Love this place! Love my Kubota! Love my implements! Thanks Jodi!
I had a great experience with the parts department three months. I went back when I needed a different part. This experience did not start as well but since they did such a good job last I went to the store to discuss in person rather than moving on. Lance Sims took care of the pricing issue and stuck with the quote, even though it meant zero profit. Adams Tractor will continue to get my business!
Came in for Stihl saw parts for a 462 and a 361 that were down. Were from out of town (Team Rubicon operation helping clean up Malden after the fire) and none of the other Stihl dealers had the parts we needed. Joshua (?) at the counter helped us out and we got what we needed to keep the saws running. Great service. And... great Stihl support of veteran founded and led Team Rubicon (non-profit disaster response volunteer org). Will spend $$ here in Spring, 2022 when we come back to Malden.
Amazing staff very helpful 👏 👍 👌Will keep my business here
The best customer service I’ve ever had!
Great place to shop, awesome service.
They are always very helpful.
Jody has been very helpful each time I have been there and talked to me like I was an individual and not just trying to upset me to get more money.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend this company.
This is your place! Justin was one who helped us, he did a great job, and made it easy, no pressure transaction. Thank you!
Exceptionally service and pleasure to do business here! Highly recommended 👌
Great sales and service. These guys know what they are talking about!
Love my Kubota tractor. Bought two tractors here over the years. Still have the older one (1991). Friendly staff. Service department has answered many questions over the years. Good access.including for trailers, and lots of parking.
The parts department is just a mess now.
Very professional and courteous.
Made an appointment for a riding lawn mower servicing including a time/date for them to pick up my mower from my home. Nobody showed up or called me, so I called several hours after the appointment time and was told they had computer issues and they would get it the next day. Again, nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know if something had changed. I left a voicemail with the small engine shop that day and got no response until the next business day, but by then I had made arrangements to take my machinery elsewhere.
I would give adams tractor 10 stars if I could. 5 for sales and 5 for service. My skid steer broke down just as the snows hit and I needed a solution for my half mile dirt driveway or we were going to be in a bad way up on this hill. I was in “communication” with maybe a dozen local dealers for a new piece of equipment. I say that loosely because most of the dealers wouldn’t even respond. Seems that the nationwide shutdowns had backed up supply and inventory was short across the city. I was even given quotes by another place, but when I agreed to the price they strung me along for 3 weeks and finally admitted that they couldn’t get the equipment they quoted me on.Scott at Adams put me on just the right tractor for the job and was honest about the timeline. He returned his messages in the same day without exception. Thorough and thoughtful delivery too.Now the snowblower I purchased had a problem. The main reduction sprocket on the snowblower side wasn’t adequately tightened to the shaft and it was creeping forward. Went through my first chain in about 2 hours. Jeff in service walked me through the alignment and sent a new chain to my address the same day. I chewed that one up in about 20 minutes. Now I was getting worried that these tractors aren’t up to my job, but turns out that sprocket was still creeping on the shaft even with red locktite on the setscrews. I dropped it off with Jeff and he spot welded the new sprocket to the shaft and had it ready for pick up just a day later. Now I’m throwing snow like a beast and I am obsessed with this little tractor. User friendly, loaded with features, doesn’t kill me to work with it for hours.A huge thank you to the crew at Adams for your professionalism and your great attitude and customer service.
In and out with no problems at all.
Dont plan on getting your expensive machine serviced in a reasonable time. They are constantly behind. My machine is three weeks out before they will even look at it.Service is lacking and it would be nice to get a call back. My business is suffering because of their shortcomings.
Busy place. For all your tractor and or mower needs. Has a great receptionist. She does a great job. Knows what shes doing and multitaskes great. Even knows other peoples jobs. Like parts department. If someone is busy in the yard she jumps in and figures out the problem. Very important lady in there business.
The guy working on Saturday was super nice are super busy. We bought a mower from here and found the guy working to be so nice and very helpful. He let me test drive mowers and in the end we bought a mower. He delivered the unit later in the week.
They took care of our needs but proved to be pretty limited on stock. The store has plenty of lawn mowers inside but a couple more weedwackers, hedgers, chainsaws would be a little more appealing. It just seems small for a bigger town like Spokane.
Great salesman: Jody M.!We visited Adams Tractor several times while deciding which tractor and what implements to purchase. Each time Jody helped us out. He is very knowledgeable and never put any pressure on us. He provided suggestions and shared his personal tractor experiences to help us make up our minds. When we did make up our minds to go with Kubota, he made the purchase process smooth and painless. The sales lot is sized just right to allow you to check out all of the products. If you are looking at Kubota products, seek this place out and insist on speaking with Jody. You will not be disappointed.
I had a great experience with Adams Tractor. Scott Oleary was the salesman and walked me through every aspect of operation and maintenance of the machine i purchased. I would highly recommend Adams to anyone
Love this place they do great work
Outstanding service from the parts department! Went in today for a part and even though it wasnt available I was very impressed with the service I received from the young man behind the counter. I wish I wouldve gotten his name! You guys need more employees like him! Thanks!
Went there thinking we wanted a tractor and got some really personalized service from Scott. We had some concerns about our application. Some were confirmed, some resolved, and some he helped us work around. Never felt like we were being sold. Have had good experiences at their parts counter also.
Good serivce
The best in town
Really busy location but got the mower I needed quickly
Greatest tractor and saw dealer in the area. Tractor service manager always goes above and beyond for me. Extensive saw inventory and every part you need.
