used European AutoHaus three times now for my 2014 Mini Cooper Clubman. I highly recommend them. They are courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. They are a pleasure to deal with.
Awesome as usual
The best and most honorable repair facility around. Ive been in the car business 42 years...THESE ARE THE GUYS !
I’ve had the extreme pleasure of using these guys for my ‘01 BMW X5 since I bought the Beastly girl in May. I thought for sure I’d be spending a ton of loot and also be told fix stuff that didn’t need it. NOT the case! These guys are FAIR and HONEST! Spokane’s Best for sure!
Look somewhere else to take your vintage Mercedes. We thought they had fixed our vintage Mercedes diesel tank problem but the young and inexperienced mechanics didnt think to blow out the fuel lines, so the filter immediately was clogged again, leaving us stranded on the freeway because the car stalled and was starved of fuel. Two more trips and finally all the hoses were blown out, tank scoured and each time we paid $ for their forgetfulness. Also didnt check air conditioner lines, filled it with new r2 and it leaked out in a week. Cost $300 for the r2.☹
Found online where to take our BMW X5. Needed Google maps to find our route first time. Ample parking to park vehicles. The staff are knowledgeable in what is needed for regular maintenance. The work is top notch, fair price for work done.
Really great shop! Awesome customer service- very friendly, easy to reach, answer all my questions, they actually empathize with you and have reasonable prices. This is my mechanic for life and couldn’t ask for better!
This buisiness offered to buy our college studen daughters car after quoting too high of a repair price and then took the car, saying he would let her know how much he could offer and then never called her back. Its been 7 months with no word.
Greg and his team always exceed my expectations!!!European auto haus is the only place I trust with my Porsche and Audi. Excellent service!!
Went looking for a local place that would work on the older Mercedes stuff. By chance, I was browsing through a local magazine, and they had rated European Autohaus the best shop in the area, for working on foreign vehicles. I called ahead, and dropped my car off first thing in the morning, on a Friday. By the afternoon, I received a call from one of the guys, and they indicated that they narrowed down the culprit to a relay. They ordered it, and had it by Monday morning. Monday afternoon, I got the call that my car was finished, and could come pick it up. No charge for diagnosis, no charge for labor. Just a charge for the relay, and I was on my way. I got a really good vibe from this place, and look forward to doing business with them again. The employee I deal with was very professional and courteous. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
Having been to several foreign mechanics and suffering much frustration I landed at European Autohaus. The communication is excellent, service is reliable and prices reasonable. It’s quite a drive from home for me but worth it.
Extremely disappointed with my experience here and would not recommend to anyone.I called to make an appointment on August 13th to have my alternator replaced. After thorough questioning as if I didnt know what I was talking about, I was told there was no availability until August 23rd. I booked the appointment for August 23rd only to find out my appointment was never recorded. After what they said was many hours of testing they said they could not find out what was wrong with my car- I had already told them it was the alternator but apparently that wasnt what they thought. With NOTHING done to the car except testing I was charged $120. They had told me there was nothing they could do and they didnt know what was wrong with it. I do not believe ANYTHING was done to my car. There was a rats nest in the battery compartment when I received it back-- kind of crazy considering Testing the battery would require access to that compartment.I spoke with the shop and expressed my concerns but was treated as though my business didnt matter and was told they are in the business to make money..clearly.Only about a week later, I was driving down the highway when my alternator died completely. I took into another mechanic who told me within minutes that the alternator had died and they fixed it completely.and go to Mechanics Pride in the Valley or Downtown. I have had only good experiences and they warranty their work.
Always a pleasure to do business with honest people that know what they are doing! Customer service is A+
Went to this place years ago when my old mechanic tried to charge me for something unnecessary. These guys couldve made some extra money and chose to do the right thing.
My lady brought her BMW to get serviced....great staff and very informative. Definitely coming back for future repairs.
