I have known about this market but never visited it. I recently looked at the flyer I get and decided to go. Thank goodness I went!! Produce is beautiful! Everything is so organized and clean! (The organization is what caught my attention) Staff is super friendly at the register, and if u need help with anything they will b there for you! The place is small but you will find almost everything you need and more! 🥪

Have been coming for a bit but after the little expansion it got that much better. Fresh produce and many different hot food on hand. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with an ample parking lot

They have everything you need for your cooking and quick bites needs, from ready to eat meals, ready to cook meats, to ready to celebrate cakes, and the prices seem fair and affordable, cashiers seem to be quick and dont make you wait long times to check you out.

My favorite place to buy my good. I love the people there and also the environment everyone does their job.

Went there for a refreshing drink, and this is what I found! (Picture below) what looks like Spinach bags. Disgusting!!! #FDA needs to land here and monitor the way they make there food. We also bought pork crackling and they taste old. To top it off, there customer service is way rude. Ladys seem either not to like there jobs or are racist.

Hot foods. Remove the fish gills before cooking it. It gives it a sour nasty taste. Wasnt able to enjoy it. 🤮

Love this store. The produce section is always fresh. You can find organic and US grown produce here. Not China grown produce like other stores. You can get in and out quickly and the staff is great. A bit over priced. But worth it for the service and quality.

I have a. Good atendance .In meat department per Efren hi did a good job always. when l need a especial cut or meat selection him helping me a lot. I glad to you having a professional personal thank you .

The store is clean and its awesome because they have everything. The only bad thing is that the cashiers are rude. The employee who bag your stuff are also rude. Every time I go and never fails that they seem bothered to work there are to be there. I would have gave the complete five stars but theyre employees need to be trained with customer service.

I had a great experience at Super A Foods. I went to buy my birthday cake and Vicky, the lady from the bakery department was very nice and helpful. She patiently showed me every cake and was very knowledgeable when it came to the flavor of each. I would definitely buy cakes from them again, the cake was very tasty and fresh.

I usually pay with 🏧 card but readers never work properly. Bad monitoring for equipment.

The store brand tortillas are authentically good, theyre a must have for us. The store prepared food like carnitas & fried chicken are both reasonably priced and great tasting. Theyre great choices for entertaining.The store has a small town vibe, and doesnt have the long lines you get at the big box stores.

Its a small local market. Narrow isles. Adequate parking. They usually have enough registers open so its not a long wait. They have an area where they have Mexican food to go. Havent tried it but it looks good.

This place is awesome. The best deals on beers & Deals on Bottles Tequila, Vodka, Jack Daniels gift boxes. I love this this lace. O yeah, their Thrifty ice cream there Rocks...

I love Super A. I always find what I need there at a decent price. No where better to get fresh baked breads and cakes. Has that homey small town feeling about it.

Clean and well stocked. I come here to get meat for when I barbeque. Youll find everything you need when in a hurry. Check out lines move fast and staff is very friendly.

I love this market. Theres never a long line. Customer service is excellent, I always find a parking spot. Everything seems to be in its place and thats always a plus.Beer is usually pretty cheap too

Kinda dirty and grungy but its a decent place, the customer service is no better than a Walmart but the fact that their a small market makes that bad. They have an excellent selection of foods and their backroom doesnt smell as bad as other stores and Im super happy that they always have seven up products available! Thats probably the best part is the soda selection

Never had order any hot food from here. But that spice chicken was very good. Great taste juice and so crispy.

My favorite market in South Gate. My first working position the summer I graduated. It was good seeing John the manager back to assist. Good prices. Excellent staff and a store thats organized.

You really need to check the dates on the meet you buy, more than once weve bought meat that was bad the next day, our dogs loved it. Also weve bought milk with good dates only to find out it was bad, that we took back.

Friendly, nostalgic market for basic items. Theres a bakery, a meat dept and a food deli that makes a variety of delicious homemade feel salsas. Latin American items are a plenty. Not a great variety of vegetarian/vegan items however.

My family always comes to this grocery. The veggies are fresh and not expensive as in other stores. And the employees are really nice and helpful.

This Market is a hidden gem. They always have items the most stores wont have in stock. I cook different international foods. 9 put of 10 i find what i need. If you ask the store manager what your looking for, it magically appears on the shelfs. Every single person that works there treats you like your the #1 customer at this store.

Pretty empty today mothers day in the early morning. As soon as we went to the register. Boom long lines and only two registers open. Bleh.

This place is awesome I lived in South gate for 12 years and this store has always been the place to go to it has amazing prices and always has deals on Fridays and also has a phone feature where they send you text messages on the weekend so you can buy some stuff you need and also get something free it always has friendly customer service and they only problem youll have is with the kitchen and bakery because they are always so busy with so many customers it is crazy how busy they can get so make sure to always order your food ahead of time so you can pick it up asap

I always find what I need, especially the homemade flower tortillas, they are the best tortillas #1👍

Employees are always talking about there personal life!! When there ring you up and seem there in bad mood!! Thats why never going back l start going to Smart and final and Northgate market

Their hot food workers were terrible. They kept talking amongst themselves as 3 people were waiting. I waited 20 minutes before I got my chicken tenders. Also my chicken was dry no flavor. I will stick to the one in Downey or bell gardens

Can always count on Super A Foods when I need to pick up something quickly. The fresh bolillo, Mexican desserts and sweet bread are an added plus. They even offer freshly made food items like carnitas and salsas.

I love their oven turkey Carnitas, their baked chicken and their Fried Chicken. As far as selection throughout the supermarket theres not that much compared to other markets.
