Very nice store... unprofessional staff, cashier had no idea what shoe I was picking up. I expected my order to be ready for pick upon my arrival. I received an email stating that I needed to show them the email with confirmation info, yet I was not asked for it. Had she looked at my email she wouldve know exactly what my order was. I will not return in store...I will make future orders online and have them shipped to my home. I drove 14 miles for foolishness.

Store was clean and was met by an employee shortly after I got in there to see if I needed any help! I didnt, but did have a question before I left and a young man gave me good suggestions and was very polite!

I stopped in once a month to get a new pair of kicks. Almost always find something I havent seen before, and always something nice on sale too.. Staff always friendly.

I ordered a few items and yes shipping took longer then usual per Covid BUT when the Timberland boots finally arrived they looked worn and used. The sued is all messed up scratches on the side and the packaging is TRASHHHHH! No padding in the shoes the paper/plastic was on the bottom along with the divider so the shoes are just rubbing. VERY UNHAPPY! Will be returning and repurchasing somewhere else!

First and last time I ever buy a pair of shoes from Hibbett Sports. AVOID. They give their employees zero training on discerning between workmanship flaws (that occurred in under 3 weeks on this pair of Nikes I couldnt find anywhere else) and use any excuse that you wore them at all to not return them. Pathetic that is how an *authorized dealer* of Nike can behave. Just go elsewhere. If you know me, I am a running shoe guy and I know what should and shouldnt hold up well over due time. I have previously managed at three various running stores and have bought and helped customers return dozens of defective shoes to top tier running shoe companies. I have ran over 25,000 miles in my years of training and competing. They sold a defective pair of Vapormax shoes they now do not stand behind. Hibbett sold me a pair of junk and now have my seal of approval for two-bit operation as far as I am concerned. I did think twice about giving them a shot, since I never heard anything really great about them, but I can confirm they truly suck.

Came in the greeting was the only good thing about this store. Asked to try on shoes for my wife, lady got the shoe, we went to ask for more sizes, she said out loud IM LEAVING. Got her stuff in a hurry then left . So we standing there waiting to get helped nobody paid us no attention. I told my wife just drop the shoe on the bench, guy acted like we tried to steal one shoe with no match. Lmao this place is a damn joke

The worst way I can think to raffle at this point, I won a raffle but was never contacted or told on the app I won, but at 6:13pm I got an email saying confirm by 4pm and when I clicked the link to take me to the app of course it made me forfeit my shoes, even though when I checked at 5 all it said was that I entered it, I contacted support for help and all I was told was that i had to check in by 4, and I record the whole conversation of me being told it’s my fault but when I asked “since your system messed up, I don’t get my shoes right?” All he could say was “it had to be confirmed at 4.”

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The red vapor Max’s and the Jordan 6’s @ 10 a.m ! They sent me a confirmation number for both pair. Around 4 p.m I get a email stating that they cancelled my Jordan 6’s and refunded me the money. Was still able to get them from champs, so I didn’t trip. Now it’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my vapor Max’s! Do not do any kind of business with this company !

First time visiting this location, and the service that I received from Andrea was excellent. This will be my new go to place for my family, I get so tired of going into shoe stores and no one assists you and your standing around waiting, this was different and I appreciated that.

The WORST experience I have ever had in a retail store ever. We were told that we could not get the shoes that we wanted because two Hibbet Sports employees were having a “private conversation,” in the store room where the shoes are kept, therefore our sizes could not be pulled for us to try on and BUY! Customers that were willing to pay over $120 to purchase shoes, were told that we would have to wait due to a “private conversation,” that was being held in the stock room. I would be willing to go down to Finish Line and spend a few extra bucks, than be treated like this. Just simply ridiculous and unprofessional behavior coming from a company.

Staff is nice, ask about a particular pair of shoes and they will have the info. Nice variety and clothes selection for kids is nice as well.

My daughter and I went to buy 2 pairs of tennis shoes. The clerk asked us our sizes and said she’d be back. 5 minutes later she comes back and tells us that she can’t get our shoes because 2 Hibbett employees were “having a private conversation” in the stock room. She told us we would have to wait till they were done! I then went to the checkout and informed the employees to not bother getting us the shoes. We would go down 2 doors to Finish Line and buy them. The employee sarcastically said “have a nice day!” I will never patronize them again and I will make sure I let people know how poorly I was treated. I would not have given them a one star rating but they won’t let you leave a comment. 👎🏻

The customer service I just experienced was horrible. Another customer asked if they had something in stock and the sales associate responded with, “Do you see it?” Customer, “no...” Associate, “That’s because we don’t have it.” There was a sign on the door saying cash only and everything was priced higher than what’s advertised online. I had a pair of shoes I wanted online for $30 but in store they were $45. Overall, disappointed.
