This is the second time this year I have purchased a mattress from them. Both times they answered my questions were very patient with my very indecisive self lol and I always left happy and my sleep was even happier!

I wasnt quite sure what I wanted. I explained my issue with my current mattress and was shown options that could help. Brad was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I purchased what I wanted got it home and slept like a baby. Woke up the next day no body aches or restlessness. I am very pleased.

I bought a mattress here during the Memorial Day sale that I needed delivered in about 6 weeks. A week before I need the mattress, I called to make sure everything was okay and twice I was dismissed and they said “oh someone will call you the night before delivery to set up a time.” I asked them to look up my information and found out they didn’t have the mattress. They’re not going to have the mattress. It’s on back order and they don’t know when they’ll have it. I don’t have another bed. So I am currently sleeping on an air mattress and shopping for another mattress. I asked why I had to call up there twice to find out that they didn’t have a mattress for me and why no one called me. They said they don’t have a system to be able to have told me it wasn’t in stock, they just wait for a confirmation from the warehouse. Also, they didn’t offer any solutions. I had to ask if I needed to get a refund and if I needed to start mattress shopping AGAIN and what I needed to do next. The manager didn’t want to help me at all and didn’t even apologize until the very end of our conversation and it did NOT sound sincere. I understand that certain manufacturers may have inventory issues but keep the customer INFORMED. I paid a lot of money far in advance and now I DONT HAVE A BED. Take your money somewhere else to a place that cares about the customer.

Brad was great! Both times I visited, he helped me out and made mattress shopping easy. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in the market for another mattress!

Cool peoples, and there honest. I highly recommended to shop with them in speedway prices not bad. I just put down on a Memory foam mattress and Ill post the results when I pick it up.

Ben Woodward took great care 9f us and resolved some confusion generously. I have purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm previously, and we just replaced the 10nyear old mattress we purchased. The 0rice tag is higher, but the quality is also greater. You can find a mattress that meets your preference rather than compromising. It is where you sleep, and it is an important choice. I may not buy every mattress here, but I always check the selection.

Very easy to purchase, let me know about my options as far as brand new or a return. Let me know what conditions they accepted returns in. Very personable staff. Helped to load the mattress on top of my 2019 GMC Terrain. I had to tie it myself but they provided the twine.

Were moving and decided it was finally time to get a new bed. We looked around a little, and when we saw that one of Mattress Firms daily sales was for an incredible price on the mattress we were considering, we jumped on it. I reached out to inquire, and after conversing with Josh Warren about it, learned that it would arrive a week or so after we were planning on being in our new place, and wed really hoped to not have to bring our old mattress and bed with us. Josh checked their warehouse to see what they had on hand (and thus, could get to us the day after we moved), and was able to get us the same deal on a similar mattress, without downgrading the quality. He answered every question I had very thoroughly, and was very honest. I really appreciated how confident he helped me feel about my decision. He got everything lined up for delivery and was very communicative. Then, the men who delivered it were so incredibly helpful, and carried it up the stairs for us, (were wearing masks), and offered to wear shoe covers in the house. They were so friendly, and just made the process completely stress free. This couldnt have been a better experience.

Josh the mattress guy very helpful came in just to look my girlfriend and I were not expecting the deal Josh worked up for us. My back thanks him because the mattress is perfect and the base moves your legs up and back up which takes massive pressure off your back at night. Also did not think I could even afford the mattress and base but Josh made it happen. But beware if you go in just to look your going to end up purchasing a mattress lol.

Went in tonight and worked with Ace. He was absolutely nothing short of phenomenal. I wish I had went into the store 2 months ago when I was first searching for a mattress. Ace was very informative and what he said I definitely trusted. I told him my price point and he made it happen. No haggle and making me feel like I had to buy something, you know how salesman are.
