Manager was super kind, and very helpful!PRIME STORAGE ITSELF HAS NO COMPASSION TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SICK WITH COVID AND UNABLE TO WORK! I GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE RATING!! I WOULD BURN MY ITEMS BEFORE I WOULD EVERY STORE ANYTHING WITH THIS DEMOCRAT COMPANY! GFY!!!

Although the operator told me I would only be paying $25 for the first month, there are additional fees when you go in to get the storage unit. All companies lie now, so this was no surprise. The office people were very nice & kind, even apologetic. The storage unit was very clean for an outside unit. Over all a good storage place with 6am to 10pm access. Just be prepared to pay a month rent from the start, no matter what the woman on the phone says, its an administrative fee”, which I wonder if I would have paid if I just walked in the door instead of calling. She stated that if I did it over the phone I wouldnt have to pay anything until next month. Try just going there & see if its cheaper than calling & paying then getting charged more when you get there. For me it was as much as a months rent, to get the first month free, LoL

They had everything needed to store my customers belongings for an indefinite period. And its controlled climate

So far so good as I have just started renting a space here. The two ladies at check in were extremely helpful and tried to help me find the best deal (which they did!). I appreciated all of my questions being answered. The facility itself seems well kept and secure.

Decent storage facility. Unfortunately slightly over priced, in my opinion. Told staff about a leak in their roof, and they claim some roofers were coming, but still find water on the tops of my bins. Water had gotten on my couch, and their response was to file a claim with my insurance, even though it was their leaky roof.

It was really easy to use and I loved the climate controlled space. Great experience overall!

I was able to move my stuff after being at this location for 4 years (it was supposed to be temporary LOL). Despite an ownership change, and changes in management, I was always met with friendly and amazingly helpful staff. Most recently, I went in to let them know I would be moving out of the unit, and that I needed a new lock, and the old one cut, they were over the moon helpful, made sure it got done as soon as possible and were incredibly pleasant. If I need storage again in the future I will certainly be going back!

The general manger and manager were beyond helpful and enthusiastic! These ladies went above and beyond what I expected of just getting a storage unit. Top notch professionalism and good rates!

The online transaction was fast and simple. We were able to take possession of unit without any contact.

I didn’t rent here but I came with a friend to help her move some stuff. The manager Aspen was very helpful, personable, and made us feel like we were family. The facility was nice and clean and it was easy to get around. If I ever need a storage unit I’ll be sure to go here!

Place was very clean and staff was very friendly. I booked online and received a courtesy call to confirm and I was invited to come and check out the place ahead of time to ensure the space was going to be a good fit. Excellent experience.

Checking in was a breeze. Arrived on the date of our move-in and was quickly assisted. We were shown an example unit to ensure that the space would be enough for our storage needs.

After checking other storage places in the area, I went with StoreSmart. Its very clean and has the best security features around.
