I love the attitude of the people working there. They really seem to care about their customers.Yes, it was expensive but my brakes were shot. Now they are perfect! I am now a loyal customer for this specific meineke. I am having them put together an estimate for a tune up and tires. My husband is having the oil changed and the tires rotated on his car there too. Deja is the woman that runs the office for the owner and is an amazing dynamic smart person. I won’t go anywhere else now that I have found them.

Soft brake pedal found to be air in the brake system.Quick in and out after having the brake fluid replaced and all air removed. Brake pedal back to normal.

This is my second time going to Meineke with my Audi and I am once again not disappointed at all. They did an amazing job getting me in the day of with no appointment and were right on par with their 1 hour estimated time to get the job finished. The price of labor for the job was super manageable and way better than many competitors. The guys were super on top of their stuff while being extremely busy. Thank y’all for your work! However I felt this needed to be shared so that it may not happen to anyone else or at to least prepare them…….(Meineke Corporate Car Care incident Report) occurring on: 10/29/2021 Previous Call Center Rep: Web Comment -------------------------------------- Details from call on 10/29/2021 - Customer:I would appreciate if someone can give me a call since this has been an ongoing problem for almost three weeks. I originally dropped my Audi A6 off for a squeaking noise that sounded like a pulley, they said i need pulleys and belts to correct the noise. Next day I come to check on the status and they have my high pressure fuel pump removed off the block. Colin was the tech working on it who had removed the fuel pump. He gave me the reason of removing it was because it started making noise right after they installed pulleys and belts. He did not call me or ask for authorization before removing this part that was not even the same operating system they were repairing. They proceeded to tell me the pump needed to be replaced now and it would fix all the noises. I asked him specifically how positive he was that this would correct the concern, he said he was 100% sure it would resolve the noises, I needed my vehicle drivable so i said ok, because I really didnt feel I had an option. As the two office people fool me around for two weeks being evasive and vague, I am missing work and having to find rides to and from work. Then two weeks later they call and say they have the part in which they had lost somehow for a week. Now that it is in stock, they dont have the proper tools to replace the part they just had off two weeks prior. This was before I even gave them authorization to work on it. It took them another few days to find a way to replace this part, just to have picked it up today to hear the same noise that appeared during the first repair. Now I have paid them about 2,500 just to have my vehicle in worse condition (not drivable) then when it was dropped it off. Im still without a vehicle and am having to drop it off at another shop just to get it working enough to drive to work, If someone could call me back and help me with this ASAP, It would very much appreciated. I called the day after I noticed something wrong with my car - performing the same, but making a new noise I wasnt familiar with. Not very car savvy. When I called, the lady was friendly and said I didnt need an appointment. Could do car diagnostics the following day if I could bring it in.Brought the car in the following day, gentleman was asking questions to try and help them find the issue. Said it would be hard to pinpoint the new noise since it just sounded different. But behold, when I started the car, their experienced technician found the issue - hats off for that guy. I asked to add on an alignment as well since vehicle needed it, they said sure thing.When I received a call later, they said they couldnt do the alignment due to construction near their building, but I can get it done the following week. I said sure thing, picked up the car, noise was gone with part replacement. Asked if I can make an appointment for alignment. They said they dont do appointments, but I can return following week for alignment.Come back following week, it was the same gentleman I spoke with the last week, and he said the soonest he can get it done is the following Tuesday. He said he could call me if he has an opening, but Id have to rush down to get the car done... When Im paying for my vehicles service, does he think I dont work? I said I was promised this last week, he showed me the key cabinet and said well, this is what happened since last week. Spoke to me condescendingly - I get it, Im 52 and female, but my money is as good as the next guys. I kindly recommend offering appointments because if you are accommodating walk-ins but not seeing the people you promised service to, theres an issue. As I was leaving, he asked, Will we be seeing you next Tuesday? After wasting gas for two vehicles to just be turned away, no.

Went in for brakes and got two new tires as well. Tire was beyond drivable and didn’t even know it until they told me. Could have been all bad for me.Middle of the pack pricing but great service and from my experience excellent quality of work.This is now my go to shop for everything. The sales manager Joe knows what he’s doing and is a mechanic himself with years of customer service experience.Just moved from Cali so I was a little weary of any place, but I made the right choice. I was able to finance as well, as they have a few different options for good and not so good credit.Mike

The service inside is really friendly. Great people working there. Making an appointment online doesnt work because they were really busy. I am fine waiting for service and understand as my husband was in the industry as a mechanic for a long time. However, they left the inside of my car filthy. The steering wheel, shifter, and door were black. I noticed after I left. Thats just unprofessional of the tech. I also asked if they could check my brakes, never got the response on them. They also dont tell you when youre due for next oil change which is a nice courtesy some places do with a sticker.. But like I said, they were very busy and inside employees were excellent to talk to.

