I, like many people, have dropped my phone about 1000 times. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and apples glass is very tough, but of course not indestructible. I accidently dropped a block of dry ice onto the front of my phone and that did the trick, shattering the screen on the top half of my phone. I took it to Wireless Phone Doctors to repair. The repair was $250, which I figured was a fair price, since fixing It at the apple store out of warranty is $330. They were pretty quick about it and my phone was returned to me looking great in less than 2 hours.I noticed that the glass was different than the glass that apple uses, it had a purplish tint to it when looking at it from the side. This didnt bother me. I also noticed that the brightness sensor on the phone struggled with this new glass, and the phone would brighten and darken constantly. My battery began to drain very quickly on a phone that has such a large battery capacity that it has never died on me. Since getting this glass replaced, it would die every day without a late afternoon charge. To be clear, I do NOT think that Wireless Phone Doctors messed with my battery in any way, I just think that the new glass has my phone brightness going crazy and is contributing to the battery issue.All that being said, as I was heading to bed a couple nights ago, I set my phone on he night stand and it slipped off, falling about 2 and a half feet and landing on the back of the phone, which has a protective case on it. This was the first time I had dropped my phone since getting the screen repaired, and apples factory glass has survived this fall countless times, even when falling face down. With this new glass, however, the phone screen shattered yet again. When I picked it up and saw the damage I couldnt believe my eyes. This glass looks fine but cracks very easily, unlike the glass that apple uses for the phones. Knowing this, I would have rather paid the extra $80 to get my phone fixed at the apple store had I known how brittle this replacement glass was. Now I have to get my screen repaired again after spending $250 to get it fixed only a couple weeks ago. This time around, after learning my lesson, I will be taking it straight to the apple store, pay a little extra, but Ill know that a strong replacement glass will be installed onto my phone.If you never drop your phone and somehow crack its screen but it was such a freak accident that you dont think it will happen again, this is the place for you, as it is cheaper than the apple store and they do quick work. Your phone will come out looking like new.If you are someone that drops your phone often, pay the extra $80 and take it to the apple store. I wish I would have, now that what could have been a $330 fix will now cost $580 between the 2 jobs.

Dropped my phone at 3 with a black screen, cracked from front to back and my s pen stuck inside the phone, picked it up at 4:20 same day. The man was very friendly and helpful, plus my phone looks brand new.

My phone was completely damaged, front and back was cracked and the whole frame was bent, at first I was told the possibility of me wasting my money and everything was explained very thoroughly but I still wanted to take the chance to retrieve my data because my phone wasnt backed up, 24 hours later as promised I was called and they was able to retrieve my data, told me to bring in a new phone to transfer the data, I did and I had all my data again within an hour ! Honest shop that gave me fair assessment of cost ahead of time so that I could make the right decision whether to replace or repair. In my case (older phone) it was better to upgrade than repair and I appreciate the honesty as this could have been a $150 repair. At time of writing they are covid friendly - dealing with employees through screen/microphone/speaker so contact free.

I love this place. Whenever I have a tech issue of any kind I think to go here first. I broke my phone screen a little while back and I just didn’t have the time to get it fixed. It was pretty bad, the more time that went by the worse it got. You could see the infrastructure of my phone by the time I was able to take it in. I bought the phone from them, it really speaks to the quality of their products and services that my phone worked PERFECTLY even in its damaged state. I got to the phone doctors about 30 mins before they closed. After a very great customer service interaction and some genuine advice (they are not the type of people to try and get you to spend more money than you need to. I was sure I was gonna need a new phone and they assured me that it was not necessary to replace and that I would save more by repairing it.) I was a little bummed that I might have to wait until the next day to get my phone back since I came in right before close but they graciously fixed my phone while I was there and charged it for me, I got a discount on the repair and my glass screen protector because I bought the phone from them (over a year ago I might add but I was still in their system). I can’t think of a better electronics experience than the ones I’ve had here. This place is truly about good customer service. THEY FIXED MY PHONE IN 20 MINUTES!!!! I won’t go anywhere else for any electronic advice, repair, or accessory. Please stay open forever!!!

I called to get a quote on a replacement screen for an iPhone 7s... The technician that I was transferred to told me that they don’t give quotes over the phone, and that I’d have to bring my phone into the store in order for them to give me a quote. It’s a broken screen that needs to be replaced... what is there to look at? My assumption is that they want people to come into the store so that they feel committed and just accept, what I would assume to be, higher than industry standard pricing. I never write reviews, but felt the need to share my experience because it seems so idiotic to me.

Needed a screen repair for my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. had pink pixelated lines due to bad wire harness. the Doc quoted me a repair price of approximately 245 bucks and that it would be a 1 day repair. so I left and researched replacement S7 edges and S8s. the repair was cheaper when including activation fees. so I had him do it a week later. dropped it off in the morning and they called less than 4 hours later and said it was ready. it has been working perfectly ever since. final price was about 260 but he gave me 10 bucks off, in store coupon, which made it 250 and change. I was very impressed with the service and turn around time. they wont steer you wrong.

