These guys really understand customer service and they have exceeded our expectations in every way. It starts with Ben the owner and it spreads to the entire team. The selection of rugs which includes custom made rugs that you can design with Ben, is amazing. We settled on a beautiful high quality rug that was, (they say a great rug is an investment and we agree with that viewpoint), that was not cheap but priced like it was wholesale. We were extremely satisfied. They delivered and set up the rug same day, and the guys did a great job.About a month later we unfortunately had a roof leak, and wouldnt you know it, the leak happened on the most prominent part of the rug. Besides the ceiling and flooring being destroyed, the rug was stained and it made us absolutely sick. We brought the rug to Ben and he ended up getting the stains out and it was a huge relief.What we really appreciated besides getting the stain removed was Bens attitude and customer service. There was no guarantee he could get the stain out but it was how he engaged with us, his willingness, and how old fashioned customer service values are applied! We really appreciated it, so thank you Ben, its not everyday as a consumer that you get that level of service. We highly recommend Empire Rugs. Well it took Ben a couple months to sell me, because it took me that long to get smart on what we needed.Every time I stopped by Bens store he greeted me as a friend and made Me and my Wife feel like we were his friends.Ben asked for pictures of our home and to bring him our cushions and chairs as well as anything else we planned on decorating our home with.Then when we made a choice. Ben said take them home and try them out first.😳 You dont want my money first? Ben replied ( I want you to be happy first. To love your purchase.) so we took them home and just like he advised they fit perfectly. I was in the market for an antique Tribal rug pattern when I spotted Empire rugs and decided to stop in. Ben showed me a few hand knotted and a couple antique ones. Ben genuinely cares and is very supportive of your decision making. You will discover nothing matters here more than your taste and your preference. I actually found four I simply loved, but the one that grew on me while there happened to be one of the antique Persian Tribal rugs. Who knew, I would end up with an heirloom! My husband and I absolutely Love it. Not only is it beautiful but the unique pattern and colors go perfectly with our living room furniture and decor. Please, dont waste your money spending it on low quality; your rug should be an investment. Dont waste endless hours online when you can touch it, walk on it and bring it home the same day!
