If I could give this store 0 stars I would specifically the store manager in my face told the (csr) Frank that I would have to wait to speak to him there were no other customers he was only sitting in his high chair looking at new merchandise I waited 8 min to have a manager from another store help me with my account I am even thinking of switching to Verizon again due to this big lack of customer service not from A representative but a store manager !! The manager name is victor stay away from this store seriously recorded him sitting in his chair while I waited for his help horrible experience never again will I go in here I was misinformed about my new line price they added additional charges and I never got to speak to the manager in charge
My experience ATT HAS BEEN AWESOME,JASMIN has been a great help on doing updating my device on transferring all my data and helping deleting all my information from my old phone. Two thumbs 👍👌👏Really appreciate here help.
The worst experience Ive had in an AT&T store. I bought a phone and less than 2 hours later, the phone started to show defective lines on the screen. I tried to exchange the phone and the guy said I had to go through Apple to get it fixed. They didnt want to exchange the phone that I just bought. I called customer service and they made them exchange it. So since the phone was returned, they charged me a restocking fee. Horrible customer service if you ask me. The moral of the story is NEVER GO TO A STORE THATS NOT CORPORATE. Again, they charged me a restocking fee to exchange their defective phone that I bought within 2 hours. TRAGIC!!!!!
I when to get information they were desperate to sell so is ok no problem. But I decided not to get it what they were offering, so I walk away I went to another store and I find out that they did sell me a new phone. They stop my services and put a new phone in my line. With they did not give me I when to the store to fix it, and they said that not true but guess what in my bill is the payment of a phone, for that reason I need to pay for a phone I dont have
This is my local store and they’ve always helped me out with anything I need regarding my cell service and home internet. The guys here are always easy to talk to. They every experience simple and easy.
I walked in into this store looking for some help about the plans and phones they carry. A young woman helped me at the desk she greeted me and smile, I felt very welcome. Not many stores do that now days, She gave me a brake down of all the plans, she answered all my questions and concerns aswell. I am definitely coming back to get my new plan at this store. I really the the staff at this AT&T store! They are friendly, professional, and very helpful! No high pressure, and patiently answer all my questions! A small store but it is the best!!

Amazing store with an amazing view of the Los Angeles RIVER. Great location, you can just smell the river from here. I live down the street. Destenee was cool, she MANUALLY added all my contacts to my new phone and she will DO IT FOR EVERYBODY. She will also do tech support for free regardless of what carrier you have. My Lola has t-mobile and destenee helped her set up her new phone and gave her accessories. I will definitely return to this store for more TECH SUPPORT
I love this location, Destenee was extremely helpful. She was patient, answered all my questions, and went out of her way to make my experience the best possible. I will be returning to this store.

Worst experienced ever I switched over from Sprint bcuz I had heard good things about AT&T but daym I fked up by going here. This dude Estuardo helped me so I bought two phones Samsung GS8s I also turned in my Samsung GS7 as the buy back program that they say they have. I ended up returning one of the two phones literally a week later. Estuardo never returned it to on the system. And now Im getting a bill for $260 for two phones that I now have a contract with. Ive been calling corporate for almost a month to fix the issue and they say they dont have any record showing that I returned the phone. To top it off they say that they also dont have any records of the buy back program that I turned in my GS7. And that I was suppose to get either a gift card or store credit. Ive been calling the store but no one answers. FML
Esduardo used deceit to market DirecTv*Now to me and my household!!! On December 4th, 2017 I went into this store to pay my internet bill. He told me he could sign me up for the DirecTv*Now and the cost was $10.00 with the promotion. He failed to tell me that for the first month. I expressed to him that I did not want my debit card to be charged each month and he said no problem that he was just taking the first payment. I never received a bill and on January 5th, 2018 my bank account receive $35.00 charge also $35.00 overdraft fee. Furthermore, I never received my receipt from the December 4th, 2017 payment. Now I have to jump through hoops to get bank account back in positive status. Am getting no where with Esduardos arrogant/nonchalant attitude. I am very perturbed...!!!!@%$^&*(%^&*()_()(*&^%$#%^*()!
