The lady here gave me the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at one of these stores. Helped me and my husband pick out a lot of great things to use for our honeymoon. If you come by this store I highly recommend stopping by.

In all my visits several years back Ive encountered only professional staff.If any recent visitors did not Please liken it to what you find in fast food establishments during COVID nowadays: definitely Not topnotch.Give Eros another chance.

Update: 9/10/21In response to the reply to my review I have the following to say:Simply because a previous customer injured themselves playing with your products in the store, does not excuse the manner in which your employees treated my partner and I. If the employee had said “please do not use the products” and left it at that, we would have had no issue. The root of the RECENT and CONSTANT problems with Eros, is the condescending employees. The customer isn’t always right, I understand that. I own a business myself. However, regardless of the situation, every single customer deserves to be treated with respect. You take money from anyone and everyone, so why wouldn’t you give everyone respect in return? Especially when your customers aren’t being rude, disrespectful, or trying to physically hurt you. It’s clear to me from other replies to recent reviews, that management at Eros does not actually care about the service they provide or don’t, to their customers. Management and employees are not working together to find a solution to the problem, instead, they give excuses to justify the issues the customers are dealing with. Management has failed to step in and make changes to improve the customer’s experience thus Eros will be losing out on overall takeaway.——————————————————The employees were incredibly unprofessional and it absolutely makes sense that this place has so many RECENT negative reviews. Left the store approximately 15 minutes ago. We weren’t even there for longer than 10 minutes not because we got kicked out, but because the staff was rude. We could tell they were following us around. One of the employees walked all the way from the front to the back and literally just touched a product, looked at us, and asked if we “needed anything”. Then they left. When we were looking at the floggers and such, I grabbed one and lightly tapped my palm. I didn’t touch my partner with it. I didn’t use it on myself or my partner… and one of the employees walked all the way from the front to tell us we couldn’t use it. When we explained that we didn’t, she scoffed like we were lying. The other employee asked in Spanish what it was that we said. The employee that spoke to us replied by repeating what we said. Both were mocking and rude. We don’t care that they were speaking to each other in Spanish, but it’s unprofessional to speak about your customers while they are in your store because you assume they won’t understand. Lastly, we walked in with a full shopping list of products we needed. We were ready to spend up to $1,000 to make sure we got everything we wanted. That did not happen, and will never happen at this store.

Great service from the start. Very good and organized store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Christie H who helped us with all our questions and had great advice and service. Would recommend this place to friends.

My guy raved about Danielle! He said she was helpful and energetic with great ideas and he was right! The candle and massage oil set was an awesome surprise after a long day at work. He loved the atmosphere and selection so much that he insisted I check it out. I did and it was just as awesome as he said it was! I had a great time looking around and really love the lingerie and outfit selections. I didnt mind the “no bags” thing. Thats pretty standard at any novelty store, Eros 1207 was, by far, the nicest one Ive ever been to and I consider myself quite an expert. Luscius Tate and I will most definitely be back in the future!

My husband went to this store for the first time the other day and the owner Misty was super nice! She explained that with a store as big as theirs and with limited staffing they are only letting so many people in to get what they want and be on their merry way. You can’t bring any bags or purses in. If you don’t know what you want just look at their website like you do with everything else you buy online.I have read some bad reviews about this place upon their strict rules but I’ve worked in retail for a long time and completely understand why this company is doing what they’re doing. I can’t tell you how many people even people you wouldn’t expect stole from us. I can’t tell you how many people would come in to browse and waste our time trying to help them when I could’ve used my energy into helping others who really needed it.Every company was hit hard during COVID restrictions and I understand not wanting to lose your hard earned money to thieves especially in Houston. I’d do the same thing!We bought some edible massage oil and the smell was truly amazing but the taste wasn’t what we thought I’d be. But we appreciate Misty and her company and respect how they’re operating!!! I’ll definitely be shopping online soon to buy more products. Thanks again!!

