I called these guys to help me with some tints for my Model 3. The gentleman who answered the phone gave me all the info I needed and helped me make a decision, he offered to take the car the same day and have it done within 5 hours, I told him I wasnt available and offered tomorrow. He quickly made my appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner Hugo and one of his associates Alfonso. From the first interaction these guys made me feel comfortable and were extremely friendly. I let them know what i had decided in regards to the type of tints and asked how long it would be, they told me 5 hours. 3 hours and 30 minutes later i received a text saying my car would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived and they brought my car around and sure enough it was ready and looking amazing! I was again, very impressed by how friendly and professional the team was and will definitely be returning. After 5 days, my tints look awesome, they are very equipped to work on Teslas and I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks again and will see you all again!

Small shop, but BIG on customer focus & quality work! Make sure to schedule an appointment! Friendly and knowledgable staff which made me comfortable that they would do a great job, and indeed they did! The ceramic coating made my car have a glistening shine and it was very hydrophobic in the rain. Dirt and water comes off much easier with car washes. As they explained, ceramic coating isnt a replacement for good paint protection film, but it does help enhance the clearcoat and protect the paint. Ceramic coating is worth it in my opinion and Im extremely satisfied with the work that First Class Autosports does. Ill definitely be back for future detailing work.

Alfonso and his team at First Class assisted us with window tinting for our Mercedes GLE SUV. We are more than happy with the service and communication with them. Setting up an appointment was very easy and I was called the day prior to confirm. The tints look amazing and for the price I was charged I know we got a fair quote. I contacted First Class Auto originally to receive a quote to PPF, ceramic coat and wrap portions of my 2021 G63. I was assisted by Hugo, who was always extremely professional, provided great advice in the decision-making process of what I wanted to do. I felt so comfortable with him and his team that did not contact anywhere else. I left my car on a Tuesday and picked it up on a Thursday. He made sure to keep me updated through the process. I just recently picked up my car and could not be happier, it looks incredible and the job is perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will be use them on other cars.

After getting my PPF and ceramic coat done here I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Everybody who works here is very friendly and professional. I had my car worked on with First Class Autosports. I had the Full Body Paint Protection Film put on my car, window tinting, and various other details inside of my car. I absolutely recommend anyone that is customizing a Tesla to bring their car into this shop, they are extremely professional and have you feeling like family. I have owned and built many street performance cars over the years and have had most of them with window tint and PPF. FCA is the best so far in over 30 years of taking my rides to different installers, and now I have found the only shop to trust my cars to is FCA. Hugo and his team installed ST Carbon window tint all the way around and installed Xpel Ultimate Plus to the front bumper, hood and all the carbon fiber on my new Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. I cant find one air bubble or problem in my newly tinted windows the install is perfect! I cant say that about any other window tint installer in South Florida. FCA did all this work back in October and I waited till now to review them to give the work time to work out any issues, none so far! So THANK YOU so much Hugo and your team of experts for the outstanding install with the best products on the market and in storing my car over the weekend when I was out of town on business. If you need their services read the other reviews or ask customers of FCAs workmanship, but trust your car will be handled professionally by their staff and you wont have to come back until you need something else to add or another new automobile that needs tint, PPF or? I had a wrap put on a Genesis G80 three years ago and it still looks fantastic. Hugo and team recently treated it to make it shine like new. Their attention to details, creativity and service levels are top of the line. My next car will get wrapped here, no question.

You can tell they take pride in their work and in their space.Second, the products they offer are higher class, and made to look as good as they perform. Ive had my tints for over 6 months and Im in love with them. They havent faded at all and they make my car look incredible. Not to mention they keep a lot of the heat out.Long story short, if youre looking to have your windows tinted, go to these guys!

I have a few things to say. I really dont review places, but I feel this was warranted. This is one of few places in the city where the companys name is appropriate. They are truly first class! Any negative review thats on here is complete and utter nonsense. The job was small. It was just a window tint, but the work is about as perfect as it can get. As far as the wraps are concerned, I got to see in person the cars they are working on and its pretty amazing what they do.Considering what I was going to pay for the tints, this was a bargain. They also do detailing and I would bet the house that theyre great at that also and the cost is more than fair. Judging from the other sterling reviews on here, they probably didnt need another; but I had to say something because the two negative reviews are a joke. They were working on a Ferrari that was probably well over a quarter million of dollars. If an individual is willing to trust them with a car like that, you can rest assured youre in good hands. Even small businesses are not immune to fake news.Sorry I forgot to post a pic. Here it is. I need to get the windshield tinted maybe with Huper Optik Ceramic. I have to wait a bit for that. Its a fortune.