I’ve never been compelled to post a review for any service, but I just have to after my experience with everyone at Meineke Sparks - I took my car in for what I was thinking was an AC recharge, but unfortunately it was something bigger than expected. Joe walked me through the problem and explained everything financially; not only did he explain things thoroughly, he jumped through hoops all morning to get the part needed for my repair and got it done same day for me as I’m moving across the country tomorrow morning. They finished my vehicle an hour ahead of schedule, and everyone I came in contact with was personable, nice, and professional. Could not recommend this place enough, thank you all so much again! Most professional and fair priced place Ive been and ....theyre open on Saturday! Good luck getting service anywhere else if you work a 9-5 without taking time off work. Theyre friendliness gave it a mom and pop feel and I cant believe how much the ride quality was improved on my vehicle. Although they were extremely busy they were able to provide me with the services I needed. Joe did a great job handling the counter inspiteof phone ringing non stop and customers walking in with whatever issues they had. He was upfront that they were busy and gave them the option to stay or return which I as a consumer appreciate more then someone acting as if they have plenty of time yet you sit there for hours. I will for sure return on the future

I dealt with Joe when I got there and he was very professional, and he told me how long the synthetic oil change would take and the guys there got the job done on time and throughly. They fit me in yesterday last minute for emergency rear brake repair on the last leg of a cross country road trip. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and professional. They had me safely back in the road in no time!

I brought my car in on the referral of one of their employees. My check engine light was on. I was told all 4 O2 censors needed to be changed. Ok. Done. Took my car home. The next day my check engine light came back on. Took it back in. I was told my fuel injectors needed to be cleaned. Ok. Fine. Whatever.Took my care home. A couple hours later my check engine light came back on.Now im out $800 and i still have the problem i started with.

They have taken good care of my truck. Excellent service. They do have their busy days then and there but are very hard working to get vehicles done as soon as possible.

We took our car in to get the AC diagnosed and hopefully fix in our SUV. Joe assisted us he was very pleasant and informative. The meineke team was awesome, they got our car diagnosed and fixed for an amazing price in a timely manner, we are so grateful to the meineke team; highly recommended!!!

Even though there was a sign posted on the door saying that masks are required at all times, the employee I dealt with became agitated and angry that I was wearing a mask after mishearing some of my information. He even asked me to lower mine and threw a few condescending wow, isnt that better??? type questions my way. If your employees have some weird crusade against masks, great. Id prefer not to wear them myself. But I dont appreciate having it taken out on me and receiving flak for adhering to the rules that are LITERALLY posted on the door of your business. I will not be returning to this location.For the record, this occurred before the mask mandate was lifted.

These guys got it done. It took them a while but compared to other shops where they told me it would take a month plus, I can’t complain. It’s backed by their warranty so I have peace of mind. I wanted to wait for a month while checking my coolant daily before posting anything. Well I went to meineke for the first time at this location à month ago. I needed an oil change and coolant flush. Plus a few other things diagnosed like a possible fuel filter that I didnt even know if I had one which I mentioned because I know newer cars usually have them in the fuel pump. I also have had a creaking noise when I go over dips on the road for the past 60k miles now. That two other mechanics couldnt figure out so I keep trying new places. I also have to constantly pull my steering wheel back because it wanders. Which you immediately would notice if you test drive the car. I also wanted my rear brakes checked. Two tires were also needing replacement. I also have a rough idle at stop lights which is very noticeable.The first red flag was when they called and said my rear brakes are fine. When I went in later to pick it up they said they couldnt take my tires off to check my brakes because if they did, I wouldnt be able to leave. Well if you couldnt take my tires off at all, how would you know my brakes are fine.The second red flag was when they said my fuel filter was fine. When I went in to pick it up, someone else told me they couldnt order a fuel filter when they checked because it was most likely attached to the fuel pump which you probably couldnt check.The third red flag is the obvious rough idle. They said they had multiple people test drive my car. Where did they test drive it to? Five inches? Because the rough idle makes the entire car shake when the rpms drop at every stop light. I seriously doubt they moved the car or even payed attention when they did.The fourth red flag is when I checked my coolant after the supposed coolant flush and noticed it was a little below the LOW line instead of even near the filled line. I checked my coolant every day for a month and its exactly at where I filled it. So I have no coolant leaks. I even checked under my car. I seriously am starting to doubt they even changed that.The fifth red flag is when the guy told me that I was wrong about two things - I had horrible streaks from my windshield wipers as well which they said were fine. I had them replace them anyways. Also they said I was wrong about my brakes. So when I asked if they could try replacing a control arm - which is where I suspected the creaking noise coming from for the past 60k miles, and was extremely frustrated that yet another mechanic couldnt figure it out so I was willing to start replacing things to fix it they told me well you were wrong about two other things so I doubt you know what youre talking about. Is it because Im a woman or is it because you never checked the rear brakes and just assumed lol. Control arm problems are common in my car so I assumed why not replace one and see if it works?They said they could replace it if I really wanted to but At that point I was just over it. Im never going back. Worst shop Ive ever went to. Especially as a woman to hear all that and figure out all the red flags.