I visited here a few days ago. The place is so big with lots of variety, but the sales associate that helped me( I believe her name is Bre) was so helpful with navigating me through the store. I was just looking to spice up my marriage a bit and she had lots of good ideas. Needless to say my wife loved the experience 🤣 I will be definitely returning with my wife in the future.

Every time we go they lock you inside without telling you where any of the fire exits are. If you ask about anything it’s usually seems to annoy the staff. I will say out of the five times we have been there we only meet one staff member that was pleasant. We probably spent 600 dollars that day. Everything can be found online so save yourself some time and money and just order online. Will not be back👎🏻👎🏻

We have to wait to be let in! We have to know exactly what we need we cant look around. We cant go in with our purses because we could have a gun. I understand safety is first but this is extreme! Yes, I did have my mask on! I love that yall ask for us to wear it.

The rudest, most overrated shopping experience of my life. I tried to walk into the store with my wife and it was locked at 1pm. When someone finally opened we were told we werent allowed in and should tell the employee exactly what we wanted by browsing their website first because they were supposedly understaffed and that no one is available to watch us if we came in. Moments later, the owner storms out and tells us were not allowed in and locks the door. 10 seconds later an older white gentleman is so graciously welcomed in without question. This was blatant discrimination and I will be reporting this place to the BBB.Since when is a wallet considered a bag? You literally looked past us and said no no no no then closed and locked the door. If thats your idea of customer service then you are severely lacking on its meaning.

First of all, would not let me inside without me telling them what I was looking for. My privacy comes before anything and I’m not going to discuss with a sales associate what I’m trying to look for. Secondly, refused to let me inside without a mask on which nowhere else in Texas has that requirement. Even asked nicely and they are so under funded they don’t have any disposable ones for customers. If you’re looking for a store for these needs don’t waste your time driving to Pasadena. Go to the city. The people who work here act like they own it.

My two other friends and I came in to the store and were told by one sales associate that theyre only limiting customers to ten minutes in the store to browse around before they asked us to leave. I had a toy in mind I wanted to buy but wanted to compare with other brands they carried. Another sales associate approached us and asked if we needed help with anything and I told her I wanted to look at the different products they had. She said that they have a website for me to browse in to do the comparing in and said we needed to leave. We told her we had just gotten in the door and were told we had at least 10 minutes. The sales associate said that due to only letting so many customers in at a time, they had to limit how long we stayed. We were literally the only ones there and there was no one waiting outside when she kicked us out. We will not be returning to the store at all and would rather give our business to the other three stores in the area that dont have ridiculous restrictions. If youre busy, its understandable, but when literally no one else was there, let people shop. Ive been a loyal customer for years but I will not be going back at all.**ETA in response to manager reply: Funny that you say you know when you spoke to me because I was there back on January 23rd, not last night or whenever you said you checked the video. Danielle was AMAZING throughout my shopping experience at EROS 1207. As I entered the store, she politely greeted me and was able to discover what I needed. While we explored the store together, she continuously showed her commitment to providing exceptional customer service by answering all my questions making sure I was 100 percent satisfied. Overall, Danielle provided me with one of the best shopping experiences I have had in any retail environment.

They are only letting people walk around for 10 minutes bc they have a limit of people that can be in the Biggest adult storean they said they had a wait to go in. We saw no one outside waiting and An employee was going go give us a tour of the store but we where interrupted by another telling we couldnt walk around and to do the their online tour which doesnt exist. Its basically online shopping. She seem pretty rude when i asked a simple question. And not nearly as friendly as the 1st person.

Been here before, it was cool.Today I went and rang the bell, the lady let a customer out and said Im glad youre here but you cant come in with your purse. So I turn around and put my purse in the car which was right behind the door, took 5 seconds and my boyfriend waited by the door. She locked the door again and turns around and was gone. Decided I didnt want to wait or whatever. Better customer service needed.

