Had to return and order a pair of Doc Martens for sizing, super helpful and responsive staff!

Great experience. It was my daughters birthday and she really wanted the white Doc Martens. The nice gentleman showed us the black ones as well not knowing she already had them. Plus because it was her birthday he gave her some stickers. I already liked this store, but now I love them. 100% returning customer.

Wonderful service from Raphael. Needed some waterproof boots for a trip to the mountains to play in the snow. He also brought a few other shoe styles currently on sale and without pressure made another sell.

Sydney or Cindy whatever her name is..The manager/ sales associate was a total 🤭.. so apparently they sold a mismatched pair of Tims to another customer and left the matching set to the mismatch pair available to sell. Wasn’t told that the pair was mismatch until I asked to try on both shoes the 7 1/2 and 8 fit just fine. Not much of a difference at all on my feet and I was ok with it. Then I asked if the shoes would be discounted because of the mismatch in sizes. Once I got to the counter and was ready to pay “she” then comes from no where and says oh well I can’t sell you these because the person that bought the other pair may return so you can just wait till then... yes the thoughts that went through my mind of her asking me to wait🤔. But ok Sydney or Cindy or whatever your name is.. I got this review for you.

Journeys has a decent selection of shoes, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time Ive visited the store, I have left disappointed. Employees will ignore you, attempt to force their own fashion sense on you, and then get mad if you dont like what they tell you. Heaven forbid you have to order shoes from another location, as they make a huge ordeal out of it. Unless this is the only place to get the specific shoes you want, steer clear.
