Christina helped us with our new master bath faucets, shower head, sinks, toilet, bathtub, tub filler and urinal! We worked with her at the end of February right before the Covid quarantine brought everything to a screeching halt. She kept on the orders as the supply chain slowly began to restart and was responsive, knowledgeable and professional in all our dealings. The quality of all the items is exceptional and we are very happy with our new bathroom. Highly recommend Ferguson and Christina.

These guys are great! Staff is very helpful; I saw a guy come in to pick up a part and their employee, Dave, asked about the project, told the customer Id sell it to ya, but thats not what you need. He found him the right part, and the customer was very grateful.They carry top quality products that I rely on in my work, and they know their business. I highly recommended the plumbing supply guys!

No one at the store offered me any help. They told me I needed to make an appointment, even though I knew exactly what I wanted to order. Everyone I talked to from the receptionist to the gal who finally came to “help“ me made me feel like they were doing me a favor. The person who came to finally help me said she only had a minute and needed to get back to what she was doing. No one in the store smiled at me or even said hello. I told her since “getting back” was more important, she should go ahead and go back. I then went to Keller, was quickly greeted and assisted. I bought $8000 worth of faucets for our remodel there that day. They were very happy to help me.

Have been to Ferguson now several times. First experience was with a guy whose opening line was Im not a salesman and then proceeded to do a sales presentation for 10-15 minutes without getting any feedback from us about what we were thinking or wanting.So why the 5 stars? We had a couple of questions after the first guy as we wandered around. We asked the receptionist for help and she has been excellent in providing answers and options. She is very knowledgeable and listens to our needs and ideas before responding.Jessica is the reason we are coming back and getting our bathroom sinks, tub and fixtures organized to provide for our plumber. She has saved us an enormous amount of time.

Doing a kitchen remodel, so that means potential for $20,000 plus of merchandise from this place, right? That was made clear. (Lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc.) Well, I guess I was of little worth at that point without getting the sub zero brand of appliances or I wasnt a builder or contractor and they had little time for me. I made an appointment to meet with the appliance guy. I came in and he was actually pretty helpful and after meeting for 15-20 minutes and making selections he said he would have a quote over, at the latest the next day but probably by the end of the same day. 1 week later, I called back and mentioned I had just been in, gave him all my contact info and he had NO CLUE who I was and no record of me coming in. (By the way, I was added to their monthly SPAM emails for current sales and promotions, which I routinely receive). Oh well, I updated him on what we talked about. 2 months later I still have no quote on the full remodel of kitchen appliances I needed. With such poor customer service and follow up I am going somewhere else for appliances, obviously but I am also taking my business elsewhere for the lighting and plumbing selections I wanted to make, too. Businesses, you often get 1 shot to get it right. I shouldnt have even called back to ask what happened. Another aspect to this, I told the appliance salesman that I work in an industry where I could refer all kinds of business to them. Had they not messed up, I probably would have based on our initial contact when I came in.

Great Experience from the sales team in the Ferguson show room. We are doing a small kitchen and bath remodel and every question has been answered, every order fulfilled, and every promise kept. The sales team used their individual expertise to help one another service our requests, they were professional and knowledgeable about their industry, and even went out of their way to help us source the products that their store did not carry. Definitely the only place we will take our business from now on!

Great experience at Ferguson. If you are a do-it-yourself person and need high quality fixtures and expert advice you will find it here. Save yourself the numerous trips to the big box stores trying to get precisely what you need. I ordered a trim set for my bathroom that was hard to find and got it delivered to my house the very next day from their warehouse. Thanks for the great help! Carlos

A friend and I decided to stop into the Spokane Ferguson showroom last weekend to look at some lighting ideas for some home projects she has going on. We were immediately met with a warm welcome and a beautifully kept showroom. I loved the variety of what was displayed. The showroom was so beautiful we meandered through the whole thing, falling in love with new things at every turn. The sales staff and customer service is exceptional! Despite being one of many groups shopping, we were attended to and checked in with often. We even received complimentary bottles of water! An exceptional experience!

