Over the past 5 years Jeff and his guys have done multiple projects from shutters, blinds to exterior shades on my arbor. Not only do they do amazing work, the post sale support (years later btw) was a pleasant surprise. Unprofessional - Asked for a proposal took them 2 weeks to get it to me. Approved the proposal and again consistently called and email and no response on when they would get started. 2 Months and still no response. Called again and was informed that they have decided not to performed the work. Wow it took you 2 weeks to get a proposal out and 2 months to decline the work. Not a responsible nor reliable way to be in business.