This place has everything you could imagine. The young lady named Misty was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store, and provided a top notch shopping experience for me and my Wife. Cool place if you can get in. Lady that came to the door was very rude. She told my GF her little bag wasn’t allowed in and just locked the door and walked away. We tossed her bag quickly in the truck and the lady never came back to let us in.

I went and called around to different adult shops looking for a specific big toy and eros was the only one that had it further more the owner and I had a great talk and he actually was working on his birthday, reyna there is also super helpful and very nice but be careful she might get you to spend more money than you planned lol, overall it’s a great store with a great variety of what you need i recommend going on week days early to actually have time to look around when it’s not busy as they are understaffed but i we’ll be doing business here for a while!

Staff is VERY RUDE will definitely not shop there again. They need to close that store and Fire everyone and not reopen till they have adicquit people to run it. I meet one owner a few years back and he was a really nice guy and had shopped there ever since, but due to the staff there now I will Absolutely Never go back.

I went to see if they had a sonic stimulation toy. They didn’t have it so I started to look at everything else they have and a rude blond lady basically kicked us out. It was weird seeing how I’m a middle aged woman with my 23 yo daughter and her boyfriend shopping. This store is mostly lingerie. They have a lot more male oriented toys than other stores in the area I noticed. It’s just not on a great side of town and you may not bring in your handbag or purse. They say they are the largest in Texas but that is just square feet not items. They have an attached dvd section and a bong shop.

Been here several times before and after covid restrictions. Misty is always friendly/helpful and explains products in detail! The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. We have been told about the 10-15 minute time constraint due to covid when they are busy and it hasn’t been an issue. They didn’t follow us around or tell us to leave. The store is always clean and organized. We will definitely be coming back sometime! Keep it up y’all!

Horrible Customer Service. You have to ring a bell for someone to come to the door takes forever for someone to come and only so many people are allowed in and when they come out than you can go in . No purses and a face mask is required. I felt as if I was trying to get in a prison not to go shopping . Never going back to this establishment.

I just went and the lady asked for my id and while I was getting it she said have a great day and she closed the door infront of me, she was so rude and they’re was no one there, she rolled her eyes at me and I needed a bikini for my job

Lady was extremely rude. She opened the door and said that it was her and one other person working and that it was going to be a five or so minute wait. We politely said “no thanks” and she said “good” very rudely and sarcastically. Was going to be our first time there, but now it will definitely be our last time going up to these doors. The sad part is that we were about to drop about $600 on bachelor party items. If the lady was the owner her customer service sucks!

I have been going to eros for a number of years and normally have decent customer service. Today while in store there was a customer pulling on the locked door. I alerted the lady at the counter, who rudely replied that she already knew. She continued to say that he has not read the NEW sign that states he must ring the door bell. She continued talking as she walked to the door stating its funny as Americans we want to jump to the door to let people in, we dont do that here. At this point her passive aggressive attitude made me stop looking for more merch and leave early. I approached the counter and she continued to state that the door bell is new and they are trying to get customers to use it and if they dont force them to use the door bell they will never learn. I do understand her point behind it. HOWEVER, the sign is not next to accessible entrance door. When walking up to the door you would not automatically notice the sign. There are easy fixes 1. Move the sign onto the entrance door. 2. Instead of having customers wait bc you want them to learn a lesson, open the door for them and POLITELY show them the NEW (4 day old) sign. I have also worked in customer service for a number of years and understand how frustrating it can be. However, there is ways to address situations without attitude. Especially when the customer was not being rude or irate in anyway.

Bad experience it’s a super big store and I understand we’re under a COVID warning... the only allow two people at a time... it was five of us and they seriously just didn’t want our business... they don’t even do that at TOP stores or restaurants... will never go there again.

First time customer today, Grabed a handful of items id like to try. I like the selection at the store but not the workers they were very rude and not very welcoming( rude tone and unwelcoming demeanor) I would like to return again but i would rather go to another store and not return due to the customer service. I will not return at all unless its last resort.

I recently went to Eros to find something for my anniversary and Danielle was so helpful and assisted with picking out what I wanted. Everything I purchased was amazing! Me and my husband will definitely be coming back soon !