My ac was blowing hot air thought compressor went out found it wasn’t they had to replace the condenser did a very good job on finding the problem and getting it fixed on time it’s nice having ac again in 100 degree heat on time is nice

I went there to get another quote for replacement of the throttle body and a cleaning. I had a quote from another place for $900. The owners and staff said bullcrap and said they can beat it. After everything is said and done the part did not need to be replaced and it only needed to be cleaned. The cost when finished was under $100. The owners and staff were super awesome and super friendly. I will be going back for any other issues that my car will have in the future.

Out standing people to work with. I came from Portland Oregon to Reno and then I got to my hotel my water pump had enough. Poring our the bottom of you truck and knowing that I was now stranded in Reno. I made an appointment online and knowing that it might just be a good idea to get there before my appointment. These guys were the best. They got my truck in and got it done faster than I thought. They were extremely nice to me and did not try and up sale me like the dealer would have. I am also a mechanic but with nothing to fix my own truck these guys have done an extremely good job with my truck.

Came in got a smog check for 16.99$ handled quick and professionally.

Went in for brake work on my car. They found that a gasket on the engine manifold was leaking. They fixed the brakes and the leak, had a problem with the coolant sensor. They replaced that and got me back on the road. Very professional. The new owner’s are great! They are also BMW and Audi certified.

This place is highly unprofessional by telling me to bite the bullet and get an oil change when I know that my vehicle doesn’t need it. But I did say that my car needed a new light and he still tried to make me get an oil change. This place can go to hell! You guys are trying to rob me and I’m cool!

I noticed a drip of antifreeze coming from my waterpump the evening before I was planning a 275 mile trip to return home. I found the Meineke website, where I was able to describe the problem and make an appointment to have it repaired first thing in the morning without talking to anyone! When I showed up before 8:00 they were expecting me and got right to work. A few hours later I was on my way home, without a potential breakdown in the middle of nowhere! Thank you, Meineke Sparks! I went in to get a couple of things done on my 2003 BMW 325XI the staff was very professional and courteous to me. They told me what was wrong and fixed it the same day I was amazed because it was on a Friday. I am for now on going to Meineke for my repairs and I would recommend them to anyone.

I came to get my car smoged and only had less than an hour to do so because I was on my lunch break. They got me in and did the check right away and I even had time to grab a quick bite to eat b4 returning to work with 15 minutes to spare. I utilize Meineke every year for the last 4 years and will continue to do so. Also they only charge $16.95 after its all said and done. Great job team Meineke!!!💞

I took my car in to have my catalytic converter replaced. Steve, the guy working the counter, was amazing! He got me right in, told me he would call around for a while to find me the best price which he did. I had my car fixed in 3 hours which really surprised me. Im really surprised by the good reviews that got me in to this pit. Absolutely filthy place. Poor customer service. I had an appointment and still waited a half hour when I realized that they still hadn’t started on my vehicle. I got my keys and headed down the road to jiffy lube and got my vehicle in for service right away. Don’t waste your time with this dump

Steve was honest and fair. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I find myself often questioning if I am being taken advantage of my mechanics. Steve explained what was needed and was nice and the repairs needed made sense and was affordable. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car to see Steve.

I would give 6 stars if I could, they were amazing. I work in customer service and I know customer service, and they went above and beyond. I would have paid extra for the treatment they gave me, but I didnt, in fact I got the lowest price I could with quick service and honest work. Not only that, but they fixed everything efficiently and it was a one stop issue. First time I havent been scared to start my car in a month. If youre not going to Meineke, youre going to the wrong place.
