A bit slow service, limites on some items and a bit pricey. Yet not a bad location

Bad customer service came on June 22 2021 at 451 pm I call first to see if they had what I was looking for they check I was told they did have it took me 15 minutes to get there when I arrived I was told she did not have it. Really bad service

These people deserve a review they were sooo awesome, friendly and knowledgeable I felt excited about shopping for vitamins now thats a heck of a statement. Its hard to locate some of the items because they have a ton of products but if you just ask them they will definitely help you out. I also got a subscription that will deliver some of the new supplements to my house, through them. Thanks guys for helping me stay in good health:)

These guys have zero knowledge of what they sellThey are selling their products simply based on the price. If it cost more then it must be better. When I asked a question about something that they had no clue about they answered, oh, I think it was discontinued. A product that is currently thriving.. This is why people are buying everything online now. Sad but true.

Jonathan was very, very rude. First of all, I wasnt greeted upon coming in the store. Second of all, once I retrieved my merchandise and proceeded to the counter I STILL wasnt greeted, I was asked if I had a phone number, so I sarcastically said hello how are you? It was so ironic because 2 Hispanic women walked in and he goes... Hey guys welcome so I immediately asked if he only greeted Latinos. I have been coming to this establishment for about a year and I have never ever been treated like this . I am totally dissatisfied, Jonathans customer service and I definitely will be contacting corporate and I would never ever ever revisit this location. I will be taking my money to GNC from this point on.

Horrible and disgusting customer service! They sold me an open box of keto cookies that was taped closed. My wife didn’t realize it was opened until she left the store. When she got home she saw that it was previously opened and some packages of cookies were missing. Yet these guys thought it was funny to tape the box closed so we wouldn’t notice. To make matters worse, when I called to complain the depraved guy that answered the phone refused to listen and had a major attitude! I Never had problems with other locations but they definitely need to fire the staff working here.

Its not even 6:30pm and your already closed? Pathetic, ill stick to my usual supplement shop. Place is over priced anyways
