I tried to get a car I bought from carvana fixed and the manager proceeded to tell me how it could be months before they could look at the car. Then she told me carvana wasnt going to pay for it and that it would be months before they could look at my car the worst customer service ever. All around bad business

This shop is awesome!!!! Got my Subaru fixed there a while back when someone backed into me and they we’re very helpful and informative about what was going on and gave me an updated timeline every few days! I recently got my jeeps front bumper fixed there and they were amazing. Jeep had a cracked bumper from where I bought it, don’t buy anything from Street Dreams by the way, long story short the damage to the bumper was much more substantial than originally thought. Elite Customs took absolutely awesome care of me!! Jimmy gave me an awesome quote and Dana worked with me on prices since the damage was far worse than originally expected! Can’t say enough good things about this place. They do damn good work and I will continue to go to them with my body work needs! Great shop, friendly staff and great service. They are awesome. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

The people at Elite Customs were beyond helpful. We were visiting from out of town and our door mechanism failed. They gave us a quick temporary fix so we could make it home and order the necessary parts later. They did the work quickly and did not charge us. Many thanks to them.

Still finding issues with my truck thanks to Elite Customs. They taped unplugged wires underneath fender, horrible overspray paint job, capped off my air conditioner, missing bolts in bumper supports and the list goes on. This while having my truck for 2 months. I wouldn’t let them touch any of my property. Place is out of a movie nightmare. Go to a reputable shop. They don’t know what they are doing and are a scam. Pictured below is one of the many hack jobs.Edit: I posted a review because I am still finding issues with your repair. Did you not see the picture I posted showing you guys capped my air conditioner with a nut and then physically taped my wires to the bumper. The bumper was not even completely bolted into place. The paint job and fitting of parts is horrible. The hood that was replaced is just the original bent hood with a new wind visor. It was the biggest nightmare even getting you guys to do anything in 2 months. All I got was excuses for weeks and straight up lies that it was being worked on. You guys eventually told me you were lying and that you had a hard time finding good employees. I was lied to and cheated. Do horrible work and get horrible reviews.

Elite Customs painted my truck, installed a stereo for me, and made me a setup of custom headlights. My truck turned out amazing! There is truly a reason why the name of the shop is Elite Customs. The craftsmanship, and their attention to detail is just jaw dropping. Super nice staff, and the pricing for the project was reasonable. Elite Customs is more than just a body & paint shop. They can do custom fabrication as well. Dont be afraid to ask if they can do something, because I am glad I did!!

Our family van was in an accident and needed major repairs on the front right side. I have never really needed any car repairs before so when I called my insurance company they informed me that Elite Customs was a preferred company. We received our van back extremely fast! They kept us informed the entire time and were in constant contact! When we received the van back it looked just like new. We are so pleased that we are going to refer everyone we know and our family has found a new mechanic. Everyone involved with the shop is professional, caring and very nice. If youre looking for a fair price, quality work and professional staff then look no further; Elite Customs is your place!!!

If my husband and I could leave a ZERO we would. The MOST unprofessional, rude business weve encountered in Northern Nevada. The term elite means directly quoted a select part of a group that is superior to the rest in terms of ability or qualities. They NEVER contacted us from receiving our vehicle through a 14 day period, we had to contact our insurance company to get on them to produce. They sent an estimate to our insurance company and neglected to ever inspect the undercarriage of our vehicle which did sustain damage per their very rude office personnel in a subsequent conversation. Next, they told us our rim was bent and not able to be repaired. This was obvious from impact where the left rear corner was hit and it required a flat bed to get the vehicle to the body shop where the rim was hanging off. Next there were no lights on the dash panel ever until the vehicle was impacted, at that point, all lights came on and stayed on. Upon questioning if all the lights were cleared, the shop states no, our mechanic states that its a sensor. Well it was never on before, we have regular maintenance records on our vehicles so it needs to be fixed, they refuse. Next the story changes and the rim only has cosmetic damage. It never had cosmetic damage before, it devalues my vehicle so FIX IT, they refuse. The lights were never on FIX IT. Absolutely the MOST unprofessional and DISHONEST company weve experienced. Ironically, the driver who hit our vehicle had the same insurance company, admitted fault and our deductible was waived. We carry high limits, are responsible, professional and this was supposed to be a preferred shop of USAA with GUARANTEED repairs for the life of our vehicle. Well guess now, it will be our attorney who will need to enforce the matter. CONSUMERS BE AWARE. We are REAL people, hardworking, honest and this is a true account of our experience. As to others experiences, we cannot validate if they are made up or real experiences.

WARNING: this company is not worth the time you are spending reading this review. They attempted giving me my truck back with unprofessional workmanship to say the least. Extremely rude to deal with. After a couple weeks had gone by with little to no information, I decided to stop by. My truck sustained damage due to a tree branch going through the windshield during the winter, so it also had water damage. When I stopped by they had done NOTHING to my truck except tape up all the windows and park it outside. Moisture condensation was clearly visible on the windows. The second time they attempted to give me my truck back, also unsatisfactory work, I had walked into the lobby where there was a crying baby getting its diaper changed. No, this was not another customer, this was the owners wife or girlfriend that was caring for the baby. The owner also stated he was the one doing all the work to my vehicle. After some light conversation with other employees, I came to find out that the owner had been out of town on vacation during this time frame.I could list many more reasons as to why youd be better off driving your vehicle off a cliff before dealing with Elite. Hopefully you get the point. I eventually got my vehicle fixed with superb workmanship. That was only due to me complaining to USAA and getting the work completed elsewhere.

