My boyfriend wanted a walk down memory lane for his birthday so I took him to Baskin Robins. The 2 guys working were awesome; treated him to his free birthday scoop, a crown and a pic….they really put a smile on his face! Thank you for being so awesome and making his day!

Great place for a variety of ice cream flavors. Friendly staff, clean, and the location is very convenient off the main road. Daiquiri ice is a great flavor - bubble gum is another favorite. Go check this place out!

Wow, how rude is the owner of this Basking Robbins. My kids, 8 and 18 years old were shocked. My 18 old son asked him for 1 cup with 2 cookie cream scoops and the guy prepared 2 cups with 2 scoops instead and he basically blame us for his mistake. He said to us: “you guys are the most difficult clients I had and I can’t wait to get out of here”. The store closes at 10:30pm and we got there at 9:50pm, we were really quick ordering our ice scream. I don’t know if this guy was late for a party but wow!!! he was so rude, I will never go back again and my kids agree!!! 👎👎👎

The gentleman working January 23, 2020 at 9:50. Was completely rude to my boyfriend. The attitude and frustration he got from the gentleman working was completely unnecessary!!!! I will not be coming back. At least cold stone gives good servers with a smile on!!!!

Hours on Google state this location closes at 1030pm when the store actually closes at 10pm. 15 min drive to find out theyre closed.

I feel this way towards Baskin-Robbins simply because of the obvious fact that Coldstone Creamery is simply just better in every way especially customer service from the amazing Coldstone team in southlake. I unfortunately believe that This establishment will soon be shut down because of the fact that Coldstone will absolutely coconut mall the icecream competition in the whole DFW area.

We went to baskin Robins for the first time because we had a promo gift card to use. We dont do a lot of sweet, or eat out a lot. My kids loved baskin robins, they had several flavors to choose from but from the parents perspective because I was paying...IT WAS EXPENSIVE! I guess ice cream is getting more expensive but for what you get I thought the price was very high, the only reason for the 4 stars rather than the 5.

I got an ice cream cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. It was so beautiful & delicious! If you havent ordered a custom ice cream cake you definitely need to get on it! Oh & she loves the ice cream!

My friend and i swung by after delivering some equipment in the area... there was tons of parking available for our truck and trailer. Inside, everything was very clean and presentable. The staff was really nice and the ice cream was really good. I hope I can go again soon.

My sister, and I went to visit our dear friends who own and operate this ice cream shop. We are proud of them for this accomplishment, and as we talked through the years we always said when we do something we will do it with integrity, respect, attentiveness and a smile. I went in to enjoy ice cream (which is divine as B&R traditionally is), and we drove all the way from Phoenix, AZ mind you. That being said, in short this I’ve cream shop is finely operated and without being partial (or I just wouldn’t have written a review)- how so? We all know we walk into a place and it’s not clean or staff aren’t attentive or the vibe just doesn’t feel right...these owners and valued employees address hit on all those key factors for any establishment, every concern and make sure your experience is worth repeating! It is impressively clean, orderly, friendly, welcoming, and overall I strongly believe each visitor/guest/friend will want to relive the moment and enjoy favored flavors again and again! Do not take my word for it and give it a “swirl” yourself! Great job B&R Southlake- you’re doing it and you are doing it right! #Cheers to all existing and future visitor/guest/friends!

Ordered a mint chocolate chip cake for a 30th birthday. I ordered the Pearls n petals design. The icing was an almost tiffany blue on the website and in the store. When I picked it up it was a pale very light light blue with white marbling. Not at all the color we planned for. The worker said I should have asked for it to be darker. I didnt want it darker. I wanted it just like the image on their website. He said he wasnt the decorator. He offered no assistance to make it right. We were stuck at the last minute during this pandemic with a sickly looking cake and all the tableware we bought online to match... now didnt match. Also the decorator didnt put pearls along the bottom edge as shown in the picture.Very disappointed

Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream place. The ice creams are labeled with allergens, and theyre always willing to rinse off the scooper if youre allergic to something. On my most recent visit the girl who served me was very helpful and understanding and I strive to provide that quality of service.

Theres a wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors to choose from that I had a hard time choosing one. The staff was also very friendly and it made the stop so enjoyable.

Very welcoming. If you want a specific kind of ice cream (i.e. Cherries Jubilee) call ahead to make sure they have that flavor available since they rotate flavors often.

I drive 20 mins to get ice cream. The staff is usually, if not always, friendly. Great selection of flavors and toppings! I will admit, they do not have a lot of seating options just a couple tables inside the location and some outdoors table, but ot has never been a problem for me. Is usually quite quiet and slow, when I drop by.

Love this place!! As soon as you walk in it smells like heaven! The staff is friendly and welcoming and of course the ice cream is delish! We ordered the unicorn cake for our 2 year old bday party and it was a hit! The owners of this place are doing a fabolous job!

Its ice cream. Whats not to love? Weve always had friendly and knowledgable staff help us with our orders. The only issue is that the location is small with very few seating places.

Not a great place to have ice-cream, over priced compared to the taste, just tons of sugar and water, no milk taste at all, staff member was good and helpful she offered us sample but overall will never go there again.

The manager went out of his way to get a Mud Pie on my wifes birthday after trying 3 other B&Rs. Very happy with the service!!!
