My daughter went to fix her Nintendo that wouldnt charge when plugged in and they said they would keep it over the weekend took a whole week she went and was told they couldnt figure out the problem that they will keep it longer. Another week passed by and she calls they tell her it should be ready next day. Next day she calls again and got the same answer. Another week after that passed she goes in person and it was finally ready and they didnt call to inform us. The lady on the phone had offered a $10 discount for the long wait and when my daughter paid the man refused to give the discount so she received no discount! Worst place ever!! Never going back!!

Just got a free service if you become a regular. Repair prices seem at the bottom spectrum. This. Is my favorite place for unlocked top brand cell phones. Staff is super friendly.

Stay away from this place. I brought my phone to them and they said they would have it same day so thats the only reason I agreed to leave it. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU TO TELL YOU ITS READY FOR PICK UP. FOUR DAYS LATER they finally had my phone ready. 1 week after I had the same exact problem with my phone. Stay away unless you want to spend days going the store and asking if its ready!!!!! They will tell you one thing on the phone and something else when you show up.

Very honest people. I called over the phone for a quote for a screen replacement and battery replacement for an iPhone 6. They gave me a quote and went the same day to get it done. It was done within 1 hour. Thank you guys!

I gave the phone a weekend and asked about prices and fixing it. They said it was the battery and the guy was able to turn on my phone. I went the next weekend and I got there willing to pay the recovery $65 but then it turned off again. They hadn’t changed the battery and he said it would take a couple min to fix that. I said ok and they said they would call me back charging me $45. They said they would call me back that turned to another week. I called back and he said he couldn’t do anything until I bought the item for the repair which was $65. They didn’t inform me of this the last week I visited them and they were charging me the same initial price,but lowered it last time I met them. I was over it so I took my phone back. Not worth the wait.

I’m honestly surprised by a lot of the bad reviews. Netcomm is seriously the best cell phone repair shop and I’m not just saying this they really are. Other cell phone repair shops near me are just small businesses with only 1 technician. Here they are a big business and are fast with their work especially if you have a newer device that they have the parts for, its 2019 people obviously you can’t expect for them to fix your old “Samsung illusion” type phone or your old “PlayStation 2” they would have to order the parts for those type of repair jobs

Great place to take your phone. Took my iPhone to fix the broken screen and when I got out my vibrator motor wasnt working but they fixed and told us sorry for the problem and replaced my vibrator motor for free. Great place and prices.

Just got ripped off with my ps4 literally got told my serial number is different and they were the only place to touch my ps4 Im 100% sure my mother ship was switched off for another broken ps4 smh do not come here. This is 100% true story he is claiming it was swapped by me and not them why would I bring you something to fix and not have it fixed and complain a year later on something I did not touch. Robbed by a company who claims to fix items make sure to take pictures of ur item to verify that it is not swapped out for broken down items. Serial numbers are Id tags make sure to know take a photo of it

My Dad used to shop here. When he passed away, they were able to unlock his phone and retrieve a lot of files and wonderful memories from his phone. I am very grateful for a job well done and the great customer service!

I bought a PS3 and a controller. I took it home and it worked for only a week. The controller has a mind of its own. I took it back and it took him a week to finally replace it. Now the replacement doesnt have an option for wireless. The guy is shocked but wont help me out. Every single controller that he has saved for me to replace has magically disappeared. I still have the bad controller. Wasted a lot of my time. I am so done with this place and advice everyone to avoid it. Will save you a lot of time and anger.

When it comes to cell phones repairs they know what their doing. But when it comes to to PS4 repairs they dont. They had the PS4 three weeks and told me it was fine. Got it back, same issues I brought it in for. Theyll fix phones but PS4 go some where else.

Rene is the worst costumer service representative. It is obvious this place only steals money from its costumers. Not once did Rene treat me with respect but instead tried to make me feel stupid about not knowing how to repair computers and tired to charge me 3x more than the original amount for unnecessary computer repair. I do not recommend coming in for a repair job ON ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE. I rather pay for quality service at Best Buy and their expensive repair rates than to come here. Very rude and disrespectful towards costumers, not at all professional.

I dropped off my PS3 to get it fixed and they never called me back. So, I had to drive over there because when I called they either didnt pick up or they had me waiting on the phone. When I finally picked up the system it worked fine temporarly then I had to take it back. The same thing happened again it was fixed and later it broke. The warranty was only for 30 days, they didnt fix anything. Ill never again waste my time and money on this place.

Went in to get my iphone 6 fixed on 2/23/19 I called back on 3/7/19 they still havent fixed my phone Im going in tomorrow to to get my phone and I bet they took all the good parts out of it and replaced it with a messed up cheap screen. And we will still have to pay $10 thats like saying gee man thanks for not doing anything about my phone for an near 2 weeks! Heres my money. I was so nice and pactint. Do not go here for any reason. First I go to fix my iPhone with the cracked screen, they end up destroying the back camera and when I went back to have them fix their mistake, they told me it would cost me another $60 to fix something that they had messed up.Then I went to give them a second chance, my PS4 had a coin stuck in the cd slot. A simple fix, just remove the hood don’t mess anything up and remove the coin. When I came back to pick it up and took it home it started making a really loud noise so natural I took it back, unfortunately they won’t man up to their mistakes and tell me it will cost $80 to repair the problem. They try to blame it on the fact that the ps4 is old.Do not go here, they only make the problem worse and make you pay for their mistakes.

WRONG!😠When I got home I noticed a long hairline crack in the screen 😱 I called the next day because they were already closed when i noticed it. 😑 The lady who gave me the ipad told me to bring it to see what happened when I arrived she told me it didnt have that crack when she gave it to me,😠😕 then the manager told me it was a crack from a fall or somebody sat on it, I told him it was fine before I brought it in and if it was from a fall where were the scratches in the corners?😑😕 I didnt even finish my sentence when he told me we cant do anything about it! 😡‼️These guys arent professionals they will fix one thing but bust another, I went in for a simple $45 speaker job only to be left with an even more expensive screen to replace like around $150 Also the obese guy 👹 is a total jerk & inconsiderate prick who knows nothing of customer service or satisfaction! 😡😠 Avoid this place at all costs!😠👎
