Test drove a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited & everything was fine until I noticed there wasn’t a rear view camera. He told me it was because the car radio was after market ( understandable ) he told me the breaks was fine but when I started driving it I noticed a problem. I brought all of this to his attention & he tells me “ I tell all my customers the same thing, if you come to a used car lot being picky to go buy a new one “ he seems nice at first but once you start having doubts he turns into a different person. I would never recommend this place to anyone ! Take your money else where !

I had a great car shopping and buying experience at Valley Auto Sales. I live nearby and decided to stop there first, as I had driven by the car lot for years and decided to shop local and see what they had to offer, rather than going to these big dealerships where my past experiences always felt rushed and pressured. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the vehicles on the lot. The owner Alan was very pleasant, and easy to do business with. No aggressive sales tactics, no pressure to buy, he let me and my son look around and view any cars we were interested in. Alan, the owner, was a complete pleasure to deal with. Honestly, Ive bought at least a dozen cars in my life and this was probably the easiest, straightforward and best value purchase Ive ever made. And I felt like I got a great deal. His prices are rock bottom so theres not much room for dealing, but theres no need for it because his cars are fairly priced. I bought a 2011 Audi TDI wagon from him at a price that was 2,000 less for the same exact cars at 2 other dealerships...and they had more miles on them. I didnt write this review until I got it thoroughly checked and serviced by an Audi mechanic a week after I bought it. Im happy to say was given a clean bill of health. Actually, the shop manager even commented on how its in much better shape than most cars similar to that year and mileage. Thank you for a great experience and vehicle.

Bought my first car here and they were delighted to rip me off. Lied about the warranty. Made repairs that were undone within a month. The muffler on my car fell off on the highway and my mechanic said it was previously only held on with duct tape.Plenty of good places to buy a used car in the area. Please avoid this one.
