Every need we’ve had for these services has been met with a smile and an open door. We don’t have a huge fleet, but still large enough to need fairly frequent visits for maintenance. Not once have we been turned away nor disappointed in the outcomes.

Very nice, polite staff. They repaired and charged the a/c my husbands car. Yay! No more hot, grumpy spouse after driving his hot car home from work every day. I was referred to Chad for my transmission. He was very upfront and honest about everything my car needed and he kept in constant communication with me of the status of repair and answered every question I had. I felt that he treated my situation just as he would with someone in his own family. Due to storms out of their control, my transmission was delayed but they did everything they could to get it done in a timely manner and took some of the costs off for the wait. Very unprofessional. Asked for a simple transmission flush. Rob could not provide an accurate quote. Was told $500-$1000 for fluid exchange then he came back and said $170. He was all over the place. Gave him my keys, he drove my car 1 block and insisted that my car was facing imminent death and refused to service my vehicle. He said my car was growling. Rob said I was dishonest and was hiding engine problems. I took my car to another shop. My car is in perfect condition. I cannot believe a transmission shop refused to help with what Rob indicated as bad transmission problem? Isnt that your specialty?

Great place to bring your vehicle for any type of service. The staff is friendly and I had my vehicle back the same day as promised. They don’t pressure you into unnecessary repairs but advise of issues that may be on the horizon. I highly recommendthem.

RPM is very experienced and professional. Diagnosed the issue with my Jeep quickly. My header exhaust system was leaking. Even though they could not repair the exhaust by welding it they referred me to a muffler shop that would. I have the smog problem corrected and registered for another year. Thank you!

My son is away at college and ran into car issues. At the recommendatiton of a local friend, we had his car towed to RPM and Im so happy we did! Don was amazing and very clear throughout the process. He prepared us for worst case scenario but never sold us anything we ddnt need!! He even found out WHY we had the problem which had been caused by a prevous repair and fixed the issue. My son was back on the road in less than a week and happy as can be. We will be back!

They are not the least expensive, but their lube shop services are very thorough, and Kyle is always on top of his game.Today I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have electrical work done. Service Manager Don Avila was friendly and professional. The work was done by John Ziegler. After I left RPM, I inspected under the hood where John had worked. He not only left the area clean and neat, but he even wrapped the wiring that he installed. Definitely a cut above the average installation! Good job, guys!

Scott’s took me right in when my starter went out, leaving me stranded in town. I was called with updates & was very surprised that my vehicle was ready a day sooner than I expected.
