Took my item in a package... yeah okay fine... as soon as I left they took my item out of the box and decided to wrap it and thats it! Threw the box I had the package out in the back. I took the item in the box it was in to prevent damage specially w the rain we been getting... but because my box did not fit their box containers is not your choice to take my package out to plastic wrap and ship w no box 😡... If my item is damage you bet I expect for you to replace it!

We pleased with the ease of shipping a UPS return. Staff even taped up my box for free because I was buying some shipping supplies while I was there. Thanks!

Worse place ever, dnt go there, bad staffs..no talking manners and would send you out. So i have several reviews to back my experience up and i dnt think thats good enough. Right infront of the owner, the staff asking me for my own address for an Amazon return and even before i cld respond he asked if i dnt know where i live, while owner have the email i sent for print in his hands and said he cnt read the address unless i read it out from my phone in a very rude tone. If you dnt want Amazon to use your outlet for returns, let them know instead of sending their customers out and behave rudely to them.

I had to get notary and fingerprinting services. It was so quick and easy... considering. They charge $10/card and the notary was $10. The Notary Public, Hemant, was very helpful with the whole process.

Poor customer service, if anyone works ar customer service knows excatly what it is.

I shipped my package from this store to Arizona, she wrote wrong address, and I corrected it after two days. Finally, After 14 days I received my package back. And they did not pay back (82$).This store wins the worst store.

Older man working here is extremely rude. Was mean to at least 4 people in the store. Completely disrespected many folks. I’ll never use this store. What a joke

Awesome store, loved the service I received and come here so much they know my name and exactly what I need! I will say, Monday and Fridays are usually very busy so if you want to get in and out fast, I recommend coming on a Wednesday or Thursday! ☺

I usually go to the Rockville location if I need to return an Amazon package but I went to this location because it was close to Starbucks. The lady expected me to read her mind and understand how I need to put items in the bag/box. I understand the process may have changed due to COVID (I already had the items boxes) but most people do not know that. She said zero to me including a standard greeting. I mentioned that she was rather pleasant thinking sometimes we dont recognize the energy we are projecting but nothing improved. I explained to her that she will need to give verbal instructions if she was capable of speaking, who knows maybe she couldnt. Viola! She finally gave instructions so I understood what she needed met to do. Life is too short for experiences like this so I will not go to this location again.

I can’t remember the gentle mans name, but he’s Indian, he welcomes you with great smile, very patient with customers and he assists customers without resentment... he wowed me the last time I visited the branch, So...👍👍👍namaste!🙏🏻

Love doing business here. Staff is always courteous and friendly. I get greeted each and every time I enter the store. I like using the mailbox offering. No porch pirates! Plus I get a heads up when my package arrives at the store. I get good value for my money and excellent customer service every time.

I walked into the UPS store in Speedway on Crawfordsville rd today (8/15/20), and i started pulling up my label on my phone that i needed scanned for an Amazon return. I was called over by a gentleman not sure of ethnic background, but when I got to his register he was very rude. I told him I was waiting for my label to pullup when he told me to move and have someone else come over to wait on. I politely told him its pulling up, and i just needed a second. I showed him my phone as he seen it was loading,, because you could see the label appearing. He then told me I can go to Amazon and drop it off and that I dont have to be there. While it was pulling up he kept attacking me with comments and insults until I looked up at him and said are you going to keep going on talking about me. After that I told him I wanted a manager to file a complaint and said he didnt care, and I can take my package to Amazon in Plainfield. This was the worst UPS Store I ever been too.. Many people in there said the same thing, that this was uncalled for. I seen someone with there phone video taping, so don’t be surprised if this get shown. i was embarrassed and humiliated in the store,, because he was in a rush.There was know excuse he can say for the attack. If you look at the video you can see i kept my cool and left. I feel that this needs to be addressed. So many excuses for why people act that way in the store, but theres no excuse you can use i didnt deserve the disrespect, and i will be calling filing a complaint. If you dont want the job you have theres a lot of people that would take it. I usually go to the Avon and Rockville UPS store where you get treated as a person not badly. I would of video taped this, but I noticed it doesnt always affect the person that did the wrong they go after the stores. In this case I like the Avon and Rockville UPS stores so I felt addressing it this way to touch on one fool was better.

I called 4 others stores, this is the only store that had a Notary available until their closing hours.

Very rude people run the Speedway Store. Ill never go back there. Im also calling corporate. I needed my resume printed out. I told the Pakistan woman I needed to see it before she printed it out. She did not take responsibility in fact she didnt print tolhe resume I wanted printed. Then the Pakistan man yelled at me after explain my situation. I walked out. The lost a customer over 1.60. Im calling corporate.

The attention is very bad. There works a lady who is very rude to clients. To I was respectful to her, I asked the favor to help me, but she treated me rude and left me talking to myself. It is the worst UPS office I have ever seen. They treated me very badly.

There was literally no wait time at all. I was called to the counter right away by a very friendly clerk. A super clean, roomy & bright environment. Loved it! I recommend this location and I will be returning to this UPS Again in the future with all my shipping business.😊

The clerk with the Hijab (see pic) really needs to learn customer service! I asked her simple questions and she was very sarcastic in her responses. When I asked for her name SHE ignored me more than once! They were other representatives around who didn’t intervene either. She is very disappointed and depressed at her job. She needs to go elsewhere.

Dont do business with the UPS store in Speedway on Crawfordsville Rd. The owner Hemant Patel is rude, holds no accountability for his mistakes and he even called the Speedway Police Department on us for no reason.I had a package delivered there with a request for my signature to pick up the package. The text/email tracking info said it was Delivered on Tuesday around 11am and Patel signed for it. I go to pick it up on Wednesday and Patel says its not there. We go back and forthPatel calls the Cops so I call the Cops also to help settle things smoothly. My dude and I was never aggressive physical or any threats made.I still left without my packageNow this Morning around 8am. I get a phone call from UPS saying the store owner Patel said the package was delivered today. 2 days later yeah right. For all I know someone could have took my package and brought it back.I go to pick up the item and wants to start arguing with me again. Never apologizes for his wrong doing and bad business practices. Then tells me to not have packages delivered to his store. Patel is a racist and if you dont want African Americans in your store then move your business to an area of the people you feel most comfortable with.

While they know what they are doing and are quick, they are no nonsense and snappy. They can be down right rude if you waste their time.

Tried to give this place another chance to return an amazon package, I go there and theres one worker and a line of people, I figured Id go shop and come back, still one worker and the same line of people. Such an inconvenience since its the only close store...

I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!I had to print a single sheet of paper for my grandmother and did not see a pick up time to pick it up; I called the store to confirm the pick up time that way my grandmother could pick up the papers that she needed. The first gentleman I spoke with could not assist me so he gave my call to another associate who was flat out RUDE! He told me that maybe I should be more careful when printing because he doesnt technically have to print it until the following day at 12! I never asked him to print the paper just to help me confirm pick up time. He said he would print it anyways. When my grandmother walked inside to get her order he basically threw the papers at her like she was an inconvenience. This hasnt been my only run in with a rude associate at this location.I believe if I was being rude that yes we would have deserved these actions but I didnt need the paper right away...never asked to be picked up before the confirmed time.

DO NOT USE. They are thieves. First, the wait TOOK FOREVER. They overcharged for a package to be shipped and they would not refund when the shipment had an error.

The owner, or I guess is the owner is RUDE to his Black customers. I have seen him snatch a box from a customer out of frustration of begin asked for a receipt. I have been in another time with him talking to a black customer like they were an idiot. He she is polite to me and others like me but he is an ass to anyone not white!!!!!!! I will never go back.
