I have had it with gas pumps that won’t print receipts. I walk with a cane but I can pump my own gas, I just hang onto my car as I walk around it to get to the pump. Today, I filled up my car at Thorntons, but was angered (once again) when the pump claimed to have printed a receipt -- but didnt. I pressed the “Help” button, but fully expected to get no response. (I have even been told by other gas stations that their “Help” buttons do not work, plus few of them even went so far as to tell me that I should buy my gas someplace else.) Today I was pleasantly surprised. This Thorntons has always been one of my favorite gas stations because the employees are (almost) always cheerful and glad to see me. A very nice employee brought me my receipt so I didn’t have to get my cane and hobble into the store to get my receipt (complaining obnoxiously all the while). I was so surprised by the kind gesture of this employee that I forgot to ask her name. Sorry. You know who you are and I thank you.

Found mold on the syrup dispensers. Absolutely disgusting. And nothing has been wiped down or cleaned.

Actually zero!! Cashier, a black woman eating chhese fries while i was done with my transaction. Not properly wearing her mask. As a person entered, she loudly told him that he needed to have a mask on. The persons face was covered by their jacket or something that i couldnt notice, but they replied i do have a mask. Maybe they should teview their safety protocols

I liked that they had virus kill lights in the bathroom

Stopped in for cigarettes a few days ago. Used my card inside. First time ever being there. The next day two charges appeared on my account from someone getting food delivered. Nearly $40.00. Bank took care of it. Needless to say I wont be stopping by again. Suggest if you do...pay cash only.

First was informed by clerk food I was purchasing was expired .. then proceed to replace items just to find out those were also expired purchased 2 liter and 20 oz got home and was thinking about it so checked dates on these 2 items and sure enough both are expired as of last month .. this is shocking as I am a frequent customer 77 times in 3 months according to my rewards but will definitely be going to Speedway from here on out Indy 500 was last week i just wonder how many people actually bought and ate or drank expired product will be contacting health department tomorrow

I LOVE the fact that some of the employees take the time to learn customers faces/names and remember what you frequently get at the check out counter. Much thanks to regular workers: Ms. Michelle, Ms. Deborah and Hannah and newbies Ebonique and Brandon. You guys rock!!!

As a Speedway resident its embarrassing that your property is constantly full of trash. Trash on the ground & all over the grass areas, Please clean up and represent our town better.

Store was clean, but the cashier just stood there. She scanned my items and the only thing she said the while time was do you have a rewards card. After my card was processed, I waited a few seconds and said thats it? and she said yup. No thank you or gfy at all.

I worked for this location in 1997. I was terminated because I was gay. Thortons Gas Chain is NOT a GLBTQ friendly business.

This gas station is so dirty the restrooms looked like they havent been cleaned in a month the floor had trash thrown on it, there was a cotton ball with tape thrown on floor by register with blood all over it,by far they obviously need employees who care about where they work, an the ones they have DONT I will never go back it this particular store
