Very helpful folks working there, one of the owners really came through with awesome customer service and went the extra mile to help me find my daughters costume and my mask.

This place is to die for I am a huge fanatic of horror movies especially the classics🥺 They supported my addiction they had merch of all my favorite characters like chucky and scream. They have a lot of masks and costumes and other little items as well like enamel pins, AirPod cases, keychains and live sized dolls of Annabelle and Chucky for example🤭

Besides carrying quality products from brands like Trick or Treat Studios and Cavity Colors they host events too, featuring genre & toy vendors as well as cosplayers, which is also encouraged. Halloween Depot is truly one of this horror fans favorite places to be and I highly recommend a visit.

First of all the moment you walk in thinking, “wow this is such a cool Halloween store!” You start getting followed right away by ALL the employees making you feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! Making it seem like I’m a thief when clearly I went there to spend my money. You would think by this point the employees would ask if “you are finding everything ok?” But no they continue to act dumb and follow you through the store. You will notice a tall man hanging around by the name of Tony which is the manager, he also did not once acknowledge his customers but yet instead make them feel not welcome. Such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! To top it off I did end up purchasing a VERY OVER PRICED costume, so no need to follow your customers around like that (:Also, recommend saving your money and buying your Halloween items on Amazon because trust me you will be disappointed after!

The owner is very nice (tall guy with cap on) his always walking around asking if we need help..he was nice enough to exchange the custom that didnt fit one of my daughters..so glad about that... recommend this place

I have been going to their pop up store since the beginning.. Their last pop up store they decided they were going to charge $20 for a fast pass they advertised it on Instagram. I politely posted that it was unacceptable unacceptable charging a fast pass for a Halloween store. This is completely unfair to those people who can afford it is hot and they wait outside in a hot line. They just blocked me on social media.

This is one of the best Halloween stores I’ve ever been too. They are so helpful and friendly and even try their best to give you what you want/need. I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and the two ladies and one gentleman are honestly the friendliest people ever. You will not be disappointed in this Halloween store at all!! They have everything from men’s to women’s to kids and wonderful accessories!

Ive been coming here for years, and every year it seems they get better and bigger than the year before. Amazing selection of baby/toddler and adult costumes, was able to get everything we needed for our family costumes with accessories. No shortage on masks, and all the accessories you can think of wallets, backpacks, air fresheners, pins they have it all. Will definitely be coming back again next year for our costumes, plus the staff is great.

The female staff werent very nice. They didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in, they were just on their phones. The costumes are way overpriced. You find the same costumes at Party City for a lot cheaper. They also dont allow you to try on any costumes. I wont be shopping her again. I will say that the masks on the wall were impressive.

Despite the last review I read. I decided to go to Halloween Depot. So I went in right before they closed and I must say I received the best service ever. Both young ladies that work in the front were super helpful. The staff there is friendly and go an extra mile to show that you are important and value you as a customer. They have a sign that states no strollers, drinks and whatever else. Which isn’t a big deal taking into consideration that every other store does it now and days. The store has everything you can think of and there very affordable. I would highly recommended this store to all my friends and family.

Store very clean n organized. Plenty of employees to help u out n theyre friendly. There are fitting rooms to try on costumes which is helpful since all sales are final. There are costumes for all ages n theyre decently priced. They can get pretty expensive though.

Been going to Halloween Depot for years. This place just keeps getting better & better. Great selection in women’s, men’s, and kid costumes. There’s also a large selection of masks as well. Got my costume already for this year, going back for outfit 2 soon lol. There’s also signs everywhere regarding strollers, pets & food, just a heads up for all.

Very very informative from the start thank you Elouisa. Especially because I was not able to physically see the costumes in person I kept calling to make sure I chose the right costumes for my sons and they are very very pleased with their costumes. I will definitely see them next year☺️

I arrived at the store and my 1 year old son was sleeping so I put him on the stroller and he remained sleeping. There was several employees outside and inside. I was looking for a costume for my son and at least 2 male employees helped me. After being in the store for about 20 minutes and they telling me they didn’t have the costume I was looking for they decided to then tell me no strollers are allowed. Mind you I was in the store already and they were helping me. But I guess once they realized I was not gonna buy anything they told me no strollers. I told the employee but my baby is sleeping he said park the stroller at the door. I said I’m not gonna leave my baby by the door and he said well stand next to him! How am I supposed to shop? Never going there again!

Loved this place! Here’s what makes Halloween Depot really good.1) they let you try on costumes. Other stores like Party City and Spirit have a cranky tennager telling you what items you can and can’t try on. Hello?? I’m the one buying it so I should see how the entire costume looks on me. The owner allows his customers to try the whole costume on and doesn’t bother you once while you are in the dressing room.2) it’s family owned. This is a place where you can just come and hear some nice tunes, hang out with your friends and try on costumes or chat with the owner.3) it is open late. Most places close at 8 pm while Halloween Depot closes at 10 pm.I will definitely be coming back every year to buy my costumes here. Don’t waste your time at other places and come here directly.

First of all let me start by saying that I never write reviews but I had to make an EXCEPTION for this one.Everytime I need to make a purchase I always do my research and read all reviews possible. I stumbled upon them and read they had good reviews. Also a couple of bad ones but decided to give them a try either way. We arrived at the store and were greeted by a young lady at the register. The place has a variety of good selections and we couldnt be more excited! I tired on a couple of costumes but I wasnt so convinced of them. When I finally decided on the one I wanted, I took my size which is a small BUT decided not to try it on as I was already exhausted from trying the other ones and I needed to make my way out. I figured well, Im a size small and it should fit me just fine. I didnt even think of looking at the merchandise itself to look for defects (which I should have) but I was sure I was buying something NEW AND IN GOOD CONDITION. I spent $80 just to come home and find out that the zipper of the costume is broken and is stained in yellow. I immediately called the store to ask if they can help me out and exchange it for another one thats not damaged but got denied. I explained to them my step by step and they advise for me to call back because they were going to check the cameras from when I was there. I wasnt really sure what that had to do with anything but I agreed. I called back 2 hours later but got denied again. The manager himself told me to take it to get it fixed because they were not going to do anything about it. I literally wanted to cry because I spent so much on something that is not worth it. Ill be spending some more by getting it fixed but I mean what else can I do? These people dont appreciate their customers and business at all. Save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else!

Lots of Halloween stuff too over price. One fake plastic kitchen knife 27 dollars!!!! For 10 or 20 dollars more just get your self a real set of kitchen knives. The knives not worth it but everything else not bad.
