I went into the store to look for supplies for my little boys birthday party. I was greeted by an employee named Laura. I asked her in which isle I could find some of the stuff I needed for a baby shower before leaving so she could attend other customers. She was very helpful. Yesterday I went to the Southgate location looking to buy a portable AC and heater unit as a Fathers day gift. The transaction itself went quickly and smoothly. The lady who helped me asked me to simply park my car outside the main entrance so the unit could be loaded onto my vehicle. Once parked I came back in with my receipt to verify the purchase, they did even with some communication issues.The real problem for me was that I was expected to load this oversized heavy unit into my vehicle alone. My mother and young child were both with me but neither would be able to assist me. My child is only 8 years old and my mother has many invisible handicaps due to a brain surgery a few years back.None the less when I went to ask for help I was given staffing shortage excuses and ultimately the run around about not having anyone available. Im my opinion I should not have even needed to ask for help but overlooking this we were made to think it was Ludacris to ask for help. We were told we would have to wait until staff was available even though the store was virtually empty. It took 15 minutes before 2 young ladies came out to help. While I was appreciative they finally came out to assist, my family and I were left with a very negative opinion on how the store treats their customers.

We had a sales lady by the name of Jacky P. She was amazing, helpful extremely knowledgeable and super nice!! Love this store!!! She went above and beyond to assist us. Made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and explained everything!!!

Horrible experience. They had the PS5 digital bundle. I tried asking to swap out the gaming chair for something of equal or more in value. They didn’t want to do it. I asked for a store manager. He said corporate set the bundles as is. So I asked him for corporates number he told me to get it online. He didn’t want to provide me the number. The point is. They where trying to sell me something I didn’t want or need. But had I got the bundle and added a TV on top of that. Then fore sure they would have don’t that. They didn’t want to work with me to make a sale. Horrible customer service. Manager was good for nothing…

Some asociate are nice. But I did not like the managers customer service, I used the vending machine inside their store. That machine did not give me my 3 dlls change. I brought it to the managers attention. And she politely with an attitude you have to call the 800 # ..really, shouldnt they be in hate being that the vending machine is inside the store .of course the policy is call the 800 number on any machine. But come on we spend much more trying to get a refund. The calls the drive . I said keep the change. I understand is behond their control but customer service is all about letting your client you understand... i simply did not like her attitude
