If you look fancy theyll say welcome and if you dont theyll just look at you like nothing.

Old lady here that only spoke Spanish wasnt very welcoming or too helpful. She was talking to a younger woman who seemed in a way better mood. I guess I interrupted their gossip because she didnt seem interested in ringing me up. Im almost surprised she didnt go off on me when I held her up.Well organized and clean store though. My only complaint is literally that woman. If she werent there Id probably give 5 stars.

I have a product that I purchased in another Sally I want to exchange for a different brand the lady did the exchange but I told her that I have a pro card so she can give my discountWhen she give me my recipe she didnt give my discount and I told her her answered was that I wasnt a lot discount because I wasnt taking a lot thing

Bad customer service. Please fix your attitude ladies. My experience coming to this Sally’s was definitely not pleasant at all. The people that work here lack enthusiasm and professionalism. Even the way the answer the phone is so harsh and unwelcoming definitely will be contacting customer service due to an unpleasant experience I had in this location. If you want to be treated right please go to another location.

I the worst experience in customer service have a product that the top never work so I tried to exchange but I didnt have the recipe the lady (Miriam) told me that I cant exchange because i didnt have the recipe I told her that Sally police said that you can get store credit she said that not that they only do it when you have a product that is more than $10 than they give you a Merchandise card I said I dont want a money back I just want to exchange she and the other girl said that not that Sally police dont let them do a exchange when customer dont have recipe

I loved it, i wish i could remember the name of the girl that helped me, but thanks to her i saved money and she was very helpful and polite, also her look was that of a stylist.

FINALLY!! I went Friday 11/10, keep in mind I always go here and the girls are always rude but Im guessing they have a new employee shes the most helpful most welcoming person !! If you go in there make sure to get help from her she has a medusa piercing and tunnels, thanks you sallys finally.

Bad experience!! The girls have bad attitude, they hate their job fur sure. Ive only been to this location twice, the person who Always helps me has pink hair and offers me FREE products i come home to find out i got charged for them.

Resive friendly treatment and if we look for something and asks the people in charge of the store they help you very kindly and explain you about some dye or liquid to discolor the hair or some treatment for it. Especially one of the employees who do not ask his name but he had purple hair that if he knows of the products that there sell very good service.
