Small store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was returning some Amazon items for the first time at this UPS location and they were very patient, explained what the process was like and assisted me with the labels. I’m new to the area but I believe I’ve already found my preferred UPS store! Thanks guys :)

Incredible cs from Caleb! Came into the store like a disheveled wreck with two suitcases I needed to ship to New York. Caleb took the time to look at the size and weight and by recommending that I switch one pound over to the other suitcase, saved me over 30 dollars. He didn’t have to, just wanted to :) True definition of exceptional customer service.Thank you!!

This is best store ever! These boys always tape my packages, print labels, super friendly and never long waiting lines. If I go to Kohls or USPS for Amazon returns, I loose 15min to 1/2h that I dont have!!!

I stopped by during a busy holiday week to drop off an awkwardly-sized framed photo to ship. Not only did they take the time to figure out the best-sized box for my frame, but they did so with a smile during one of their busiest weeks of the year. There was a line to get into the store (#COVID) but it went quickly and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you all! Happy Holidays!!

Comedy. No cell service inside the store… Only UPS store I’ve ever known to not offer Wi-F 🤣 ... Couldn’t write a worst customer experience

Driver never knocked. My windows where open. Worst UPS ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They decided to ship my Package to Mexico via USPS without asking me. I called because I could find tracking via UPS I spoke to the owner, Bobby, I explained to him that Caleb didnt give me a choice, I assumed that my package was send via UPS. (THAT IS WHY I WENT TO UPS STORE!)Bobby basically didnt care, too bad there is nothing I can do, sorry to hear that... That is why local business die. Stay away from this place!

This is the worst UPS I have ever used. They are constantly under staff. No one knows what their doing. Your package is never available when they say it will be! My advise is to go to any other UPS- you will most definitely get better service!

Excellent review of this store. A friend of mine left a very large item for the UPS store to delivery to me all the way across the country. They took care of all the packaging and were very professional in our communications. Just received it today and I am very happy. They took much care in packaging the item and all the accessories. Big thank you to Bobby and Sean and the rest of the staff.

Met the owner of the franchise store Mr Bobby cunningham last week when I was in dropping off packages to be shipped home and it was a great experience..Ive used their services in the past and had met his other employees and have always been treated very nicely..very prompt and professional staff..very helpful and knowledgeable..

The operation of this UPS Store defines customer service of the highest order. No matter how busy the staff is, each individual is as good-natured and helpful as can be. Quite often, my mail is waiting for me as I enter the store, reaffirming the wisdom of renewing my mailbox lease over and over: I am as comfortable as I am confident in every level of service offered by UPS Store #1107!

We bought a nice piece of art made in Vermont, to big to carry on the plane back to California, so on the way to the airport I stopped in at 8am and told them what I needed to do and had to get to the airport. They took the piece, I paid and off I went having to trust the guy to take care of it. He did! It was very fragileBut it was packed so good it got here with no issues! That was the Monday morning after fathers day. Thank you !!

Whether Im doing proofs for a client or running a personal job UPS delivers on price and service. Their machines are way better than my home printer, their prices are more than fair and their service is top notch. Oh and the parking? Its free and theres plenty of it!

Terrible. I dropped off my return package more than a month ago and it still has not been delivered to sender. I can not find a tracking number and I’ve tried every way possible to contact them and the only way was to physically go to this location and they were still unable to help me. They have no clue where my package is.
