Rick is awesome! My office garage door fell off the hinges at 5pm. I called his office and the nice lady who answered was able to get ahold of Rick who immediately came out and stayed til 8pm until the door was fixed. That shows the true colors of a business right there! thanks Rick!

Garage door needed a fix/replacement and was referred to Dependable Door Systems by a neighbor. Rick came out same day to look at everything and lay out options. He and his team were very proficient and professional. New door looks beautiful and works great! Rick even came out and put on a larger rubber bottom pad for us a week after to help insulate better due to uneven foundation. Highest recommends given to this company!!!

After many hours on YouTube and the manufacturers website trying to troubleshoot why the garage door wouldnt close properly, to no avail, I decided it was time to call the pros. Within an hour, Tyler was at my house. He was very professional and took the time to talk to me and answer any of my questions. He checked all the other elements of the system and sprayed down the moving parts of the garage door. In the end, it ended up being a bad sending sensor and replaced the pair. In total, it was $85 for the service call, and about $30ish for the two new sensors. Now the garage door works great, even in the bright afternoon sun, which it has never done in the few years we have lived in the house. Thank you again Tyler!

I have an 18 wide door and one of the two springs broke making the garage door inoperable. Talked to Rick and he immediately made arrangements for Tyler to come to look at the issue. As Tyler was looking he saw that one of the cables was badly frayed and one of the bearings had been worn. Tyler took the time to not only replace the springs with heavier springs, but to also correct all of the issues he found with the door and then rebalanced the door. It works perfectly. Tyler was so personable to work with, he worked fast, and the price was very, very reasonable!! It was great to have Tyler working on our garage door - Id call them again in a heartbeat.

My garage door opener failed on Saturday morning. A neighbor determined that it was not fixable. I called Dependable Doors Monday morning and spoke with Tyler. I had previously had 2 minor repairs done by them in the past and was impressed with the way they came as quickly as possible and treated me with such kindness and consideration. Tyler told me he would be out before noon and gave me a quote over the phone. He was on time and replaced my opener, sensors, and key less in a very timely manner. Needed the torsion spring replaced on our garage door. Called a few companies listed on Google, but most were call-centers acting as some intermediary (no thanks). When I called Dependable, the person that answered was an actual employee of the company who was courteous, professional, and could directly answer my questions. (Yeah!)When the technicians arrived to perform the service, they were clean, on time, and very friendly to work with. They completed the job quickly and at the price quoted by phone. (No surprises!) I called on a Friday afternoon and Tyler was there within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and quickly assessed the problem with our garage doors. I had another company from the coupon mailers repair our garage door less than two years ago and that guy just wanted to sell me a whole new system. That repair was very costly and within 6 months, my garage door wasnt working properly. Tyler fixed the mistakes the other guy made and reassured me that our garage system was still good. Dependable Doors are Great People to work with. They have installed all of our garage doors. And this Summer 2016, our spring broke and within 30 minutes they were at our home and got ourvehicle our of our garage. Had to wait until the next day they had to get try infix it, but they were here bright and early to fix the spring on the garage door and actually put two on because one spring was not sufficient for the size of door we had. And very very reasonably priced.

Called with a crooked door problem and they were able to come that afternoon. They checked on more than just the problem - earlier in the year we had installed new springs ourselves, so they made sure the springs were the right size and adjusted our garage door opener to make sure it was updated for the springs. Fixed the cable slip issue and oiled everything up for us. Very pleased!

No complaints at all! They were prompt, fixed the problem perfectly, with no hidden costs. I would definitely work with these guys again. Tyler was very professional and in addition to fixing the main problem, took the time to check over and service the rest of the garage door system, even realigning our sensors and replacing a broken light bulb.

After reading reviews I had to meet Tyler. Our garage door t wouldnt close when the sun was shining. I called after hours on a Wednesday and Tyler texted before 10 a.m. the next day asking if he could start in 20 minutes! A half hour after his is arrival we had new wiring 2 new sensors and all problems solved! Including a wheel replacement, lubrication, tension adjustment, etc. THANKS!
