The people who work there are so Fing rude, for no reason! Huffing and puffing and cussing under their breath because a customer walked in? Its your job! Get over it. I went in for a refund and even though the register popped open for my refund the woman decided itll go back on my card. My bank said there is no refund on my account. So well see about them stealing money from me.

Im giving this a 3/5, Ive been here 2 times, the first time was a very sad time, the guy that was in front of me was being banterd by staff about what he wants to do to his truck and how he should do it, second time i walked in set down the part the guy at the counter said One second walked away and brough back the exact part, so depends on the day but still a solid 3/5!

Nearly always end up here. They usually have what you need and decent quality too. Staff are always helpful and interested in getting you fixed up. Will miss you when we leave North America!

Wont be shopping at NAPA anymore. Bought a new alternator for my truck. Went to return the core with receipt. They wouldnt accept it without the original box. Im out a $70 core charge because I didnt have a cardboard box.

They usually have what I need, anything from auto parts/accessories to random items such as release valves for an air compressor. If you find yourself in need of a specific part, this store will most likely have it, and if they dont they can most definitely order it for you or at least point you on the right direction. Extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite go-to places.

They were a little short-handed on the counter help, especially when one of the two guys went outside to visit with a customer. That was with customers standing in line waiting, but evidently it was an important conversation! Other than that, its a nice little store.

Napa is the place to go for parts that are often difficult to find elsewhere. There is a much better base of information than youd find at ORiellys or Auto Zone. If Napa doesnt have the specialized part, they can tell you where In town you can get the part. Thats what I like about Napa. Recently, I had a need for an odd size hole tap. Only Napa had it in stock. I can count on them to either have a part, or tell me where to go to get that part. The other two places are only parts grabbers with no informational knowledge.

Their prices are always higher than most everybody else and theyre always pushing their Gold Line and you have to ask for the economy line or you wont get it

Their prices arent always the lowest but they always seem to have the parts in stock or close by in the warehouse. They cater more to the local automotive shops so I think thats a necessity.