I brought my Tesla Model X into the shop last month to discuss a chrome delete package. I wasn’t so familiar with the process and Hugo, Alfonso and team took the time to explain the different options/ customizations available in the market, providing a number of examples of work they had completed to give me an idea of what the finished product would/ could look like. The car looked great right after the work was done...however I later felt the level of finish in a few areas could have been better. Hugo was interested to hear my concerns, diligent in assessing the issues and thorough in his follow up. We arranged a time to bring the car back and they went above and beyond to fix all my areas of concern. They take their trade seriously, know their stuff, and listen to their customers. It’s been months since my wrap and I still can’t get over how amazing it is. Hugo and his guys are amazing! I brought my Civic Type R in for a carbon textured roof wrap along with its two spoilers and vortex generators. Hugo and Alfonso walked me around the car and showed me my options. They also had mentioned to me how with the car being red and wrap being carbon patterned, any gaps would be noticeable but that they’d make sure I would be completely satisfied with the job. Satisfied is an understatement. I was blown away when I picked up my car after. Absolutely amazing. There was one miscommunication when it came to the spoilers being wrapped of which Hugo IMMEDIATELY wanted to correct for me. I opted not to come back in since at some point I intend on swapping out the spoiler for a real carbon one. So I didn’t want to inconvenience the guys for something so trivial that still looks beautiful nonetheless. Point is, need a wrap? I promise you these guys are it. Go to them, follow their Instagram. Incredible experience. I brought my car in for window tints and paint protection. Hugo explained everything in great detail WITHOUT any pressure and delivered the car back exactly when promised. And the results are beyond my expectations. My car looks amazing.

Randomly saw this shop reminds me I visit here years ago, but I still feel disgusting the service here. I was there to wrap a piece of interior trim for my BMW, a few days later the wrap start have some bubbles inside, and I went back to fix it, the owner provides a solution which is put another layer on top to cover the bubbles, after the job was done he is going to charge me instead of fixing for free. I am so surprised that he did a horrible job and I have to pay for it. So after the whole conversation, he was saying I do not want to see you again. That is the first time in my life I was been treated like this, so I decided to share my story. Of course, I am not going to visit again and I am not suggesting anyone visit and waste their money.

Excellent service! Like their name, they do First Class work. Ive taken two cars their for paint protection film and ceramic protection. Ill be back for periodic paint correction and protection.

Staff is friendly... first experience was excellent, the second left much to be desired. was upsold a wax to give the (allegedly) fragile material some longevity just to have said wax absolutely ruin it.

The specs are as follows: 2019 Audi RS 5 Sportback / Services performed are similar to those noted below (PPF front, ceramic coating, tints). The service was consistent and excellent. Hugo, Ralph, Chris and Alfonso are the best in the business. All of my comments from the 1st review apply. Thanks again, FCA.1st review:There are so many great things to say about FCA. First off, here are the specs: 2016 Porsche Cayman GTS / Services Performed: Xpel Ultimate Plus Bra, Ceramic Pro Silver package, Premium Suntek Carbon Solar tint. I shopped around before going with FCA, and while Miami has a few good places, FCA is the best by far. Here are my reasons: (1) The workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail is par excellence. They are incredible in what they do. (2) Hugo and his team share my passion for cars. He/they understand how much my car means to me. I did not feel for one moment that I was just another car job. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and educated me in the process. (3) They do not oversell. You are buying value at FCA. Let me explain. The other shops didn’t recommend anything really. They indicated the options I had. Hugo offered insight and gave me a solid recommendation. When I asked about a pricier option, Hugo respectfully explained why there wasn’t as much value in that option vs what he recommended. Keep in mind that his recommendation was less expensive than the option I was asking about. (4) Good people. These are good people. They work hard and take great pride in their work. Hello hugo,to clarify everything -you contacted me and accused me of being unfair in my review, not knowing how to wax properly and went as far as to call me a liar when you spoke with my mother...as far as the wax goes, it was an upsale as you suggested waxing the textured carbon fiber wrap that your shop installed on the hood (which as it turns out - is clearly cautioned against on multiple sources as well as 3M itself) when there was no intention to buy wax in the first place. believe me - my technique was not the problem as i have waxed multiple vehicles (ranging from car to watercraft) in the past.to be completely transparent, i have no gripes with your employees - as they provide great customer service. having said so, it is not commonplace customer service to A- accuse customers of lying B- not taking responsibility for advice and suggestions you give as a professional in a certain field and C- making paying customers out to be the problem instead of learning from your mistakes and doing a better job going forward.as far as contacting you in person... no thanks - you have made me uncomfortable in the past - as you are preoccupied with your shops image over providing polite customer care.as far as finding a solution to the problem, it has been found and taken care of. another shop installed a new wrap. thank you for the refund on the hood wrap and wax.hopefully this helps as a learning experience and you dont suggest people wax a textured wrap anymore.sincerely,chris
