Great customer service experience here lately! I cant necessarily say so about all the staff that has been there before, but some of the new hires are very helpful and polite! I really liked the way this new girl (black hair, glasses, young-in her 20s) checked me out this Monday: extremely nice and professional! Deserves a raise!:)

This dollar tree is well stocked and clean and the employees are very pleasant.

Great variety to choose from. The only thing negative would be that the items are stocked oddly - things that should be together arent together - which makes it difficult to find things.

Dollar Tree Website and Google Hours are inaccurate. Store doesnt open until 10 AM on Sunday (listed as 9 AM).

They had mountain dew 1.25L bottles for 1$. Not 2L, but you get what you get.

You cant beat the deals here and their products are as advertised

The store is completely new and well-stocked. The service was exceptional and I hope it stays that way. Of course, everything is a dollar so that just makes it even better. LOL. Its a great place to stop if you need random items or some quick grab-and-go snacks

Southwick store only open a short while...same products as most other a few diferences but that what makes each store unique. Great staff...plenty of parking...

Village Pizza is the go to place in Southwick. Always good food, large portions, and reasonable price. Thats why they have been around for more than 30 yrs.

One of the nicest Dollar Stores Ive been to. Clean, product is on the shelves and nor in cases in the isle. Staff is ready to check you out of the store.

We are Santa and Mrs Claus and for the past few years t bhg ese stores have been great elves in supporting our mission to bring smiles to as many children as possible.This year these 2 stores have gone over and above to help us out.Chicopee manager and staff worked their magic and supplied us with 450 coloring books .The extra large ones with handles.Southwick manager and staff found us 50 teddy bears. The dollar tree store in Southwick is so much cleaner, bigger and more organized than the Westfield store. While employees at Westfield dollar tree are nice and sometimes helpful the employees in Southwick actually ASK if they can help you with anything. Check out is much faster than the Westfield store as well. I highly recommend the Southwick store and the drive is nice too, especially with it being summertime.