I thought this shop was going to be responsive quick and top notch work when I first met them. Within 3 days he had my lower radiator support and front bulk head on and informed me of some mediocre repairs. I knew it would take forever if they handled it so I called insurance and they had it all handled money wise within the week. They said they needed to order parts and then they could have it done quickly.... well here we are 2 and a half months out and I’ve only received one call from them about my car this entire time. ( I suspect they already got paid by the other shop and are just kind of getting to my car when they feel like) I’ve had to call in every time and they always postpone my date a week out and it’s been happening for months. I was finally supposed to get my car back yesterday and turns out they had not even looked at any of the parts I have dropped off and they have been sitting there for two months. Not sure about other car guys but when you work on someone else’s car I usually make sure I know what the owner wants and what he wants the outcome to be. Then I make sure I have every part but and bolt to complete the task but maybe that’s just me. I’m just wondering why on the day I’m supposed to get my car back the shop doesn’t even know my parts have been sitting there for months.. and it’s been sitting by dusty paint booths and they probably won’t detail it before they give it back. I think they could have all these issues solved if they tried getting to the bottom of what the customer truly wants instead of them trying to get to their idea of succes. I’d just like to see how it would be if I took one of their car for two months and did not call them once. At the end of the day I’m just hoping I can say the repairs are quality and by the looks they could be. They also didn’t show me my car on the frame rack like I asked. They showed me the first time when it was wrong but not when they rebuilt it so I could check the mm variances they use. Most reputable shops use a 0mm variance. I guess they still have to get some bolts for my car and it was supposed to be back yesterday unless you count all the other deadlines they’ve given me. Just mind boggling they wait until the day my car is supposed to be back to find out they need bolts.. this shop could be great they need some subtle work and to focus on customer satisfaction and not just getting to repairs they can knock out before yours. I mean at the end of the day where are you without your Customers.

(This is a review about our experience as customers not about the auto work) As stated in the previous review by a fellow USAA customer I wish I could give ZERO stars for service. It began on Monday morning at, 7:50, well lets say around 8:05 (they open at 8am by the way.) My husband was waiting with a fellow customer for the shop to open. So again, 5 minutes after their stated hours said they should be open Dana, the front desk clerk and adjuster, opens the back garage door and simply says Hey do I need to call enterprise for you guys?. My husband and the fellow customer both said yes. After this the secondary customer asked a question about her vehicle. Dana then proceeded to fetch the owner to look at said customers car. Mind you, Dana nor the owner have opened the office for my husband, who was there, waiting, early, and now is again made to wait while they inspect this car. So after an inspection of the fellow customers car by the owner the office was opened and enterprise was called. As my husband waited in the office a television played a news channel in the background and unfortunately mentioned healthcare. I struggle for the words to find to describe this encounter. Dana, and the fellow female customer began having a heated debate about politics. Which then began to unravel into the realm of prejudice and racism. Now gauging time by how long it took enterprise to arrive this argument lasted around 20 min. In this time, during this debate, two new customers arrived. One was waiting for the owner, the second was told, (in a break to address him during this heated exchange) have a seat and I will be with you in a moment. Of course immediately jumping back into her political exchange thereafter. In short neither woman believed the other women had experienced the amount of prejudice the latter had in her life, and what did the other know about it. Finally when enterprise arrived my husband jumped to his feet and explained he and the original fellow customer were waiting for pick up. My husband approached the ladies as their exchange continued and simply waited, She said all I need is your keys, Dana took them and said nothing. Took keys, said nothing, did nothing, gave him nothing. No we will call you in a few days, a week a month? No estimated time. My husband ended up calling THURSDAY stating he was never given an estimated time of completion. They stated it might be done tomorrow or it might be done Wednesday due to the holiday weekend. Tonight at 5:24...yes, 5:24. Twenty four minutes after they close Dana calls up my husband. I have just gotten home from work and have brought home dinner to eat as a family. Now Dana tells my husband bluntly The car is ready you have until 6pm to pick up your car. Thats 20 minutes to get my car and why twenty minutes? They were CLOSED. Why do we have to adjust our schedules to accommodate when THEY would like to leave. Why did we not receive any call before this? So now if I cant pick up my car it sits there until after the 4th. If I keep the rental I have to pay for it because insurance wont after the car is repaired. When we relate this to Dana she offers us to just leave the rental at the shop and she will take care of it. No thank you. So now leaving dinner to get cold and the kids with a movie we arrive at enterprise to return the rental they inform us Elite did not extend or in fact cancelled or rental yesterday. Meaning of course we owed enterprise money, again, no. That is being handled by insurance, however it is yet another area where Elite dropped the ball. Arriving at Elite my husband informed the owner of all the missteps I have detailed in this experience to which the owner was puzzled as to why he was so displeased. He stated USAA has other preferred shops you can chose someone else. Ok then I believe we will. Body work on my car EXCLUDED, this experience was definitely not delightful.