I took my 91 Mercedes here for glow plugs. They quoted me $500, then called and said that might be a little low on the quote because sometimes they break off. I was like geez I hope they dont gouge me. Then after all it was like $450.00 for everything. I appreciated the honesty
The guys here are accommodating, reliable and honest. They have even shown me the broken park, showing me where it failed. Great communication about the problems and how urgently each one needs to be fixed. European Autohaus is awesome!I made the mistake of taking my 05 MINI to a different transmission shop for a clutch repair because it was about $500 cheaper. The experience at the other shop was so bad that I immediately regretted not spending the extra money to have European Autohaus do the work. Do yourself a favor and just take your car to the great guys at European Autohaus!
I have been with European Autohaus for over 10years and would not go anywhere else. Service is excellent and personnel is very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend using this shop for all service work.
European Autohaus is like having the Brand Dealership for your car whenever needed -- the friendship and expertise is always a step ahead, improving your mechanical security and personal quality of life. Cannot do it without you! Best, Your loyal customers and friends!
Best place for all Erupean car issues, even over the dealership.
Great place to take European cars to be worked on. Very trustworthy and quality work.
Very knowledgeable people work here. I know that Im receiving great service at this place.
They had my 2007 Mini Cooper for 30 days!! $3800 later runs worse. Didnt fix actual problem. Service writer is an idiot!Update: had the car 6 months for warranty repair. Yes 6 months!!runs worse. I dont think he tried to fix it.
Everyone that I have encountered at this shop have been extremely pleasant to do business with. They make it easy for you to voice your concerns and questions without making you feel ignorant. Many thanks and appreciation for all they do!
Great place! Go here instead of Europe Automotive. Definitely the superior european repair shop in the area
Passing through Spokane on a cross country road trip in my 2009 BMW M3 and had some engine noise develop. Greg, the owner, took a look at the car himself, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it while I waited. Couldnt ask for a nicer, cleaner shop and overall customer experience. A truly professional operation. WiFi while you wait is great as well. Would definitely suggest bringing your German automobile here if youre local.
Fixed my 1984 Porsche after other attempts failed.
This is by far the best way to spend money for no answers, they will rip you off and not even give you information on whats wrong with your vehicle. They will say things like further diagnosis is required and try to charge you 300-400 bucks. Please go here if you feel the need to throw your money away.
Friendly, courteous, extremely helpful, reasonable prices. I wouldnt take my Jetta anywhere else.
Owners are exceptionally great! Very professional and relevant showroom.
I drive a 2005 Audi A4 1.8T ---- I found Greg and the Spokane Auto Haus after dealing with terrible service at the Spokane Audi dealership.Greg made a special appointment for me late on a Friday because it was the only time I had available. He did great work and even kept the bung parts for me to see after replacing my spark plugs and air filter.Since I live in Spokane, I will definitely continue taking my car here!
Awesome group of guys. Were every honest with. Got my Mini fixed quick and correctly. I will differently bring it back again.Jason BoudreauDrive509 CDL School
Handshake good guy owner. Ive been doing business with them for over 10 years.
Simply the best mechanics for European (esp. German) cars! Pride & integrity in the craft!
Great service and high quality workmanship.
Fair prices, great service, knowledgeable staff. Felt like thr mechanics from back in Germany.
European AutoHaus might not be the cheapest shop in town (still cheaper than the dealership though), but they are the best. They wont try and fix things that dont need fixing - very honest, and always do quality work. They have an immaculate shop with all the newest equipment. I have taken my VW & Audi there for years & I am extremely anal about my car. I wouldnt let the boys at Jiffy Lube touch it with a 10 foot pole, but Ill gladly hand the keys to Greg & his crew!
I have 1995 Mercedes Benz and have been taken to Greg the owner European Autohauser since 2005.Greg is very honest man. The price is very reasonable. I can easily recommend European Autohause to anyone that own Mercedes Benze. Thanks you Greg for your honesty.
Praises to a wonderful auto mechanic and his staff. They go above and beyond to place the customer first!