I just needed a couple of items for a project. They have a good supply of products right off the shelf. The reason I gave three stars lies in the fact that the staff member I dealt with was a little cold. Granted he may have been having a bad day. I’ll still go here when I need plumbing supplies.

Absolute appalling customer service in the show room! I recently moved to the area, as a designer/contractor I was happy to see a Ferguson near because they were an amazing resource for myself in other locations. Currently my project is a renovation of my own home. My wife and myself went to the showroom for picking out an entire kitchen suite of appliances along with bathroom fixtures and hardware. There were ZERO other customers in the showroom for the 30 mins or so we were in there looking, every desk had a sales person sitting with their face in a computer screen. After being there for a bit one person came around a corner almost running into us and what seemed like an obligation and doing us a favor asked if we needed anything. I asked two simple questions about a product that she couldnt answer then was told to probably call and make an appointment with a designer. Not one other other sales person even bothered to look up our entire time walking around. You would think if someone came into your store, stopped and was taking a hard look and opening an $8,000 refrigerator and $6,000 stove you would pull your face off the computer screen, go introduce youself and ask if you could be of help. Guess everyone must have met their sales goals for the month. We went to another store that day and spent $42,500. Amazing what a friendly anything I can help you with today will do. Needles to say I will not be going back to this location nor will I be referring future clients.

It sucks. Unless youre an established customer, you will be ignored until you leave. Customer service is lacking. Walk ins from home owners should be avoided, and it I kept getting glares from the workers who wouldnt say anything to me or ask if I needed help. After about 20 minutes of waiting, somebody said they were working with another customer, but that wasnt true, more like talking to his contractor buddies. Luckily there are plenty of specialty shops and even the big box stores in town.I went elsewhere, found my parts, and was treated with respect and courtesy. If I wanted to shop alone, Id just go to home depot, but at least I paid a lot less, and it took less time then a specialty shop who never wanted me there in the first place.

This was without a doubt some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was in search of someone who would assist me with some plumbing issues and was referred to them by a big-box-store. Not only is our situation somewhat of an emergency and stressful, everyone there was degrading (insinuating that we couldnt afford what we needed) and unhelpful. We left feeling worse than we did when we arrived. We will not only never return (as we have many more remodeling jobs to do), but we will not ever recommend them to anyone we know. Its unfortunate that there are so many negative comments in these reviews, maybe some training on manners and customer service are in order...

After two trips to homedepot without success they suggested I go to Ferguson. Once there a gentleman jumped in to help me right away. He listened intently, didnt interupt, and found what I needed within minutes. It took me 3 attempts at home to replicate what he showed me (I have zero plumbing experience) but it is now fixed. :)Thanks for helping a crazy blonde woman out!!!

Plumbing department: 5 stars - Knowledgeable and friendlyShowroom: 1 star - I really cant think of a better descriptive than snooty here... I visited the showroom while picking up some parts for a kitchen remodel. I was wearing dirty Carhartts and a flannel and by the look on the salespersons face I was under-dressed for the privilege of spending my money at this establishment. I could write a full synopsis of my experience here but I have better things to get to (like a kitchen remodel to complete.) I will sum up to say that when I told her that I was looking to spend around $1000 on a kitchen sink she reciprocated with a look that clearly communicated You dont belong here... I was tempted at this point to ponder aloud whether the sink would fit in with my 48 Thermador range and Sub Zero refrigerator but decided against indulging my own materialistic pride and returned to the parts department where I could receive quality service.

The customer service that we recieved today from Jeffrey was above expecation. My father is in from out of town and wanted to help me with a plumbing project. The exact part we needed was not in stock. Understandinf that there was a time limit Jeffery helped solve the problem and created the outdoor faucet from in stock parts. We will be ahopping with them again.