I have been here twice so far and loved both of my visits. The first time there was a small wait to get in but im happy they care about their staff, products, and customers enough to keep them healthy and safe. After patiently waiting I was kindly temp checked and let around the store, one of the sale representatives made them selves readily available incase I had any questions. If I needed to see a boxed product she followed store policy and would kindly open the box and show me the product and gave me glares or rude comments if I didnt want what I saw. She was very polite and very helpful. My second visit was the best customer service I have ever received, I called early because I needed a DocJohnson suction cup attachment for a new toy I got online that only accepts Vac-U-lock attachments. They were busy the first call but did what they could to answer my questions, they showed effort in multitasking which is a drive that most people dont show at work now and days. They asked me to call back in a bit and when I did the store manager Robert answered and was expecting me showing that the employee I called informed a manager of my situation which was an extra step to help me out and it felt good to know they were taking my needs seriously. Robert is awesome! He had just got a new stock of 300 products not on the shelf yet and he went in the back because he remembered seeing it while taking count of his stock. He took the time and effort to go to the new shipment, grab me the product I was looking for, hold it for me till I got there since its an hour drive away for me to get there but its well worth the trip, then when I got there they let me skip the line, I was met by assistant manager Misty who came in on her day off to help the staff take care of customers. She was very nice to me and she took me to the managers office where I met Robert who let me test the attachment before I bought to make sure it would work, they let me pay them in cash in the managers office for cheaper then the price of what the product is worth online and it was in brand new condition. Me Robert and Misty had a great conversation they were funny, friendly, and the best customer service striving managers I have ever met in my life they made me feel like was VIP when they had never met me before and it was only my second time in the store. Their project selection is the largest I have ever seen theres a pretty good chance they have what youre looking for and some things you might not even know were out there. They have good prices too for their stuff. I highly recommend coming here and even if there is a wait its well worth it, I was kind to them and they far surpassed my kindness with their hospitality and they want above and beyond for me!

Honestly, all the one star reviews for this place are completely accurate, only thing better would be to give it zero stars! There was an occupancy limit of 6 people at a time, there were three of us and no one else in the store. After entering the store and browsing for a total of 4 minutes the woman working there implied we should know what we want by now and leave so other people can enter. Which is understandable of course, however, there were NO OTHER PEOPLE! Meanwhile she is saying this to us with her mask pulled all the way down, which conflicts with her supposed worry over the coronavirus. We ended up leaving because clearly we weren’t welcome to look around and find things, we were supposed to already know exactly what we want. And she is generally just super weird

Went to Eros for my first time today, and at first was put off by the no purses but overall good experience. Danielle was very helpful and nice. Made me feel comfortable in my visit, will definitely be returning!

Felt very unwelcomed in the store.I wanted to just check the store out while I had time to kill but apparently they have a pretty extreme Covid policy. Customers are not supposed to be let in to just shop, if you dont know specifically what you want they dont want you to come in.I was let in the store but left shortly after this policy was explained because it came off as them not wanting me in the store at all.Quick edit: just wanted to note the responses to the 1 start reviews are probably coming from the same person we are all talking about, aka the Owner. Sad she is driving business away from her own store.

Make sure that the boxes are not open because I purchased items and one of them was open. The bags were open on the inside of the box as well. Also, be weary about the products you get from here because you can have a severe allergic reaction and they dont put warning ⚠️labels on the shelves or the products. Danielle seemed to be irritated when I asked her questions concerning an item after she began scanning long before I finished shopping in the store. Just be careful and they give no refunds 💢

Initial review upon entry was a nice place and the young lady attending to us was great. Then the owner shows up and at first was cordial and inviting but that quickly changed. While I sit and wait for the wife to try on shoes he and I have a little meaningless chatter just to pass the time. Shortly there after the nice young lady assisting comes back and informs us we are being asked to leave. When I asked why we were told we were in the store to long and there were other customers waiting. At this point weve been in the store 10- 15 minutes at most. If you expect customers to run in grab an item and throw money at you your a fool most people will go elsewhere to be treated decent. More importantly will be the phone call Im making Monday to the Fire Chief on the fire codes pertaining to locking doors of a business with customers inside. I imagine its some kind of code violation to do this.

