Never get a car from this scam so called dealership. They will make excuses for everything wrong for the car. They sold a car with no air bags and said well you picked it. The transmission went out after two months and they said oh well. They are unprofessional and unwilling to fix their mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I called up (Pro X Motors) & Eric answered my call he informed me that the vehicle I was interested in was still available, so then I decided to pull up & once I arrived we did a test drive & then we crunched in the numbers & the next thing you know I was doing the paperwork! Call ahead and told them my situation and they said they’ll gladly help me out over the phone then when I get there it’s a whole different story salesman comes to me super rude and aggressive didn’t even want to help me giving me a mean look like if I done something wrong never again will I take my services there...the guy was racial profiling me like if I didn’t have a job so rude kept questioning me like if I was a a nobody!!!!!!!!

I found the car I had been searching for. I already had in mind what I wanted and I had searched and seen many a car but just wasnt satisfied. I went to see my car on a Monday, inspected it with Ali and Eric were great and very patient. We inspected the car from front too back. I was apprehensive about buying an expensive used car but it was in great condition. Ali showed me all the cars maintenance records, accident reports and everything was clean. His attitude was pleasant and so was Erics. You will have a positive experience at this car dealer. Im sorry to say it was good at the beginning but ended bad, they dont never call you back at all. Robert was the sales person. First day I drove the car, it was raining an the BMW slide almost off the freeway with 3 kids in the car. I told Robert what happened he said its oil spots on the free. ....... What kinda of answer is that, nobody is stupid that answer was stupid as hell. Then the manager takes over right, he has my car site for about a week an never even touched it he wanted till the warranty kicked in, so I. Wasting money on rentals thinking my car is being fixed but its at a standstill. So I was gonna put a small claims against them at that time I dont want the car anymore I want my money on everything I spent time off work an the the monthly payment I did everything. So he said WELL DO IT I DONT CARE.Wow I never knew people dont care about how they treat there customers at all. Wow so after that Frank the owner calls my wife an said we will take care of it, so I paying a car that I havent drove in 3 month, plus I didnt pay it​ they paid. As soon as I get my car back from the BMW dealership the engine check light comes on again. I call Ali an he never called me back an I keep calling he is either not there or he Left. The BMW dealership told me that there was something else wrong with the car an Ali knows about it. An never called me back. Im so tired of this dealer please be careful of these guys there cars look goodBut there bad on inside. An still never got a call back bad business.

It is not reasonable to expect that nothing will go wrong; what is important is, when something does go awry, what a company does. I purchased a Challenger from Pro X Motors and it turns out it had suspension damage, as well as a number of more minor issues. All told the Dodge dealer quoted over two thousand dollars to repair the issues. When my salesman heard about the problems, he immediately offered to make it right. Pro X Motors resolved ALL of my problems at no charge. I am extremely pleased.

I see ALOT of fake reviews I here and yelp duo Im going to post what I said in yelp about this so called dealership pro x motors.Ok Im going to give you the real right now I didnt want to do this but I am. I recently bought a car here August 29th 2017 it was a 2010 Jaguar XF premium luxury 5.0 it was a beautiful car but little did I know the whole inside was messed up I have pictures been to the jaguar dealership to get fixed and found out there is a lot problems with this car everything within my 30-day warranty which they did not honor after going back and forth with the owners and not getting nothing fixed I had to get a rental 1 week after driving off the lot with this car I put $4,000 down on this car and already you can say two and a half months later the car is done after spending damn near another $4,000 just to get it fixed in between rentals too and now it is Saturday November 18th 2017 so its been two and a half months and so many problems with this car I wish I never went to the Pro X Motors and got a car from them Im writing this and the car is done now the alternator went out on the car this past Friday November 10th 2017 so not even two and a half months in while the car is getting fixed at the Jaguar dealership the car been sitting like over a month and a half so really only drove the car for like a month and all from driving off the lot and to get the alternator fixed now they saying I need to pay $1,600 which I dont have right now so now Im stuck without a car and in a loaner car which I have to give back Monday Im right around the corner from the Pro X Motors dealership too if I could give them a negative 100 Stars I would but you can only give them one in this case this is far from done and they will be hearing from me! I would not recommend anybody to get a car from them unless you got a mechanic to check out the car with you as soon as you step on PRO X MOTORS lot! And im paying over a $500 a month car note for a car i cant even drive right smh like i said i wish i never dealt with these guys and got a car from Pro X Motors if you do decide to go to this so called dealership and get things fixed before there little warranty runs out keep all your receipts i did and im glad i did!!!...

Great Staff And Wonderful Selection Of Vehicles!

$adly my first week of driving off the lot my engine light came on, dropped it off, problems were not fixed, took it back over 10 times, problems are still not fixed, motor mounts are loose, their are other major and minor problems, they kept saying we will take care of it, we will take care of you, i recieved 1 key that does not work properly, he told me he was going to order me a new one, 4 months later after several attempts still have no key the diagnostic reading at an outside mechanic showed 4 problems, 2 minor 2 serious problems, tony at pro x told me he would fix the 2 minor problems and i pay half, although i was upset, i was tired. So i agreed, he told me he orderd the parts, this was a month ago, i have called, they say he is not in, they will have him call me, i still have not heard from tony, very sad they got my cash deposit, my signature and although i love my chrysler, i got a new car to feel safe and not have to put $$$ into my other car, my experience has been exhausting, they have beautiful cars, but horrible mechanic service, they kept telling me what i wanted to hear until my warranty lapsed, i hope your experience is a positive one or better yet, go somewhere else

Just like any other car dealer they raised the down payment which theyre going to keep for themselves anyway but they do have a variety of cars and sales people in there are very very very slow we was in there 3 hours and ended up not purchasing a car because they wanted an astronomical down payment

Had check on hand to pick up the carWhen I got there the car was not readyI cancelled my check and walked away from the deal
