Jerry was awesome! I had been looking at mattresses for a while both online and in store. It can be confusing and feel like you are taking a risk. You’re spending a lot of money on something you’re not sure will work for you. Jerry put me at ease and helped me choose the best mattress for me. I have not received the mattress yet so I cannot comment on that at this time. However the shopping experience was great. Jerry is very knowledgeable, kind and patient.

Lee the salesman that worked with us was very professional. He walked us through the different mattresses and was not pushy with trying to lead us to any particular mattress. We made our choice and he made it happen. The next day he called and had already set up a delivery date. I agreed with the day and time and it showed up on time as promised. Also the 2 men that delivered the items were wonderful and polite. Within 30 minutes they removed the old mattress and box spring and set up the new frame, mattress and box spring. We couldnt be happier with all the great service U. S. Mattress gave us. Thanks to all that made our purchase a pleasurable experience.

Lee was wonderful. I had a terrible experience with your company. Order bed in April couldnt get delivery by may so changed and got date no bed no such order and gave u 48 hrs no call back from store supervisor or customer service supervisor. Came in today to get full refund and go somewhere else. Lee got me to not leave and I get a better bed today Oct 11 delivery. So thanks to Lee u saved a customer for life. Thanks again. Went in to try to find a pillow to correct neck pain. Jerry was very personable and knowledgeable. Had a hard time stomaching the cost of the pillow, but first night with it and no neck pain and no headaches for the first time in years. I’d say that’s with every Penny.

Ordered a Mattress over a month ago. It says it was shipped a week ago, but I still do not have a tracking number. They claimed the mattress would be here August 3rd, 10 days later and they claim it is lost in the mail. My dad ordered the same mattress and it came within two weeks of the order. I would rate this company 0 stars if it was an option.

I just ordered my mattress so my review is based on the purchasing process only. I will update my review after the mattress is delivered and slept on for a while.The manager of the southgate store, Kevin, was a joy to work with. My husband and I visited 5 different stores looking for a mattress. At 3 of the stores the customer service sucked! We could barely get a salesperson to say hello at the value city in Taylor. Kevin was the complete opposite. He did not try to over sale us. He didn’t show us the most expensive option and then talk his way down. He was personable and respectful.I’m praying the mattress and delivery process is as expected, because if so, we will buy our mattresses here from now on.

I haven’t received the mattress yet but the customer service is exceptional, especially Kevin, Anna, and another woman who has bwen with the company for over 15 years whose name escapes me. They really know their stuff and they were so patient with me.

I have been looking for a new mattress for the past couple of months. I purchased a box bed about a year ago and can’t stand the feel. I had decided on the top of the line in S&F and Beautyrest. Both were out of my price range, but I found “as is” mattress. The Beautyrest appeared unavailable. I sent and email at about 3am to make sure. In the meantime, I purchased the S&F hybrid. I got a call at 9 am from Kevin at US-M. He checked the availability of the BR and went over their “as is” policy. Needless to say, Kevin helped me all morning find a new mattress. No sale’s pitches, just the facts about my choices and how they faired in comparison with my needs. Before afternoon, I felt as though I could be my own mattress rep. I felt so empowered and educated. So much do, I was throughly comfortable with my new mattress selection...and look forward to getting a new mattress being made just for me! I will never search for mattresses again. I have a directly line to THE MATTRESS MAN, so there is no reason for me to navigate alone anymore. Thank you, Kevin!