A friend and I just attempted to go and shop for a bachelorette party. A male opens door, and asked if we knew what we wanted. He continues to say that he on has one sales person, and we could come in, but when another customer comes, we would have to leave. We decided to take our business elsewhere, because his excuse for letting one customer in at a time, and then being rushed was not a good enough reason.

Don’t spend more than five minutes or get rushed out. Rude customer service. We were looking around and getting things not even seven minutes in when one of them approached us asking us to hurry up because they’re getting a line outside (there was non) and that we should get what we want and leave. Every customer matters so why annoying a customer who’s shopping already and make them feel they worth less than those who’s waiting outside? You need to let your customers get what they need and have a positive shopping experience. We threw the things that we wanted to purchase and left. Never coming back here.

I will not be returning to this establishment. My Husband and I attempted to shop at this store and were turned away at the door, supposedly since we didn’t know what we intended to purchase. The employee stated that the owner was not allowing customers to shop in the store, however the customer immediately behind us was allowed in without being questioned. When I called to complain to the manager the employee in question had clearly had her chance to tell her side of the story first. I was told that I was lying and was wrong about the whole interaction. In addition the safety of the few customers they do have is at risk since they are keeping the doors locked despite that against fire code.Eros1207 clearly doesn’t want my business and I am happy to oblige them

I was in there today and the sales person helped me find exactly what I needed. The store had the biggest selection I have ever seen, she took me exactly to what I was looking for. First time in the store and Never coming back here again. Me and my friends are all black . We went in to get a toy for my friend and when we went in they asked us do yall need something but not in a very nice way it was more like they were trying to get us out the store right then and there. We started looking around a girl that works there comes up to us and asks do you need something in the rudest way and then told us that we only let people who are over 18 in here and yall are not acting like it. And she said if you dont stop being loud then we will have to kick you out. Honestly it killed my vibe and I was going to tell them that I love that they have so much stuff. Big place but staff has attitude. The short lady with dark hair that seems to be the one in charge was rude my last visit here. I took my business to a smaller shop but with better customer service. I usually do not review but my experience was bad. They follow you, they rush you if they assume you are not buying anything even though you are I WAS ONLY IN THERE FOR LITERALLY 2 MINUTES!!! THAT IS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO SHOP AND WE DO NOT ALWAYS KNOW WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND NO THERE WAS NO LONG LINES OUT THE DOOR. THE OWNER IS A LIE. They dont even approach you the right way at all, attitude and all.

Once you get a receipt from them, take a picture of the receipt as you will definitely need it to your register your products if they have the one year warranty option. You have a lot of variety at this store, however very few quality toys that are top of the line - but this doesnt mean that the other brands dont do the job. As with most cases, everyone is different and has their preferences and level of comfort and this store specializes from many comfort/experience levels with their toys...needless to say they do lack lingerie/clothing options especially in the sizing which is really frustrating because you may think one thing will fit (even if you get a size bigger) it wont and you will not be able to return it - let me repeat, you will not be able to return any clothing or toys, and this is understandable but at least have more options so for clothing definitely better options on Amazon. The staff were really nice and were attentive on what I was looking for and they even suggested other things so that my partner can use as well. Lube is definitely over priced, you can get a whole gallon online cheaper but this is a very convenient store for many other things.

Just tried to come into your store at first was put off by the sign saying no purses or bags that is a little strange but we went to go in and was met at the door lady rudely asked if we had mask we said no at that point I just wanted to leave i understand times are different,weird and strange but if my car is broke into due to leaving my purse in there will your insurance pay? And the deal with the mask we might have stayed had it been approached/said differently we drove a little ways to come to your store specifically but it wont happen again
