We scheduled an appointment for Covid test for our travel. While in shouldn’t really take more than a day to have the tests results they told us it takes 4-5 days and most probably (98%) it won’t be ready by our flight. And then they referred us to urgent care, so we had to pay the co-pay. Is this because they are really busy or don’t have enough facility to have the test results in a shorter time?My son had a test in his pediatric center and result came out in a day.

My receipt didn’t print correctly asked to print a copy, no one has idea how to do it. Manager is useless. He called 2 other people to ask how to do it and still didn’t figure it out. The only person who really tried to help it was Zoe.

The people who work in the pharmacy have very poor customer service. My father called the pharmacy while we were in Irving and was immediately put on hold. He waited for a very long time, and we eventually drove back to Southlake (on hold the whole way home). We kept the phone call going and decided to stop by in person, and my father showed them that he was on hold for 40 minutes and no one picked up his phone. The only thing they said was they were really busy. No apology or consideration was offered. They do not seem to have a good way to manage phone calls + customers who come in person. If you call, you may never have your phone call answered if they have a steady stream of customers.On a second occasion, the pharmacy would not fill my fathers prescription stating that the insurance company did not authorize it. My father called the insurance company himself, and they told him no authorization is required. The insurance company then called this CVS location and explained this to them. In the meantime, the insurance company sent a written letter to us stating no authorization is necessary and that the prescription would be covered. My father showed them the letter, but they still refused to acknowledge it. My father ended up paying for the prescription himself and now is in the process of getting reimbursed directly by the insurance company. What a hassle!

Not really too much to say here, it is a CVS and has an odd assortment of a little bit of everything. I have gone here for convenience to find anything from a light for my bike to lip balm to a skillet. I can’t comment on the pharmacy portion, but a friend told me they had a bad experience.

I give them a 0...My doc sent them a script on Monday and the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude when I called a few hours to check on it. It was never filled, so I complained to the customer service department and the next day I received a call from the district manager. She asured me it will be ordered and filled by Friday. I called at 5 pm and it wasn’t filled. She promised it and didn’t see it through. To make matters worse the med wasn’t even ordered to be shipped to them to fill. I really miss the days when they used to do there job with integrity and pride.I have no clear idea of when or if it’s going to be filled. They really don’t realize that they have people’s quality of life in their hands. You get more friendly service at the DMV..

I am a physician waited over 6 minutes for pharmacist and after had him he put to VM without letting me know.I called again waited over 24 min ( i ve have a screen shot) before i got a pharmacist again.Very non-caring staff.

Short staffed with what appear to be antiquated systems. Waited 30 minutes at the pharmacy to first speak with the pharmacist to get a flu shot. Got the shot 20 minutes after that. I was the third person in line when I got there. DMV is more efficient.

They have poorly trained staff who appear not to care for their customers. Refused to take coupon that they accept because it was too close to closing time. They said I could come back tomorrow. They did have no problem taking cash.

Me and my squad were shopping around for makeup. We were arguing a lot about what we needed, because we are twelve years old and clueless. We finally decided on what we were going to buy when we were paying when a very nice worker named Deka decided to sister snatch our old brush and buy us two new sets! We then proceeded to get into the car and tell my friends mom about it. I am now typing this review, happy as can be, and hoping this somehow reached the manager so Deka can get a raise because of her amazing generosity and great customer service and amazing attitude towards children. The end.

They could have called me after turning in prescription and told me they couldnt fill it instead of making me wait around 30 minutes just to tell me, and even then, they could have called the doctor to confirm that the prescription which was to be filled a day early was good to go! It was written for today, and at a lower dosage than normal anyway, what a joke here

The drive thru pharmacy is painfully slow. I had 2 crying and sick children in the car and the attendant didn’t even acknowledge my presence to tell me he would be right with me. I waited 15 mins in front of the window without being acknowledged or helped. Then it also took forever to process the simple amoxicillin I needed. I wish I had the option of never returning here.

I have given this pharmacy my business for several years. Unfortunately, most trips to this pharmacy leaves me frustrated and baffled by how slow and unorganized they are. More than once our physician(s) have had to call or fax the RX in twice before they acknowledge it, then it takes forever for them to fill the RX. No compounding, just taking tablets from one container and putting them into a new container, generating a label, and issuing.

So incredibly rude! Gentleman (and that using the term lightly) informed me they had no prescription for me even though I’d received text message saying my prescription was ready. I explained what prescription was and from who. He then informed me it had been two weeks since prescription had been filled - it hadn’t, had only been 12 days. He told me it would be at least an hour until it was ready!!! Really? I’m the only person in line, the prescription was for a generic asmtha pill. It takes an hour for someone to put 20 pulls in a bottle?! Really 😖

Would give ZERO STARS if I could. If you aren’t going to answer a call in the pharmacy, then why have a phone number? I have been unable to speak to the pharmacy on countless occasions because being on hold for over 30 minutes is unrealistic to expect of your customers. I am switching to a local pharmacy that actually cares about the people that buy from them!!

Just want to start by saying that the regular pharmacy staff is AMAZING! I drive quite a ways just to use this pharmacy because they always make it a pleasant experience. That being said, this new staff that is being brought into the pharmacy at this location does not fit well into that description. Needed to pick up a prescription but was running a little late, so I called ahead and told them that I wouldnt be able to get there until 6pm on the dot, which is the time they normally close and I wanted to know before I drove out there if they would still be there for me to pick it up. I was told yes, we will wait for you if its just going to be a minute or two.So I drive there as quickly as I can and arrive at 5:59 and reach the counter at 6:00 PM exactly to find them closing the gates at the counter and quickly leaving. As you can imagine, Im pretty upset and I guess my trips to the pharmacy will be much quicker from now on since there is a Walgreens right next to my house.All they had to do was say No, Im sorry but we wont be able to wait.
