Got my lights upgraded to what I thought would be nice and that i would have better looking lights. They installed it so poorly that i had to go back to get them fixed. Now i need to go back and they are once more not working. They worked before with the original lights. Now this place is blaming Chevrolet and that it might just be a manufacturer issue. So I have to go back once more so they can correct what was working prior to us deciding to upgrade my lights. Very upsetting!!!

Honestly the best, professional experience i had for upgrading my vehicle. I went in wanting to get something small and quick to advance my sound, not only did they educate me on products and sounds. They took their time to help me get the best bang for my buck literally. They offered different finance companies that manage to help me make payments instead of just paying for everything right away. No credit check, credit check etc. They even went out their way dropped me off at home because i had to handle business at home and picked me back up when my vehicle was ready for no extra charge. Y’all need to check these guys out, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase and experience shopping there!

Recently had a remote start and alarm system installed in my car. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. Could not ask for a better service. This shop is legit no bs around. Told Alex(owner) and Esmeralda what I wanted and with out hesitation physically showed me what I was getting and explained to me the service and product without having to ask many questions. Very straight foward, honest, fast and professional work done to my F150 Harley Davidson. Clean and no broken panels. Worth every dollar paid for!!!!!. Showed up at 5:40pm and still managed to squeeze me in for service. Took a s*** alarm that Mikes Toys over charged me for and put everything back in the box so I can go get a refund from the other shop. Highly recommend shop for service. Also thanks to the technician who worked on my truck he didnt hesitate to take in my truck and perform a outstanding job, left everything super clean and looking original!!!!

I went in to add some subwoofers to my Ram truck. Every other location I went to gave me misguided information, and told me what I wanted couldnt be done. I was referred to this location and spoke to Alex and he was very informative. Not only did I get the subs I wanted, but he gave me more information and ideas on other products I needed to give me that sound I wanted. Im very pleased at the work done. They do nice and clean work without messy wires and the sound was nice and crisp along with the bass from the subs. Thumbs up!!!

I went in to have my radio checked cause it wasn’t working. They did get it working again but I was told probably not for long the wires were bad, which I knew that cause they have been in there since 2004 at the least. I talked to Lando on what I could do to fix it permanently but not too expensive for right now! We came up with a plan and they took good care of me for the right price. I will go back to finish what I want done! I highly recommend them and will tell my friends too!!!!

We were installing a new stereo for my college aged daughter so she could have navigation for her trips to and from college. Her vehicle is a little older and needed a little extra care. They were very informative and stayed in contact with us each step of the install. The experience was truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. All they did was take my money & mess up my audio in my truck & when I took my truck back so they could fix the problem...(mind you I had just left the store & drove a few miles away when my radio started making a noise & it just shut off on me) they wanted to charge me an additional $45 when I had JUST paid $100 for them to put my system in. Never again will I EVER go to this. I WILL NOT reccomend this place either!!!!!
