The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My Autistic son loves the store and they are always so kind to us.

They didnt have what I needed at the moment but the lady at the register was very nice and helpful and helped me figure out the name of what I was looking for and told me that they do sell it and told me that I could call and check next time instead of having to come all the way to the store. So nice.

My sister finds satisfaction going here spending my money.. have very interesting things and nice trending clothing.

My favorite store in the mall, sadly they hardly have any stock in the store. It appears that they are going out of business soon the way the store looked.

Ive been going to this hot topic for 15 years. As a teen and on into adulthood. Cant go wrong with their shirts when they are on sale. Ive never seen the same employee twice but they are always nice.

While they still have a decent selection of items that they are known for they have began diluting their stock to appear valid to a wider audience without actually putting thought into said items causing a clearly defined line between the stereotypes of people they are attempting to cater to.

The location is small, which they cant help and the size selection is usually lacking.

I will never spend anymore of my money at this store. After a year of COVID this is the only store to tell me at the entrance that I wear a mask or I could leave by a Kool Aid hair chunkie little girl. Not even there sister store Spencers had any problems with me at the same day 5 min earlier.

Store employees are friendly and helpful.If you cant find what your looking for in store, go online . Not only do they offer latest styles, they offer plus sizes. Good quality items.My familys favorite place to shop.I must mention the reward coupons, always a plus.

With all thats going on in the world right now, I really miss this place :( so Im writing a review :) I love it so much! It just makes me so happy every time I go. The staff are so nice and whenever I buy a band shirt, they talk to me about the band, and it makes my day :)

I havent actually been in the store yet but I am a supernatural fan and thats what this store is full of supernatural clothing memorabilia etc and I know I would love this store because I have already shopped it online and have had no problems. Way to go thats the way things should still be

Amazing staff. Candice and Amanda are always extremely helpful. They will even go out of their way to let their customers know about certain pops they are looking for when they get them in. They have called me to tell me they have one in on several occasions. they great you by name and let you know about the deals they have going on. This is by far the best hot topic I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this one and their staff is the best around. I have never been disappointed on any of my visits here.

Its pretty cool, they dont have as big a selection as the Hot Topic at Haywood mall, but its still worth it

I would love this store more if it was more bigger but its still amazing!!! Ive been more of an online shopper but I always get notified when my stuff comes in and when to pick it up!! The sales associate are always very friendly and they even have me some coupons!! I feel so valued as a customer and will always comeback! ^_^ very happy always! Love this store! My brother and I visit often! The staff are always helpful and friendly. Only thing I wish they had, is more space. Everything is really close together.

One of the few stores that have kept Westgate from struggling like it is now. When I walk in, theres always friendly people working that ask if you need help finding anything; plus they get along with you! It has a decent selection of band/cartoon T-shirts, and often has sales going on. Although I havent bought a shirt from here in a minute, Hot Topic at Westgate is a solid location.

For certain niche products in goth, teen, or music culture, Hot Topic is pretty much the only place to go. All of their goods are way higher priced than they should be, and the quality of the shirts is abysmal. Ive had shirts from Hot Topic begin losing their hem within a month of purchase. The saving grace of this store is that the employees are awesome. Theyll greet you as soon as you enter the store, ask if you need help with anything, and give you a plethora of information about any questions you ask. Customer service is top notch.

Courteous staff and good selection. Only downfall is they dont carry plus size shirts in the store. The 2 associates that were there did tell me however they could order them and have them delivered to the store or I could go to the stores web page and look at their entire selections of clothing and merchandise.

I love Hot Topic. They have a wide variety of merchandise. You may not find what you looking for but if you have a wallet you wont leave without it being lighter.

It was okay.. i went in to look around really to kill some time waiti g on a business meeting. I was greeted and the staff was warm and welcoming..I spent little time looking around. Unfortunately i didnt take any pics and did not buy anything... I didnt see anything that suited me in general.. Although, i didnt spend much time here i still would recommend this place to anyone.. You may not find anything you want specific, but, still worth looking around..:-)..

I get most of my T-Shirts from here, but the reason for only 4 stars is because its a little small for the amount of stuff they sell. Otherwise, its a really cool place.

I order a lot of clothes off line as I am plus sized and have trouble finding geek gear in my size. Thankfully, HotTopic has been nothing but nice and helpful to me when I have questions, pick up orders, or go to the store for just about anything.I buy makeup from them, jewelry, hair dye, socks, bags, and a lot of other things and have nothing but good things to say. However, if I had any complaints it would be this:1.They dont carry sizes over 3x in stores.2. Orders over $399 have a $50 shipping fee that to my knowledge isnt stated on the site.Personally, those are my only complaints. On the second issue: When I had a problem, it was handled effectively and courteously, which eased my anxiety. On the first one:If they started to carry over 3x in stores itd be awesome! As I could shop in stores instead of just online for my clothes. But, those are merely a personal opinions, its not really anything against them.All in all, I love HotTopic and so does my Roommate. Really amazing deals going on with Harry Potter merch. Pretty much really hot deals throughout the store. Hot Topic is an awesome store to shop at in my opinion. Its got good merchandise, awesome deals and more. Really kicks into high gear around the holidays. Scored a sweet deal on a Fantastic Beasts Winter coat, the Elder Wand, a Ravenclaw Scarf, and a ton of gifts for family. Even got fresh Slytherin pajama pants. I highly recommend Hot Topic for any time of year shopping.

The store is well kept but its incredibly small and tightly packed. If it has more than 15 people in it youll be saying excuse me more than CNN argues about Russia. Other than that its your typical hot topic with edgy teen punk stuff and all the latest band merc.

Has always been and will always be one of my favorite places to go, even if I cant afford anything in it.

It has changed a lot since i used to doi when i was in high school but it is what it is. The point is that it sells whatever is the hot topic at the time and if that means nikki minaj and anime thats what they are going to sell. I still go in and look at their jewelry though. The workers are nice.

Not a bad Hot Topic. Great staff, and theyve always got good deals. In general Hot Topic has gone downhill Corporate deciding to sell garbage such as Justin Bieber and One Direction shirts at their stores. Thumbs way down. :(One thing funny about Brandon is he doesnt like to be fist-bumped. I fist-bump my buddies at school and I attempted to do it to him because I know the guy by heart. XDStill, even if you dont like HT you should stop at this location. :)

Always wide variety of clothing and knowledgeable employees

First off, this HT is unlike any other Ive ever been in. There are never any associates to greet or assist you around the store like every other HT. And when you do ask an associate a question, they act like its a real bother. And they do not have merchandise like most other HTs carry. Very disappointed.
