FYI to fellow customers-Due to Covid, someone is required to be posted at their dressing rooms. Due to staffing, they do not have anyone. However, I found out today that if you ask a cashier, they will find a manager to allow you to use one!I believe the name was, David? Thank you for noticing my frustration and assisting me today!

A little smaller than the JCPenneys that Im used to, so the selection is a little smaller. Good place other than that.

Always love Penneys but some locations arent as good as others. This one is a favorite. Great customer service. Great selections. Great setup. Stocked well. Very clean. Only thing confusing is the two doors out to the mall! Highly recommend.

I asked an associate about an item that was displayed on a mannequin. She actually came out from behind the counter, looked at the tag and took me to the department where I could find the pants. She really went above and beyond. Always impressed with my local JCPENNEY.

Typical department store, nothing grand more than the usual. Friendly staff. I did not like the small selection of Junior sized dresses fitted for a wedding. They sure have plenty of prom dresses that are beautiful.

It would have been an okay experience but there was a line that spanded almost halfway across the store from the register. Maybe if they had more than one register open, it wouldnt take so long!

I bought a watch and when I got home and set it up, it didnt work. I was kinda upset, of course. I took it back and they didnt have another one so they ordered one for me online and had it delivered to my home for free. My customer service rep, Barbara, was totally spot on with everything and amazing! There was absolutely no hassle for me and she did everything she could to make me happy and did so with a great attitude. Thanks Barbara!

Hardly any customers and to find someone to check you out I had to search the whole store. Very low in what I was looking for. Depressing to be honest!

Great store ! I can spend an hour just looking around. Love the clothes and looking for unique decor for the house with a coutry flair.

Went in to shop. No dressing rooms available bc of Covid. You have to purchase, take home to try on. Said if you bring it back they hold for 24 hours before putting back on the floor. However, you can try shoes on, you can pickup any item and carry around and put back on shelves without being held for 24 hours due to Covid. That makes no sense.Went to Greenville SC. Able to try on clothes and better selection.

The Sephora inside JCP had some great sales, the young lady that helped me was very nice! JCP had some great clearance.

This place is okay. Its clean, but I dont know a mall store that isnt. Customer service is helpful. This place is very expensive for the average person in America, unless you shop for their FINAL CLEARANCE items, which are something like 40%-70% off. Which their is for all genders and ages, even infants and elders. They also have petite clothing. Its worth checking out, but overall, I cant shop here myself for the expensive normal prices.P.s. this company is going out of business in many places. So they likely wont be around forever.

I tried to ask some questions in the salon about the shampoos that were on sale in the hallway. When finally I was addressed she came out like gangbusters with some kind of serious attitude like I was trying to get something for free. I didnt appreciate it being spoke to the way she did and I assure you shes having a bad day passing it on to the customers in the store isnt the way to deal with it. I assure you I will never purchase anything at Penneys again. It doesnt cost anything to be professional in your job, and that she wasnt.

This store is clean and organized. I love the fact that I can visit Sephora inside as well. Because of this it is truly a one stop shop.

Sometimes store is very empty (little selection). But you can find a good deal if you search, not everything is together. One particular dress could be all over the store

I have been trying to call the store. You could be on hold 30 minutes. Finally when someone answers they can not answer your questions...they dont know. All I want to know is when is the JCP Westgate Mall going to open. Also the automated phone services says their hours are Mon through Sun 12:30 to 9:00. Not true someone needs to fix that problem. Also, your website says open for on line pick up, so if thats the case can you go their to return?.. Cant get answers. Very bad Customer Service.

Poor Customer Service

Terrible. Placed an online order yesterday to be picked up at my local store today. Never got a ready for pickup email or cancellation email. Went to the store and they had no record of the order even though I had it on my phone. Had to call the 800 number to make sure it was cancelled.

Sales are no good, staff is rude, and they have EVERY entrance and exit CLOSED except one. How does funneling all foot traffic through the same door protect from covid?!

Adequate parking, good selection of mens clothing, clean fitting room with hanging hooks and a chair, friendly checkout. Very limited selection of mens shoes.

Helpful employees and what you need for many utems.

I got three pairs of identical St. Johns khaki pants to wear to teach on sale. One of the zippers broke. My family has always had good experiences with the quality of clothes at JCPENNEY so I was surprised, but thought it was a fluke that would be made right. My dad also returned something there once and the staff was friendly, helpful, and exchanged his item with no receipt or tags. My experience tonight was embarrassing. Not only was my item not exchanged but the lady said she could tell they had been washed more than once because the letters were peeling. Its on the waistband so there should be some wear. I told them I had worn them a few times, but very few. I bought them in mid August and they messed up mid September. They were not worn more than once per week. I usually do not post reviews but this was not okay. I do not have a large budget and being down a pair over faulty craftsmanship and poor customer service makes me not want to shop at a store I once respected.

We found the perfect sport coat my son needed and marked down. Their prices are affordable. I wish the cashiers didnt try to pressure you into a credit card every time.

This place is great it is always neat and clean hear. That offer a good assortment of brands. They also have good prices hear.

They have great specials and they send good coupons when you buy from them.

Like the quality of their clothing, bedding, etc. & they always have sales. Great prices. On line ordering can be a problem especially if you are looking for big sizes. They may offer 5 different colors of an item, but when you put your size in, they may have only one color available. Many times especially at Christmas time they dont have much inventory on line at all. Thats disappointing.

I havent been here in quite some time. The last time I went, everything was unorganized chaos. I figured things had changed but they hadnt. I went in to try to help my wife find something. It looked as if someone had opened boxes and just thrown items in racks. No order by brand, size, anything. After finding what we were looking for, couldnt find an open register anywhere. We were finally directed to customer service in the middle of the store. After standing in line for a very long time in front of one of the registers, we then found out there was a designated line on the other side of customer service. We couldnt see the sign until we got to the register. A line had formed there by that time which we had to wait through again. Will not come back here for another long time.

JC Penney is great. I bought an electric blanket on the 17th and it quit working last night they exchanged it with no problems!

Expensive!! Even stuff on clearance. Not what they used to be. Family had returns and didnt want to give them gift cards. Wanted to put back on other family member credit card. Since when???

Usually have a positive experience when I shop at Penneys, but today I did not. Extremely busy and only had two registers working. Lines were very long. I waited over twenty minutes to check out.

Killer back to school sale. Came out with 4 outfits and 2 nike backpacks. Spent less than $150.00, can you say one happy mama!!

Very satisfied! I recieved my shipment 2 days earlier at the store than scheduled. I also took advantage of the clearance ITEMS in the womens section . The staff was extremely helpful with assisting me with FINDING in-store coupons + ordering the items I wanted but werent in store, so they took care of my on-line purchase. I guess this lady will be back at the store to pick up my shipment when it arrives as well. GREATEXPERIENCE
