First, they have the best customer service we have come across in awhile. All of their staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, but were also very accommodating as we took a bit longer than we thought on final design/color. Along with that, their selection is great and they carry higher quality flooring than the basic options elsewhere. Best of all, their pricing was just as good if not better than the basic options.
