Its very disappointing that one will never be able to walk in and order parts and leave with what one needs to do a repair. I just heard all orders are on line and or call in an order then it can be shipped their or somewhere else. Future equipment will be a non alliance maker. So disjointed. Dont know why pws sold, its going down hill.

Bought a washer which is defective since day one, due to defective drain pump that burn two belt, which I changed, but PWS will only send me drain pump & 1 belt & charged me $9.95 for shipping. Washer only two weeks ago & use twice. Filing return now. Will not do business with this company.

Fantastic service, super helpful and quality equipment.

Bought a washing machine from PWS, it arrived brand new on a crate in a box without a key to operate. Company promised to overnight the key. Still waiting, & nobody answering phone calls. Have had the machine for a week now, waiting for a key in order to use it. Not the greatest customer service. Could of handled this more professionally. Off to a pretty poor start
