Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Big selection of books. I really liked their graphic novel section. Prices are decent book prices.

Decent bookstore for the most part. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The only complaint that I have is when I go to purchases my items at the register, I have the option of receiving my receipt via print or email. I always choose email because I like to keep up with my purchases and not have to worry about losing my receipt, but sometimes the associate ringing me up will override that decision for me and print the receipt. To me, that comes off as rude. So next time, please let the customer decide how they want their receipt and don’t assume and make that decision for them!

They have a wide variety of books to choose, and the staff is very friendly. Everything in there is nice and neat.

Its the only decent book store within the area. Its only missing a small coffee/dine in section, which is why Im giving Four Stars.

I have had no problems with buying anything from booksamillion. I had issues when I was offered three free magazine subscriptions for 6 months I think? I did the cancellation online right away so i wouldn’t forget and get charged. A year later I just realized that I have still been getting charged for the magazines. They gave me a refund of $18 and now it is canceled. I recommend if your trying to cancel your subscription call them and talk to a person to make sure your canceling all three magazine subscriptions. She said when I did it online it only canceled one of the magazines

One of my favorite bookstores, the people are friendly and helpful and the aisles are always clear and clean! They are very good at setting up different stuff that seems interesting and the books all looks so well taken care of! A lot of cool knickknacks and plushes here too, I try to stop by whenever Im in the area.

The employees are rude except the manager ms leticia shes very patient and understanding. This store claims to sell collectables and promotes it on social media but they refuse to answer questions on availability.

Friendly helpful staff. If they dont have what you need in the store they try to be as helpful as possible to get it another way.

Upon check out the sales person failed to tell me that they sold the product at their own price, not what was on the product, after check out he did state then about them having their own fees

The employees are so friendly and helpful! The store has a solid book selection AND a good selection of non-book items. Always hot as hades in here no matter when you go in, but for this store, Ill give it a pass.

I do loath the downgraded building because theyre not in the pictured building any longer, but theyre where more foot traffic moves along. In that move, they lost the coffee shop and cozy places to sit, but I LOVE bookstores. I could spend a while in one... or I used to be able to do that. Of course, BAM is BAM. Its exactly what you expect from them.

The young lady who helped us was very polite, I signed up for a membership. Keep up the great work!

They have a great selection of Manga books. My daughter has to visit to purchase a new book every two weeks.

Did not get asked one time if I needed help I felt looked over even though I could have used direction and what I was searching for. When I got to the register they began to try and sell me something that I didnt want I ended up buying it just so that I could get out of there

Was looking for several books. They didnt have them all, but the customer service was awesome! The associate offered to order the books they didnt have and searched with me to find the ones they did have. Even offered alternative reads until I could get the books I wanted. Great Service!!!

Great books and gifts

Always a fun time to just look through Books-A-Million and see if there are books or board games or plushies or funko pops (etc.) that youll be taking home. The organization isnt super ideal, so you may need help finding items, but the staff is super helpful and friendly. I hate that theres so few people shopping every time I go, as they definitely deserve more business!

They had the book I wanted,Obesity Code plus I was given fantastic service while shopping there.

I love visiting this bookstore. The staff is friendly and can help you find a book about anything. The variety and selection is impressive and they have more than just books.Legoes, trinkets, Funko Pops, and other collectibles make this place a fun place to browse. Price-wise, certain books can be pricey but they do have sales with featured authors throughout the weeks so whatever piques your interest, there will be something there for you.

The deals are here for good books mostly graphic novels.

Found the book I went in to get and picked up a second one both on WW2.

One of my favorite places to look for any spiritual books I need. They have a WIDE variety of anything you could possibly want. I love BAM! Way better than barnes and nobles.

Its nice to stop in and shop. The only thing missing is a comfortable chair and hot chocolate. My kids practically grew up in this store. The result? They love to read! Thanks BAM for always being there!

I’m a huge fan of Books A Million and I really enjoy shopping at the store. I love their selection and their layout.I really prefer the new store because it’s way easier to find what you’re looking for and the store just looks much cleaner. Staff here is very polite, friendly, and helpful. I have never had an issue with finding what I need or ordering it if they didn’t have it!Definitely stop by and check it out if you like books or collectibles!

Its always fun to look around but unfortunately the prices are not in line with what you can get online. 30%-40% cheaper through Amazon. I cant justify paying that much extra at the store. Ill wait the extra 2 days and have it delivered.

There are so many bookstores closing their doors as a result of Amazon and E-reading, etc . BAM is acutely aware of this and strives very hard to maintain an awesome bookstore with something for all ages and tastes. It has, hands down, the BEST magazine and periodicals rack in North Mississippi. The staff is always courteous and respectful and extremely helpful.I try to share the e love and patronize all 4 of the remaining bookstores in the Memphis Metro area, but BAM is my hometown shop, around the corner from my house, and by far my favorite!

Havent been to BAM in years. It hasnt changed much. I was surprised and disappointed that my membership and its rules had changed and I no longer qualified for a discount.They had a good selection of books and magazines. The environment was very upbeat, modern, clean. I do miss the coffee that some stores had and the late night hours.The clerk was very personable and knowledgeable. But I could use an actual brochure explaining all the new membership rules since they are much more complex now.

Well went here only to spend $20 but left spending $100!!! So worth it though. This place is amazing and has a HUGE variety of things. Not just books but games and phone accessories and so much more.! I love this store....it saves me a trip to Barnes and noble....🤫🤫🤫😉

The store is fairly nice but when you make a purchase they ask you to join their membership club. After you give all your information they charge $17 to join. When I said cancel that she got a bad attitude. My granddaughter signed up for a free magazine and her bank account was charged. She is only 16. Why do they need to scam you at the register?

Though this location is a downsize from the previous location, they did not lose any of the selections. I was able to find the book I desired within minutes even though it was originally published in 1944. Not a shelf burner.

It is not a bad book store. They dont always have the best selection. If youre looking for a mainstream or popular book more than likely they will have it but if youre searching for an off the beaten path type book youll be better off with Amazon or the like.

Theres nothing really wrong with the store, however their selection is definitely more for popular media. Nothing wrong with that, but I went to look for a good science book Id like, and there was almost nothing to chose from.