My screen was cracked and it was Sunday and I couldnt wait. David, the owner of the repair shop, snuck me into the repair queue, and he got me a great deal on a headphone, and steered me towards the best product not what was most expensive. Quick easy fix. I cracked the glass that protects the camera lens on a Galaxy s8. It was fixed in under a hour. Not sure on competitive pricing but I thought $65 bucks was a fair deal. My camera is working as it did before it was damaged.

The associates at this shop were extremely friendly and competent. Due to a last minute time crunch, I chose to go here (though, I had originally planned to go to their competitor Phone Doctorz, who quoted me a much higher price).They completed a quick and thorough repair of an iPhone 6s for one of our employees. The repair was finished within an hour and a half, but they were gracious enough to let the employee pick up the following Monday. We will more than definitely utilize their services again when repairs are needed for our employees phones in the future.

My Otterbox has saved my Note 5 many times over the years. But dropped it once too many. Screen didnt crack but it blacked out in the lower left corner and spread until whole screen was black. I got to Phone Doctors just before they closed. Donovan told me they had the OEM screen and my phone would be ready next day. It was and it works great! This place is a RIP off they will take your money’, pretend to correct the problem but create more problems with the phone. They argue with their customers, give hard times and very rude. The employee was flirting accessesd My iCloud and I could never access it again. I went back to explain the issues my phone was experiencing and the manager who was not there or had no idea what was going on refused to help and was very rude, disrespectful, and aggressive . I would never trust them or send another person to this store!

I cant say enough about Wireless Phone Doctors. Ive now had 2 great experiences with them.I dont buy insurance on my phones and have had pretty good luck until recently. Unfortunately, I had some issues with my phone and cant get another phone until next year. This pretty much left me with 2 choices, buy a new phone (over $600) or stop by and see what the Phone Doctors could do for me.Each time my phone was fixed and ready to pick up really quickly (less than 24 hours the first visit, and less than 2 hours the next). If youve been without your phone for more than a few hours, you understand how important this fast service is.Friendly service as well, I always felt comfortable and definitely recommend using them if you run into any phone issues.

Took my iPhone in because of cracked screen and frame bent. The gentleman working at the time suggested that I should just go thru my phone provider insurance itll be cheaper, which I thought was really nice and that he had my best interest in mind, but I insisted on getting it done that day so he gave me a flat rate price, which was decent considering the work that needed to be done to the phone. He told me to give him a few hours and he could have it fixed. Within a couple hours I returned to pick up my phone and when I seen my phone I couldnt recognize it he went above and beyond my expectations it looked like a brand new phone, more than satisfied with the work that was done, he then suggested a case for my phone although otter box was the most expensive he showed me a generic brand a lot cheaper. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone great customer service with your best interest in mind to save you money!!

Stopped in to see if they could repair my sons iPhone. The answer was No but not without an effort. They took the phone to the back & rigged it to test it - felt like we were getting preferential treatment as there were others waiting as well. Upon return we find out the phone is not fixable - right away they gave us suggestions on some sort of recourse (did not try selling us a new phone!) I am in retail myself - this is customer service at its finest - thank you!

They repaired my phone fast. When my speaker went out a few weeks later, they took the phone, exlapined why the screen repair was impacting the sound. I went to the phone doctor I wasnt totally happy but the young man did try to help me recover some of my files, I wish they could have found my granddaughter prom pictures. I do think that they charged a little bit to much for the service they rendered me.

Ive always had an incredible experience at Phone Doctor. This time around, my phone screen stopped working. They replaced all of the broken parts and had me out the door in less than 45 minutes. They are prompt, competent, and reasonably priced. At the end of the transaction, I asked if they had any cheap screen protectors that I could buy with the few bucks cash that I had on me. I was given a screen protector free of charge, and he even put in on for me. I insisted that I pay, but was refused. This is the kind of store that you want to go to.

The wife and I both had mysterious iPhone problems within weeks of each other and these guys fixed them quickly and were very courteous, professional and transparent about the work we needed done. The cost seemed a bit steep, but I havent compared to others, so I cant say whether theyre overpriced or thats just what happens with an iPhone.

This place is awesome!! My Iphone had a water accident, and they were able to bring my phone back to life! I mistakenly took it to a different repair shop, who asked to keep it for a few hours to work on it, when I returned they told me that nope, its not fixable. I was so disappointed but thought let me get a second opinion and drove straight from there to wireless phone doctors. 24 hours later and it is fixed!! They were very courteous and price was extremely reasonable. Make this place your first choice, if you find your phone is in need of any kind of repair, or if you need any phone accessories, it will be mine.

Initially I came in to get my daughter tablet fix but was told they didnt have the parts to fix it..I explained I was interested in a tablet for a four year old. I was sold a fire kindle. As I went home I open the box and seen Ive gotten the wrong tablet..three days later with my receipt I tried to exchange for my money back because a kindle is not for a four year old..he explained to me he couldnt exchange it because I opened the box..they will never get my business again. Their main concern is making a sale..if you guys ever buy anything out this store make sure u check it before u leave