I was attending a BMW CCA club meeting a few weeks ago at a local restaurant. When a woman at another table overheard our car talk, she asked the group where we would recommend that she take her BMW for servicing. It was a unanimous vote. The answer... European Autohaus. I was a little surprised myself that all the overly opinionated, wrench wielding, gear heads at the table had the same answer. If that is not the best recommendation for a auto repair shop, I dont know what is. If you want your car done right... take it here.
I took my 2001 Audi A6 4.2 in after putting new coilovers and a 6sp swap in the car. I initially brought it in for an alignment but added replacing the right side valve cover as well. Since the brake reservoir was removed during the swap and I had only done a quick initial bleed to the brake system I called and asked them to bleed the brakes as well. When I went in to pick up the car I was told they did a brake flush, I didnt protest because the brake system probably needed a flush as it had spent a few years in Seattle and had picked up some moisture in the brake system. The tech had noted on the paperwork the brake pedal still felt soft. I asked if they had cycled the ABS unit during the bleed as this is a requirement for bleeding the brakes in this car. I was assured that they had. I took the car for a test drive and knowing what a brake bleed job feels like when you dont cycle the ABS I immediately returned to the shop and asked to speak with the tech who had performed the brake bleed as I didnt think the ABS was cycled. After being out in the shop for some time the person at the counter returned with Greg, the owner. He asked if the brake reservoir had been removed during the swap which I told him it had been. He then told me that their standard brake flush did not include cycling of the ABS unit during bleeding. Im not sure how this can be since it is called out in the factory service manual as a requirement for ALL brake bleed procedures. I really wish I could find a shop that worked on my car with the same care and attention that I do. I guess this is why I rarely take my car in to repair facilities. Having 4 Audis sitting in my driveway, none of them will ever make the trip back to European Autohaus, which is sad as they seemed to be the best choice in town. I guess the search goes on......
On a recent trip to Spokane with my wife, our 2005 Mini Cooper S broke down, leaving us stranded on a Sunday afternoon. I did some research on local mechanics in the Spokane area, and called European Autohaus the next morning as soon as they opened.I spoke with the owner, Greg, who told me that they were scheduled two weeks out, but agreed to take a look at my Mini to see what they could do. It turned out that my Mini had lost a crank pulley and wasnt going anywhere without a repair. We ended up having to extend our trip by another night as parts were ordered but they charged a fair price and were extremely accommodating under the circumstances. The owners wife even gave us a ride from the mechanics office to our hotel!I am extremely happy with my experience here and if I lived in the area, European Autohaus would have my business everytime.
Reliable, fast service. As long as I am in spokane, my BMW will never go to the dealership if possible, itll go here.
First of all, they are straight up honest with you. They saved me tons of money than what Europro quoted me plus it turns out europro was completely wrong about the problem. They wanted me to get a new tandem pump on my s55 amg when it was bad accumulators. Saving me more than $1500. Im so glad i got recommended to European Autohaus
Good, honest service and fair prices.
I have a 2003 VW Passat 1.8T and it was having a weird shifting issue when up-shifting from 2 to 3. I first took it to Volkswagen Appleway Spokane after lying to me that it was a software issue and charged me $119.52 for a service I didnt agree on (it was a vehicle point inspection). They concluded that my car had over $8000 worth of damage and I told them straight up I dont have the money to spend on stealership prices. I eventually took my car over to European Autohaus and they found that all five my mounts (hard and cracked), timing belt (cracked), and crankcase breather hoses (broken and/or cracked), which ran me about $2500 in total. Its still hard to pay that, but it was much better than paying $8000 for the same service and plus other misc things that didnt need fixing (like the valve body). The guys (Obie and Greg) have been very professional and patient with me in trying to get my satisfaction and getting me back on the road without anymore problems occurring. If youre a local or just visiting the Spokane area, I seriously recommend this place.
Awesome staff and outstanding service!!
They had the parts that i needed and for a very good price
Excellent service, knowledgeable and dependable.
Great place!
Snooty and unprofessional!