After rave reviews and my high expectations, I was sadly disappointed with service and after sales support. Jody is a great salesperson and one that keeps it together there. He has gone beyond the call of duty to help me when I could not get a safety service performed on my tractor, and sales information from others there. I guess spending over $40k on a new tractor and new RTV was not enough to even get a thank you card from them. Will be performing my own service on these pieces of equipment!
Kubota tractors, good quality. Salesman was friendly not pushy.
Very nice customer service staff, and I love coming here for my Stihl dealer needs. They are really helpful, thorough, and guarantee their products.
Bought a tractor at the tune of 45k. Jack was great to work with but all they want is the sale. After the sale trying to get them to help you with problems is impossible. I needed to stabalize my tractor with duals and they werent any help whatsoever. If all you want to do is buy a piece of equipment...great. If you want service after the sale.....good luck.
Great, friendly service, quick and efficient!
When you have tried the rest go to the best Adams tractor co 1602 E trent.
Had a terrible experience...the owner is rude and inconsiderate. Talks down to his customers.
Great service, knowledgeable staff. A little bit on the high side for prices.
We use Adams for parts for our Kubota and theyve always impressed us. Thank you!
Went in on Saturday to look at mini excavators. The gentleman was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. I will drive clear to the coast before I buy anything from them. He cost you a $20,000 plus sale.
After having to deal with these folks, I traded my Kubota for a Kioti. I know a statement like that sounds like sour grapes, but I feel justified after the experience I had. A little background.. I live on a farm outside of Thompson Falls, MT. There are no local tractor dealers or service shops close. I had taken my tractor to Big Sky Kubota in Missoula last year and ended up paying over $1000 to have it serviced and repaired. After driving 100mi home, I found the hydraulics did not have any pressure. I messed with the valves after YouTubing a solution and got by. My son now lives in Spokane. I decided to give Adams Tractor a try. I arranged a 2 week window in March where I didnt need my tractor and made a trip to drop it off and see my son (Mar 16). I explained what I wanted repaired to the salesman on shift (Serv Dept is closed on the weekend). He recorded my concerns and said Jeff, the service manager, would contact me on Monday. On Tues (Mar 19), my coworker took a phone call and told me it was Jeff letting me know he got the list of repairs. On Wed (Mar 27), I still hadnt heard anything so I called and spoke with Jeff. I asked how things were going and said I would be over on Sat (Mar 30) to retrieve my tractor. Jeff assured me my tractor would be ready as 2wks was enough time to complete repairs. I requested Jeff call me if my tractor would not be ready. He agreed, but something wasnt right. I contemplated my options. I could call and reschedule the delivery of materials. I could postpone tilling the garden. I could delay moving the hay into the barn. I was overthinking things. I was just told I would receive notice if there were a problem. I planned on going to Spokane regardless to help my son move. The only difference would be which vehicle I took and the pain to the pocketbook for fuel. I finished the work week a little too late to make a phone call on Fri (Mar 29), but figured I would have received a phone call if anything were amiss. Early Sat (Mar 30) I was on the road. I looked forward to see my son and get my tractor. I arrived and was greeted by Justin. He said he could help me pay for my Kubota repairs. I was stunned when he told me I owed $2400. I forgot to request tax exemption as a Montana resident. I hadnt set any limits and thought it was worth it to have fresh fluids and all the little quirks repaired. Peace of mind isnt cheap. Justin went to the Service Shop to retrieve my tractor. He came walking back and said he forgot the key. My son took my key and went to get the tractor. As he drove back, I saw the bucket locked high in the air and hydraulic hoses hanging below the loader arms. Justin attempted to call or text Jeff for an explanation, but he didnt answer. Justin gave me his personal cell number and said he would work on a solution. I started trying to figure out how to rearrange my commitments at the last minute. The day progressed and Justin informed me there was nothing he could do. I asked if the bent hydraulic line could be reinstalled? No. Could the loader be removed and retrieved later? No. How about trading for a new tractor? An additional $10,000 and sure. I was insulted. I left Spokane without my tractor and told Justin to have Jeff call when my tractor was ready. On Wed (Apr 1) Jeff still hadnt called. When I called him, he said he was really surprised the line hadnt shown up yet, but hed keep waiting. I lost my temper and demanded my tractor be ready to go. I left work early and drove to Spokane. Jeff had a tech install the new line that had been sitting there the whole time with a minor bend. I picked up my tractor after hours and brought it home. I tried it out and was happy to see the power had been restored. Alls well that ends well, I thought. Half way through moving a hay bale, it wouldnt lift. It was like it had no hydraulic pressure again. Im not willing to be screwed over and lied to anymore. I got a fair deal trading in my 400hr Kubota on a new Kioti and Im happy with my new tractor. Adams Tractor is worthless. Especially you Jeff!
Fast service with all the parts you need.
Do not do business with Adams tractor of Spokane or Courdalene! They sell lemons and don’t stand behind there products! Kubota lawn mowers are the worst I have ever used!
Best place to buy a tractor.
Always great service and friendly employees!
Very helpful, thank you!
Called to order a part for some equipment I have, phone was answered by Jamie M. what a nightmare of a person, very rude and condescending person, was basically told to f off by her. Long story short still needed the part so went into the location hoping for a better salesperson, WRONG, got the same person that had previously answered the phone and she was even more rude in person, needless to say I went somewhere else.
Service is something to be improved.
Great knowledge and products and the best price in town! Thanks Jack.
Very friendly and helpful
They helped me with my tractor needs
Awesome people to work with
Went to the service department about a hydraulic leak on my Kubota BX2380, tech to make a site visit to evaluate problem and possible fix or take into shop
Justin is great to deal with
Awesome staff and equipment!
