Do a lot of sneaker shopping and this place had been my go to for missed exclusives. I’m trying to make a purchase for $1100 dollars which isn’t crazy but it’s a lot of money and the customer service rep just blew me off like my business wasn’t wanted because I was unsure of the size. Then same shoe I’m trying to purchase was “won in a key slot game” like come on guys.

This was my first time trying to sell some kicks at this store and the dudes told me they don’t take dead stock lebrons even though they had plenty of lebrons on the wall smh. Plus, they didn’t seem too enthusiastic about being at work because they didn’t greet anybody. I don’t see this store lasting very long cuz the prices are outrageous and the customer service is putrid. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Went in to sell some used Air Jordan 1s the manager was very rude and would not give a price on them. He never asked what shoes they where and called them terrible condition shoes. They have only been used a couple times. I gave him a price that was 150$ under what they go for used. All of the stuff in there was over price like 100 plus over what the go for on goat and StockX. They have no knowledge about shoes do not go here. Just buy or sell on goat, StockX, or eBay.

A friend told me about the place. Went to check it out & really liked it. They definitely had a lot to choose from. Nice place & helpful staff. Will be coming back

Terrible experience went into the store to sell my Yeezy‘s first thing he says is it doesn’t add up and they’re not legit so I paid to Have it legit check by two companies within two minutes both companies gave me a pass terrible business service. Terrible experience, called the store about potentially selling some shoes. Let the gentleman know what I had and he let me know what he was interested in. I asked for a price that they would give for them, they are in perfect shape, but he rudely declined to give me a price or even range. Just told me to bring them in, even after I asked again just told me to bring them in. Not worth wasting my time, will never do business here.

Just visited the store a few days ago with my son, he and I were both very satisfied with our experience! The boys working were very kind and as soon as we walked in they got up, greeted us, and helped my son with finding his 1st pair of “Yeezies” they helped with sizing and answered every question we had. Overall great store and definitely worth a visit if you are in the Southlake area!

Should change hours to an hour after opening because it seems that the employees cant show up on time. 5th time this has happened don’t bring your business here and Waste your time.

I am a reseller myself (cosigner 52) and I have been using soleplier as my main consignment shop for over a month now, I am happy to say that they move my sneakers with ease and Matthew is always a homie helping me price stuff. If you have sneakers to sell definitely take them here! I hope to meet the owner soon.

Bought a pair of Post Malone Crocs from this store as a gift that were listed new. When the gift was opened we discovered that the entire side of the shoe was ripped and the strap was coming off. When trying to call both stores no one answered. Total scam store.

Wow. an invigorating experience to say the least. just wow. really great products but even better customer service! really impressed with this store! they have a great selection of designer clothes and shoes! plus accessories! I’ll be coming back here for sure!!! Wouldn’t be surprised at all if they opened up more stores.

There customer service is great! Im glad they have a dead stock shoe store locally, now I dont have to travel to LA or Miami to go to Flight Club where they dont even give you the time of day. Definitely going to be coming back, and referring friends.

Went in with my son yesterday for black Friday and while it was very busy the employees did a very good job making sure everyone was taken care of. My son had a very fun time in the store and loves his new yeezies! We will most definitely be back!

My son was looking all over for some new back to school clothes, heard about the store from a few of his friends and was begging to go check it out! Overall beautiful store and the two gentleman behind the counter were super helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend stopping by my son loves his new anti social social tee shirt!

Asked to bring some shoes In was told a price and asked if they could pay cash and they said check ????? Who cashes out shoes with a check? Theirs a place in Dallas buying and selling shoes as well on Greenville, better to check with them first.(as they pay slightly more anyways ). Not only that It took the owner hours to reply “cash or check” after speaking to me minutes before.

Horrible customer service

Got some lightly used shoes that would have cost ~$900 new for $500 here. Couldnt find my size in an actual store anywhere else, will definitely come back in the future.

Absolutely terrible store. They are scamming people by selling used products as new and for dead stock prices. And when you have clear proof that the item is used you have to beg them for a refund. Horrible store with terrible customer service will never shop here again and suggest that no one else shops here either.

Came in today when they were closed but nonetheless the nice young man still let me in their extravagant store with open arms and permitted me to look around. I didn’t end up buying anything but he still was very nice and stayed open just for the likes of me! Very impressed with their customer service! Vvvvveerrrrrrryyyyy impressed hehe!

Just left the store and all i have to say is that the 2 people working there were really sweet and helpful really recommend this store.

I came into soleplier to try and comprehend what my son has been talking about so much and I was greeted by two nice young men who answered all my questions about their store and their valuable merchandise. They had this rug hung on the wall that said: “keep off” I asked them about it and I honestly still don’t understand it but that’s okay for us old guys! The next day I came into the store with my son to purchase some of their apparel and the two young men recognized me right away and were very cool! They were really nice to my son and I, so to sum it all up soleplier is a really neat place to buy some designer apparel!

Customer service is bad, swearing in front of customers and stating your opinions about shoe boxes isn’t exactly professional. This place is a scam. Sell your shoes online or somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here.

Bought a pair of shoes online, they took two days to mark my order as refunded with no explanation whatsoever. Very unprofessional and just look to take your money, please don’t waste your time shopping here!

You walk into the store, and everyone’s got drip. Like I saw some FOG 1s on this dude, some Sacai LD Waffles on another, there’s so much heat in the room I’m surprised it isn’t burning. They have a huge variety of awesome sneakers and clothing. The shoes can be a little pricey compared to some other online resellers such as StockX or GOAT, but it’s cool to have something like this locally.

Came into soleplier this morning to bring in sum of my shoes and Matt really helped me out and cashed me out for a great price for both of us! While I was there I looked around and they actually have some nice stuff all real deal designer clothing and shoes. I’ll definitely be back to buy some stuff. I’d recommend this place to all my friends especially to hype beasts!
