The worse service ever . Betty or Letty Im not sure her name . That the quote would be after 1 and its 3 pm I called myself 3 times to follow up she kept saying 30-40 and I call back at 3 and said 20 more minutes. I asked her if she was sure she said no just giving me time frames to hang up on me and have me floating. She said nothing she could do . I told her poor customer service they dont even call you to keep you inform or apologize if the time frames . The installer said he doesnt know . No professionalism. People of their profession know time on each window repair. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE .
